I order a DECAF coffee and even asked the guy if he poured decaf because I cannot have caffeine at all. He paused to think about it and told me "yup". Well I started to drink it and not even half way through the coffee I started to shake and have medical issues. He clearly lied and now I'm suffering because of it. I am a very displeased and dissatisfied customer x 2!! The last 5 times and I am not exaggerating, my boyfriend and I have both had issues with waitstaff and also the food. To start off there are young teenagers who maybe it's their first job but have no manners or even any enthusiasm with greeting and taking an order. Then secondly once our order is placed it is not handed off in the same way it was ordered. Not receiving what we ordered and also trying again to have them remake order and still not receiving it as ordered. Lastly, I'm aware business can be busy especially in the coffee/donut industry but the wait time is ridiculous most often in the drive thru. I was just in it recently today and placed my order then waited in line over 10 minutes when I saw 3 young girls in the drive thru window just walking around and simply doing nothing. It is not complicated to make the food and drinks. I know because Dunkin was my first job and I was a damn good employee. These people put Dunkin to a disgraceful face in our town. read more

This place is a joke. Ordered a large blueberry iced coffee w/ extra cream at the drive thru. When I get my coffee it's a medium, and black. When asked for a receipt I was denied. So I pull over and go inside. Explain to them that they made a mistake and it was supposed to 1) Be a large. 2) Have extra cream 3) come with ice. The employee who claimed her name was Ashley REFUSED to put my drink in a large cup with ice and cream and told me she'll have to charge me for another coffee. Frustrated I asked for a manager and she told me she doesn't have to do that and to never come back and to leave the store before she calls the police. Not impressed with the attitude of the employee and don't understand why she couldn't correct a drink or the threat to call the police. Horribly slow. If you order donuts with the app they don't see it because they only look at drink stickers. Order 1/2 in advance, no difference. Walk in, IF the counter is open you have to wait in a line for 20 minutes (no exaggeration). When the counter is closed (we're talking 7:15), you have to go through the drive through line from hell. I don't usually leave reviews but this is the third time this has happened to me. I use the on the go app to order coffee and a doughnut every single Friday. I always place my order about 20 min before I will arrive just to make sure I don't have to wait. However, three times now, my coffee has been ready and not the doughnut. The past two times I just told the lady working and she would grab it for me, but today there were far too many people in the one little space and I like to practice social distancing. So after waiting for 10 min (30 min total if you include how far ahead I ordered) I just grabbed a cruller from the gas station and left for work before I was late. Not blaming the workers specifically perhaps it is an error with the on the go app? I just don't get why my coffee is always ready but not my doughnut when it takes 5 seconds to grab it and put it in a bag. read more

Beyond rude staff who throw away to-go orders after 5 minutes, and then attempt to charge you after you get there and show them your online receipt ‍ I had to ask for the manager just to remake my order of munchkins and my one iced coffee. When I got it back, the person shoved it into my hands and said "here ya go ma'-m" in the most snarky, sarcastic tone...they were so rude. Although, this was not the only beef I've had with this Dunkin, I've also received a bagel with a hair partially baked into the top.. and when I mentioned it they just closed the drive thru window on me, so I went in and they made a big deal about giving me a new one- totally disgusting. I absolutely can't stand this place. For the life of me, I can't understand why I've continued to go back for over a year; because for over a year they have managed to screw up almost every single order I've placed. If you're ordering anything but coffee, be prepared to get exactly what you didn't ask for. If on the off chance they do give you what you ask for, something will surely be missing. For instance, if you order a sausage, egg, and cheese, the cheese won't be on it. Or their most notorious move, if you order your sandwich on a croissant they will give it to you on anything but a croissant. I've let it go time after time, dozens upon dozens of times. I final call to speak to a manager and she tells me that the next time it happens (yes, the next time they screw up, which with their history will be the next time I go back... if I ever go back) to bring it back in so they can correct it. I went through the drive thru at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 3, 2019. I was waited on by a young man named Dylan. I ordered a large french vanilla cappuccino and asked it to be the sweet French vanilla flavoring or swirl. (I have ordered this before and have gotten the drink unsweetened so I was told to order it this way.) Dylan tells me they come sweet and I don't need to say that. I then tell him why I say it that way because I get the wrong drink when I don't. He proceeds to argue with me and tells me I'm wrong and they come sweet. I tell him I order it this way every day and I've never had an issue so it seems odd that it's such a big deal now. He argues with me some more and has me sit there for awhile in silence and then I finally pull up to the window. When I get to the window he's looking at me with a mean look on his face. I can immediately tell he's furious with me. I try to make it better and say we probably aren't understanding each other and he continues to tell me I'm wrong and look at the menu dummy but he's extremely rude by now. He tells me I'm a nasty person. I try to pay and he slams the drive thru window on me and says get out of here. I asked him through the closed window for a manager and he says he is the manager and I need to leave. I leave and pull around and park and go inside to get the general managers number. I get the general managers number and ask the girls at the front of the store if Dylan is the only manager on duty. They tell me he is not a manager at all and that there is no manager on duty right now. I then told the 2 girls the story and they apologize. They end up letting me order my drink and I pay. I've worked these kind of jobs before and I get it can be difficult but you never argue with a customer or refuse a customer for a ridiculous reason. And you never impersonate a manager. I come to this Dunkin Donuts every single day and I've never had a problem. I always order the same thing. Dylan has been rude before to me but noting this bad. He seems to run drive thru on weekends and never seems happy or even smiles. You can tell this is just a paycheck for him. He should probably be moved so he doesn't interact with customers because I doubt this is the first time he's been this mean to a customer. I left today feeling awful and crying. I will not return to this store because of him. It's a mile from my home but I will drive to another store before I go here again. read more

This place is a complete shitshow, I have only received a correct order maybe once ever, the coffee is always burned and the people that work at the drive thru are basically knuckle dragging morons.
