My daughter brought me to Starbucks to enjoy a Pumpkin Spice Latte. She ordered ahead and when we arrived we waited and waited. She had to ask if it was coming up and it seems they just passed over our order. They made it and it was iced not hot. So they made another and that was worse. We ordered a venti with only two pumps and no whip . Not only did it not have two pumps but it also had whipped cream. Certainly not the Starbucks I used to frequent. I got a Pink drink and the grilled cheese, it was absolutely amazing. The cheese was so gooey and delicious on the grilled cheese, the Pink drink was so tangy and sweet i absolutely loved it! The service was so fast, under 2 minutes, most Starbucks I have been to are so slow. The setting was pretty regular compared to most Starbucks, so that was normal. But I still love the setting of all of the Starbucks! read more

The coffee always tastes good and my experiences in the drive thru are always great as well. Unfortunately, my experiences inside the store do not compare to the drive thru. My two most recent times visiting this location involved me being waited on by the same person. The first time I was overcharged for my drink and the second time she didn't even address me when it was my time to order-- kind of strange. I ended up having to wait a decent amount of time for one of my three drinks as they had to make new refresher which is understandable, it just seemed the information could have been communicated better. I completely understand that this is a corporate chain and a busy location at that, all I am saying is if it's my turn to order, at least address me in some manner-- it makes the experience much more enjoyable. On the contrary, every single time I go through the drive through at this location I have fantastic service! Those in the drive-thru are friendly and personable and make it so I don't mind waiting in line for 20 minutes to get my coffee. read more

It is a typical Starbucks experience for my guest and I but I will tell you thIs place was HOPPING ... it seemed like a college study hall with all the Bates college students with their laptops and study groups. Here is what I loved. The staff was still taking their time to deliver a great experience, going above and beyond even with unruly shoppers for the holidays. I know, working in the service industry for years, it is tough when you are that busy to deliver an exceptional experience. It can be overwhelming. My venti cappuccino with sugar free vanilla and non fat milk was divine. It was also staffed appropriately for the rush (between 4:30-5:30 but the bathrooms were a mess with toilet paper and papers all over the floor and in need of a good mop! read more

Giving this location 1 star, entirely because they are in no way equipped to handle the volume of customers they get. Not necessarily the staff's fault, but corporate kinda needs to open a new location nearby to take some of the pressure off. When the wait time is 3x what I get quoted on the mobile app est time, there's a very large problem. This location is perpetually out of stock on food items and the drive through is 12+ cars long each time I've been here. This is the only Starbucks for MILES around and it shows. I don't understand why I pay for extra caramel drizzle when they do not even provide it. It happens every single time. It is also ridiculous that they make you tip before the drink is made. If I would have seen my caramel frappe I would have not tipped at all. Tipping is for good service and that is not something that they provide. I will never go back to that Starbucks again. Do not go inside if you are in a hurry!!! This location focuses on drive thru orders. Inside orders take 20-30 minutes. The workers are rude when you ask about your order. Today I did a little test. I did a mobile order. Drove 10 min to Starbucks and waited in the long drive thru line and ordered, got my drink and then went inside to see if my mobile order was ready. Very Disappointing. After waiting nearly 20 minutes in their painfully slow drive thru for a tall black coffee, when it's finally your turn to pick up your drink that you're paying with exact cash...the teller completely ignores you for another 3 minutes with the window closed and won't even make eye contact as they just stand there??? This is the second bad experience I've had at this branch in a week. I was a few feet away from ordering at the com in my vehicle, but the employee insisted she could hear me for my order. When I got to the window my order was incorrect (wrong size and I requested no whip), probably because she could not hear me previously, sigh. She wiped the whipped cream off the top of my drink and gave it back to me with my drink dripping all over the cup. I had to use my mask to clean off the cup. Why not just make my drink correctly with the size I ordered, minus the whip as I had originally requested, instead of giving me a now wet, dripping, and sticky cup? :( read more

Such a nice Starbucks in a sort of out of the way place. They clearly built in a shopping center that collapsed around them, now a pretty much deserted strip mall with weeds coming up through the asphalt. But the staff was awesome, the decaf espresso excellent, the store clearly thriving with lots of regulars and lots of comfortable seating. We were visiting the area and went here every morning. We saw the same regulars camped out with drinks and laptops for the wi-fi each day. I plan to visit there again sometime. read more

