This Dunkin is the WORST for customer service and order fulfillment. I would give ZERO stars if I could for this location. Horrible! The employees are rude and inept. One female employee (short, very thin, with dyed black hair) was argumentative, and cursed when I informed the clerk about the excessive amount of ice placed in my cold brew coffee. I ordered the cold brew with NO ice. What happened to polite customer service and being a decent human???RIDICULOUS! This Dunkin consistently gets orders wrong. Serving burnt bagels, stale bagels with incorrect bagel toppings, beverage ingredients are incorrectly added or left out completely, etc. Save your money and go somewhere else. Stopped here for bagel and coffee on early trip on interstate. Even though there were at least 6 staff working behind counter in this smaller location, still waited ten minutes for a sesame bagel. One poor worker was full tilt trying to keep up with orders while one was playing on his phone, two were standing around watching the hard worker rather than helping him. I've had these bagels at other locations and loved them. Not here! It was dry and crumbly and not fresh! I'm guessing it had either been frozen for a while or sat on shelf way too long. 9:00 AM Monday morning I pulled in the drive-through was wrapped. It took about four minutes to get through the line. Coffey ordered two breakfast wraps. Amazing service speedy service. Probably the best Dunkin' Donuts coffee I've had in several years. This location has really turned it up. Nice job people. read more

I would give zero stars if that was an option! I have been stopping here since they opened since I live a mile away, and the service has always been sketchy, I rarely see the same crew 2 weeks running, but last week took the cake. I ordered a medium iced coffee with 4 cream, 2 mocha, and no ice. When I got to the window I handed a very bossy young lady my debit card and saw 5 or 6 young people crowded into their small space and a young man handing my coffee to her. I do give her credit for checking the tag with the contents before handing it to me. She raised her voice and told him that there was ice in the coffee and to fix it! He started to make a new one at which she said, "Give me that, I will show you." and she removed the lid, picked up a straw that was laying on the counter, and started flicking ice into the sink. I was in shock. She did not wash her hands, use sanitizer, nor don gloves. She had been taking payments at the window and now her bare dirty hands were in my coffee. She handed it to me and I drove off still shocked by her treatment of her coworker, when I realized that there was no way I would drink that coffee. I pulled over and called them, but no answer. Over the next 2 days I repeatedly called and got no answer. I then called corporate and was told that they would send my concerns to the district and I should hear from them. NOTHING. This was a week ago. I understand how hard it is to get people to work, but the lack of follow-up is completely unexcusable. DON'T GO TO THIS DUNKIN! read more

Terribly slow, no idea how to actually serve customers efficiently. Orders are sometimes messed up, but the worst part is the online orders aren't made until you actually arrive, sometimes up to 10 minutes after you order, leave the house, and arrive at the location. A long line at the drive thru, but went relatively fast and accurately. Guy taking the order and giving it to us was so funny and personable, it really made the wait worthwhile. Had a great experience at this Dunkin'. Was on way back to Mass from Nova Scotia. The kids wanted to hit the drive thru but I wanted to hit the restroom so went inside. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and helpful. My 12-year-old daughter ordered a peach lemonade and was disappointed to learn that they no longer had lemonade - it was a summer item and they'd already switched to fall menu (it was August 29th). But he wanted to make her happy so created a custom drink for her - a slightly sweetened peach iced tea (with green tea) - on the house. I highly recommend this Dunkin' in Richmond, Maine! read more

Slow, forgetful, and a little off. This is the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. We stood in front of the register, moving around and waving a hand trying to catch someone's eye, for about five minutes before anyone noticed us. A couple of minutes later, someone came over and took our order: a donut, a coffee, a hot chocolate, and a sandwich. They came out in that order. The donut came out just after we paid, the coffee took a minute or two after the donut, and the hot chocolate was about five minutes after the coffee. There was nobody else inside, and the drive through was not very active, either. Someone else came in shortly after we got the hot chocolate, ordered and received a coffee, and left. We were still waiting on the sandwich, standing in the receive order spot at the counter and the only staffer in eyesight was picking at her nails. We finally flagged her down to ask about the sandwich; she forgot, but did immediately start to make it. The overall encounter took about thirty minutes - way too long for a fast food place. I had the hot chocolate and the fudge cronut. Dunkin hot chocolate is my favorite, but there was just something... off about it. Maybe it was a little watery, but the taste was just slightly off as well. The cronut had a similar defect; even though I had never had it before, I knew something was wrong (beyond the very small amount of fudge inside). I ended up not finishing either because of the off taste. I don't plan to go to this location again - at least not for a few years so they can hopefully sort themselves out first. read more

Like the other reviewers mentioned this must be the slowest Dunkin I've been to. I got gas and walked (as per the app) ".05 miles. " to dunkin. I think expected to wait maybe a few minutes and hit the road. Well not the case. Maybe 15 minute wait? I also noticed that although I was the only person to order online people Coming in and drive thru were served first before me. I had 3 drinks total nothing crazy and that seemed like an overly long wait. What is the point of ordering online if people coming in after me get served first?? read more

I've been going here for a couple of years and the service has steadily declined. The staff is always different(suggesting a high turnover rate), none of them seems to know what they are doing/they have no direction, and 50% of the time they loopget my order wrong. And on top of all that half of the people who greet me at the drive thru window never speak a word to me, they just gesture for me to give them money instead of saying, "Hello" or "How are you today?"....you know, the typical customer service standard. The last time I was there I ordered three things and the person on the other end said, "so you just want a coffee." And it wasnt in a questioning tone. I politely repeated my order and they told me to drive forward. When I got to the window the man at the window said nothing but put his hand out for money. I gave it to him, he gave me a coffee and disappeared. The coffee had cream in it(I had ordered black) so, I tried to get someone's attention by waving and finally did after a minute. They remade me a black coffee then left me alone. 2 minutes later one of them opens the window and asks if I was waiting for something. I still had two things I had ordered and paid for. I told her and she got them. Everyone seemed stressed and unhappy and inattentive to customers. I will not be going back here. Management needs to figure some things out. read more

I stop here often as it is on my way to work. But three times now I have been almost late to work thanks to the very long wait time for a simple iced coffee. (In addition to countless other times I have waited forever) One time, I almost drove away. And all three times there were not a lot of cars ahead of me, and it did not appear the cars that were ahead ordered any food or items that take a while. Several times I'm told at the speaker that someone will be right with me, and I wait and wait and wait. And I think "man, the car behind me must think I'm ordering a ton of stuff! Its too bad because if it happens again, I won't be stopping there anymore. I don't know what is going on in this location, but I hope it gets fixed! read more
