Just a few minutes from the hotel, and we were off. This is quite the market here, with their own "beer cave." Took a look at their very extensive ice cream menu and went with the easy choice. A double scoop of maple walnut. My wife had the brownie-cookie sundae. Each was delicious. This easily could be the best maple walnut ice cream ever. Plenty of maple taste and lots of walnuts. This was one good ice cream cone. My wife really enjoyed her sundae too. They have an extremely friendly-cordial team here which always helps the experience. Prices were very reasonable too. It also didn't appear that close to anywhere else to go to get something to eat. Mike Deli's sad wraps started at $9.99 and other basic premade sandwiches were $11.99 and $13.99. Seriously! Rip off! Every thing was overpriced! Being Boar's Head meat given what was on those wraps and sandwiches doesn't justify the prices. (And clearly it ain't a Jersey Mike!) Fortunately, I had brought my own food, not expecting to be sitting at any dump like this for an extended period of time. Wish the bus just continued so I could get home earlier. Unless you go in the morning there's a good chance the coffee will be cold, the coffee counter a mess depending on the employee or if only one employee is on duty and is too busy to keep up with the coffee area. Check expiration dates on EVERYTHING you buy! There are many outdated products! The flowers in the restrooms look nice too, but if you left up the toilet seat you may find its not so clean. I wouldn't count on bathrooms being sanitized either. Why? Many employees could care less because it's a part time minimum wage job that seldom gives raises, has little opportunity for advancement, and really bad supervisors. All the stores have a high turnover. Even poor employees don't stay long. Scratch the surface and its not so pretty.

Like most creameries, there is no inside seating, but their small plot of land offers six hot pink picnic tables and a little shade. Hours are 1p - 7p Tuesday through Sunday, closed on Monday.