Typical Starbucks coffee. Overpriced but decent. Guy working the store tonight was friendly and busting his butt. He had a younger girl working with him that looked at us but never said a word and never offered to help him. The poor guy was covering the drive thru as well as the customers in the store. Guy needs a raise, girl needs the unemployment line. The store itself was disheveled and borderline dirty. Probably because the guy was working alone. Kids these days...... They took most of the furniture out and now it's just a bunch of cold, bland chairs and tables with one small corner with a couch and a few chairs. Kinda cold and univiting. I completely agree with Steff D...this is the best Starbucks I've ever been in. Now, defining "best" is really in the eye of the beholder. So what I may value highly, you may not. And vice versa. However, if you value excellent customer service, attention to detail, friendly and outgoing demeanor of employees, and willingness to go above and beyond, then I'd say we're on the same page. I had a very similar experience to Steff D when I dropped in here for my maiden voyage with this particular locale this morning. I was going to go in the drive thru but the line was super long, so I decided to go inside instead (best decision I made all day). I was immediately welcomed by a pleasant barista with a smile upon walking up to the counter (her name escapes me, but I'll learn it tomorrow). I placed my usual order, venti salted cold foam cold brew, and she and I spent the next minute or two raving about how this is both of our favorite drinks there. She asked me if I wanted anything else and I said "no thank you, the coffee will do it!" to which she replied "sometimes I get crazy and start making my own fun spinoffs of this drink, when I like to jazz it up." I said "oh really? How so?" She says she sometimes likes to mix cinnamon powder IN WITH the salted cold foam. My mind was blown. I must have had my jaw dropped or something because she laughed and asked me if I'd like to change my mind and have her special order this morning. The only answer to that question is yes. I cashed out, exchanged some laughs, and then waited patiently for my drink. The build up was worth it, because that was the best variation on an already wonderful thing! I thanked her on the way out and told her I'd be back tomorrow for round 2, and I will! A++ all around, will definitely return often. read more

At this Starbucks I met a clients mother to discuss his special care needs over coffee. We were served quite quickly considering the long line extending to just inside the door upon arrival. I was impressed by their % system, you can ask them to mix it 20% or even 40% if you like your coffee cooler then scalding, like me. They have a lounge area around a fireplace where patrons can sit comfortably while enjoying their coffee and surf the web via their free Wi-Fi if they so choose. We were sitting in the back of the store close to the corner. It was private enough to have our confidential conversation but not too secluded. If you are single like myself, you may agree that this would be an excellent spot to meet up at for the first time. The fireplace would keep you company if your date was a total bore or it could be the perfect compliment to a comfy, casual "ice breaker" date. The whole place was very clean and inviting. The clerk was friendly and served us with a smile. There were children patrons as well. They were well behaved and quiet during this visit. They seemed to like the atmosphere as well, especially the fire place... :) All in all a good place to meet over light business, casual date, or just hang with yourself and chill for a while after a long work week, or perhaps a lil get away after a stressful week of caring for the kids. read more

What can I say... it's Starbucks. I love it. My experience is that it is consistently good. Every venti non-fat latte is like a mini-vacation. For those from away who speculate about the location... This particular Starbucks is located in a renovated bank building (hence the great drive-through and plenty of interior space), and was sited there when the mall area was just being built up after a period of stagnation. Unfortunately for Starbucks, there's been no further development of retail or other businesses in the immediate vicinity, and they remain sort of an island in a sea of parking lot. However, the location - perched on a small hill - offers great visibility, and people driving in from several directions can find it easily. read more

Whomever paired up cardamom, cloves, ginger, black pepper and cinnamon with tea and cream is a genius. Starbucks version is simply delicious. This is probably the first and last review I've ever written, but what must be done must be done ): My fiancé and I were in store on the mobile app after finishing a business meeting for my wedding. We waited for 20 minutes at the pick up counter watching people come in and get served before us with no bother. Places like this get busy right? No big deal we were excited just moving forward with our wedding plans. We decide to ask if the order we placed went through or not as it showed us our order just got completed yet we had no one call us and there were no drinks ready to serve. As we were talking to the cashier a woman comes over and asks, " did you place it 20 minutes ago?" As we did I answered yes and she told us "we have a thirty minute policy if you don't gather your drinks within thirty minutes we throw them away and remake them" this is an amazing system for keeping quality over quantity when serving in the food business but the woman stated it herself, "did you place it about TWENTY minutes ago?" "...we have a THIRTY minute policy.." something doesn't add up? We were happy to wait but then she blamed the customer and truly made us feel as though we had caused them to waste coffee. Needless to say, I hope that woman has a better day and can put smiles on others face rather than putting them down such as she did we won't be returning here! read more

I am a tea fanatic, therefore stopping in to Starbucks every so often to treat myself is key. Recently I have been getting their Shaken Sweet Tea Lemonade. It is delicious, and I wish I could afford to get that and a little pastry every time. But there is the downfall, you are paying a bit more for their deliciousness. Overall, worth it. read more

This starbucks is on par with the rest of them. I typically get an Iced green tea when it is warm out. If it is a cooler day I will get either a hot green tea, or a brewed coffee. Having the gold card is good because it then cuts my per cup cost down to about a dollar. The staff is always friendly and I have not noticed any cleanliness issues. You order mobile only to have to wait in line anyway even though the drinks are already made sitting there (was told they don't make them until you check in even though I was staring at a line of drinks made, mine included.) I didn't have time to wait in the line that was wrapped around the inside dining so I left. I called for a refund but was told I would need to go back in and wait in line. I love Starbucks. While the drinks here are wonderful, the service is awful. I used to go here years ago under different management and loved it! But recently I've gotten numerous drinks made incorrectly, rude customer service and the slowest possible drive thru! I was second in line this morning and waited 10 minutes before throwing my hands in the air and driving off without my coffee. If it was an isolated incident, I wouldn't mind.
