I hit Target for a few items and spotted the Starbucks by the entrance. A cold Frappuccino sure sounded good. And it was. After shopping I stopped by and had a cold Chestnut Praline Frappuccino, one of their holiday offerings. It was sweet and refreshing. The place was busy and there was only one barista. Yet she was very capable and quick, working through the short line until she got to me. She cheerfully took my order and my money, and went about making my drink. There is a seating area where I headed next to enjoy my cold drink. My palate was not sophisticated enough to notice any chestnut flavor, whatever chestnut would have tasted like, but I liked the drink and that was what mattered to me.

Writing this as I'm sipping on my drink with a number of modifications that are all done correctly. If you're into milk tea like I am, try iced green tea, sub water with strawberry açaí base, add a splash of sweet cream and top it with matcha cold foam (shown on the left on my photo). Yummy and refreshing!
