The girl at the window took my order I pull up I am waiting and waiting and by now my order has been sitting there she leanes over the counter does not acknowledge me any way shape or form continued to just ignore me so I left. PLEASE ROLL BACK YOUR CAMERAS and see for your self. Last week the line was out the driveway no one was taking orders no one at the driveway window I had clear shot 4 people just standing at the cash register for about 7 minutes looking terribly lost and confused several of us drove off after sitting and waiting. During Covid review. I grew up with Dunkin' Donuts which has changed its name over the years but we always went to the same location. But it has been way too long that I forgot some of the names of the donuts or I use the lingo from other donut places. I keep calling the munchkins donut holes and they do not have sugar raised donuts but rather the powdered sugar ones. I have started getting into their breakfast food items and beverages. There is an app for this and you can make a mobile order for pickup. This is good because the drive-thru line can be ridiculous at times. I once waited 30 minutes in the line to place an order at the window. Ordering through the app is also handy because you can automatically earn points toward rewards. Otherwise you have to remember to first scan your rewards card before making a payment. I love their sourdough breakfast sandwich and you can ask for ketchup or hot sauce. read more

Tried the new drive thru... Bad design, entering in , the car line is in the bus stop.... And can't access the parking lot to park, your vehicle. We bought half a dozen of donuts and two Apple fritters. No old fashion donuts, because the cake donut is the Old fashion.... confusion...... The employees don't know what an old fashioned donut is... Anyways....the chocolate glaze old fashion donut, Wasn't glazed it was with weird chocolate frosting.... Same with maple glazed..it wasn't glaze... it's frosting... The old fashion is actually a raised donut . The donut was soft and fresh... tasted okay.. Disappointed that the donuts were not glazed with chocolate ganache,as a traditional glazed donuts, would be. The plain cake tasted perfume(y)??? Don't know why the flavor was like that...the plain cake Was a disappointing donut. The biggest disappointing donut of all was the apple Fritters...it was very bad! It was small for an apple fritter.. When , I bit into it... It was all cinnamon tasting cake donut, no caramelization on the outside part of the Fritter, where it's meets the crispy part of the, Fritter....the worst experience of apple fritter... Is the apple.. where's the apple? I didn't get apples With each bite....the apples in the Dunkin' Donuts.... fritters.. Is all in the middle.....filled with something that tastes like Can apple pie filling..gross!!!! This isn't apple fritters!! It's apple filled flat donut! It's terrible!!! My husband didn't touch the 2nd fritter.. We we're not happy with our experience with Dunkin donuts..... If you are a donut enthusiast....or like us just wanted to Try Dunkin donuts.... Today is the last time, I spend my hard earn money at this Dunkin on Winchester in Campbell, CA. The service was great until I received tainted iced teas. I am suffering from a chemical imbalance that disorientated my taste buds. Which cause my child to vomit in the bathroom after tasting the iced tea. I called the manager and I can hear the laughing and joking in the background of the empty store. I will never this much, they have lost a customer. Poison control need to inspected there fountain for contamination. Eat and drink at you own risk. read more

Dunkin donuts discriminates against cash-paying and debit card customers!! You must use THEIR app or expect a frustrating, horrible customer experience. Yeah, yeah, Covid, I get it. We are in the YELLOW tier, modify your procedures for the customers! Look at your next door neighbor, Starbucks, they have adjusted their purchasing protocols as the tiers have changed. Watch your card charges, Dunkin will overcharge and refuse to take care of it if you, God forbid, walk in to the store. Where do I start? Let's start with my preorder of a coffee beverage, breakfast sandwich and a couple of donuts. This was all we ordered because the cream filled donuts were not on the Dunkin App! So we decided to walk to the store which is about a 15 minute walk with two small children and order those delicious creme filled donuts. Upon arrival (20 minutes after the mobile order was placed) the order was still not ready. Then we ask and find out that they have the creme filled donuts. Upon kindly letting the staff know that they were not on the app, the woman said "okay". Then our 4 year old asked for an ice water, in which they charged $1! Come on, Dunkin, you can do better. Take care of your customers and the kids. Starbucks has never charged me for an icewater. Sadly, the next time my son wants donuts, we will be driving to a different store instead of taking a walk dow the street to your new location. read more

Time: Drive thru took 30mins to through and it was barely out of their parking lot, i was surprised by how slowly it was going, still i waited Breakfast sandwiches: dry, so so so dry, no sauce,mayo etc just dry partially melted cheese and cold eggs, but hey they're a donut shop so shouldn't expeft much i guess Donuts: meh, about the same quality as Safeway bakery, not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. read more

This location is so bad not a good place to get your coffee or food if you need to be at work. It takes them more than 20 min each car and when you get to the drive thru window all your orders are wrong. And when you tell them mobile pick up they tell you to come to the window that it's ready but when you get to the window it's not ready. Managers should really start doing their job and organize this location. read more

My long time favorite donut stores for decades ever since my time living in New England. I welcome back the store openings after more than 20 year absence. Oh yes there were DDs in San Jose, but they took off in the mid-1990s. However their comeback still hasn't lived up to the legend. First too few stores, most opened in the Southern part of San Jose. Why do they think only population in that part enjoy donuts? I'm anxiously waiting for the Berryessa BART opening - still don't know WHEN. I live in North Valley. Second, the DD donuts are not as tasty as I rememer in New England. The size is smaller than most of other donut shopts, but they're still bigger than Krispy Kreme. DD Bavaria Creme is the only special reason that I travel 10+ miles to DD in South SJ. I haven't tried their coffee choices, but will soon. For now I stick with Safeway donuts which are not bad, and the stores are closer to my house. Sorry DD, you have many rooms for future improvements. read more

First time at this location. Because of COVID, couldn't walk in to see selection. If I could would of left without buying anything. It's all about profits with the smallest donuts I've ever seen. Cinnamon Roll was smaller then any donut around. Same with the chocolate caked. No choice drive through was the only option. I don't eat donuts very often but like to get what I'm paying for. I've missed Dunkin since I moved here from East Coast. If you stick to the basics you'll be happy. Original blend coffee, 2 cream 1 sugar and maybe a blueberry cake donut. They are still pretty busy due to just opening, plus West Coast commodity haha. Their drinks do run on the sweet side so don't be afraid to ask for less pumps of flavor or less sugar. I came to this location Dunkin to check out the big hype and see what all the commotion was about and trust me they did not disappoint. I Met their General manager Ted who seem s really great at what he does. He actually convinced me to try their stake roll ups and I was amazed at the sweet and savory flavor that it had . I met one of his co-workers named Imani whom told me about their signature latte so I tried the pumpkin and it was delicious. ALLISON AND DEREK smiled at me letting me know I can't leave without getting the apple cider donut , pumpkin donut so I actually got a dozen and my experiences was extraordinary now i know what all the hype is about i will definitely be back with my friends . Unfortunately, I've been stuck home sick a few days and have been treating myself with Dunkin' delivered. My order is always super nicely/tightly packaged, sealed, with tamper stickers, and every time there's a nice thank you or smiley or something written on the bag. The orders have always been perfect and fresh. Today I received an apology letter stating that my preferred donut was out of stock, and they included some extra ones to make up for it. This place is really close to where I live. It's a blessing that I can easily come here whenever I want to. One time I ordered a Cold Brew with less ice through mobile order. And as soon as this one employee hands me my order, he quickly notices something wrong and asked me, "I'm sorry did you say you wanted less ice on this?" And I said, "Yeah I did." And then he pointed out there was more than enough ice in my coffee. He then was like, "Ok I'm going to take this back and they can fix it. And I'll tell them to put LESS ICE this time." I'm assuming he was probably one of the managers but either way, manager or not, I really appreciated what he did for me. I never got the dude's name or remembered his face. Whoever he is, I praise him! If I had cash on me at the time, I would've been happy to give him a tip for what he did. If Dunkin Donuts was ok with it. I think he deserved one. This place is absolutely horrible, asking them to make the drink the way it's suppose to is like asking them for a favor. When a place makes a drink that's on the menu without any adjustment it should always taste the same. If everyone orders the same drink it should taste the same each time. 4/7 days a week I get my drink made correctly keep in mind all I ask for is an original frozen coffee exactly how it's read in the menu yet I'm always asked if I want whipped cream which it's not part of the drink or what kind of flavor do I want? I start work at 5am so I am at this location 10min before it opens so when they open I can be late only a few minutes late. 4/7 days they do not open on time so I end up being late for no reason. I had never been to Dunkin donuts in my live so I figured there's a new one down the street from where I live so I'll give it a try. Not only did they not give me everything that I ordered, the donuts had barely any flavor and we're just covered in sugar plus the hash Browns were completely burned. I contacted the company because of the horrible experience and they told me that they couldn't do anything that the person who owns the location would contact me. I'm not one to leave negative reviews bc I always try to find the positive but this location is absolutely HORRIBLE when it comes to its operations. As a frequent customer via the early morning drive thru who loved DD during my time on the east coast, this location's opening was such an exciting moment. The associates here are always nice, but they seem fairly young and at times I've gotten an order that's had missing items or someone else's order. Again, I put those aspects squarely on the shoulders of the manager of the location. Clearly the training isn't there nor are the standards/expectations being upheld. Aspects such as their oven being "down" or "broken" for the past 3 days which limits their menu options to strictly donuts and no bagel sandos. I sincerely hope things change and get better, but until they get their operations running properly, I'll be getting my sausage m, egg, and cheese next door at Starbucks. read more

He was patient when I needed time to look at the menu and he offered recommendations when they were out of soy milk. Shiva has AMAZING customer service skills that cannot be taught. While waiting for my order, a homeless man walked in and Shiva without hesitation assisted him and went out of his way to ensure that he felt welcome which is a rare but wonderful sight. I have been to this location around 5 or 6 times now and have put off writing a review just to see if they would remain consistent with their service. And, every single time I have visited whether in the drive thru line or through order pick up I have received good, kind customer service which to me is the most important thing. I have noticed their drive thru line does get long on weekend mornings, but that should be expected. Also, I had a slight mix up with my drink once and the employees were quick to fix the error and apologized for the misunderstanding. Very happy with their donuts, drinks and service! read more

I came in for an iced oat milk coffee with hazelnut and got exactly that. I think Zoey is especially nice and efficient and would 10/10 recommend that people need to ease up on their harsh reviews. It is always a pleasant experience coming to this Dunkin location. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, polite and courteous. The few times where the line was longer than usual, they went above and beyond with the customer service. I don't usually pay attention to the names of the employees, but everyone I've interacted has been wonderful. And I do visit the drive thru more than I'd like to admit lol.
