Stopped in for a coffee. Beautiful building inside and out. Whomever built it did an incredible job. Inside there are many goodies including chips, candles, wine, beer, salads, to go foods, candy, treats. Etc Got a Rose Matcha Latte with coconut milk that was very tasty. Appreciate the vegan dairy free options for milk. The bagels are great. Freshly made. I was happy to at least have vegan cream cheese. Partner got a bagel sandwich with sausage and 3 eggs. Said it was very good. Good quality. Will be back. Would LOVE to see another vegan option. read more

This is the IT breakfast spot in the area. I'm telling you, it has everything you need to have an enjoyable time with friends or family! I really like the concept of ordering your own breakfast at the cafe and then taking your order upstairs to the large dining hall and eating there. There are games upstairs where you can play with friends over a meal. The downstairs cafe has amazing coffee as well as delicious hearty and trendy meals to choose from. The best part about this place is obviously the mini market in front of the cafe where local goods are sold. There is a great variety to choose - from perishables to handmade jewelry. The staff is here is very friendly as well. I hope we can come visit again some day soon! read more

Stopped by on my way to a nearby hike; it's such an upscale version of the mom and pop stores we grew up with. Expect good coffee (and also specialty lattes), ready meals (including high quality sandwiches), homemade baked goods (fresh from their oven that morning), convenient snacking items (made right here in Maine), and fresh produce too (from locally sourced farms). I got an overflowing pint of the juiciest and sweetest raspberries I've had all season, a "real food bar" by Mom's Munchies, a package of pretzels with hummus (one of the few non-locally made items they carry and unfortunately the hummus had separated/become watery), and a large iced cold brew for around $20. The staff was so welcoming, so patient; treating everyone like they were a regular they were happy to see again. Such refreshing engagement! Admittedly, I wish there were more vegan items: it looked like the only options were a couple of salads in the fridge (a garden salad with greens and tomatoes, and a garden salad also topped chickpeas and edamame), plus some popcorn and chips. A flapjack or no bake cookie or mock egg salad made with tofu would have been nice. Appreciated that they had oat, almond, and coconut dairy alternatives to choose from though! read more

Great spot. Got a terrific BLT for under $10, which is a miracle lately. Lots of food and local artisan gifts to browse on the first floor. Large open seating on the 2nd floor with a comfy couch section and an excellent selection of games. read more

There are baked goods, sandwiches, a decent craft beer selection, some local produce and deli meats, and a few shelves of locally made goods like candles, pottery and art. There is a small seating area if you want to eat in or work remotely Staff is friendly, parking plentiful, and the baked goods I've had (like the carrot cake with maple frosting) are fresh and flavorful. This is where I want to visit every single day. My cousin and I went on a hike and just happened to see this new to us store pop up. Clearly we had to check it out. I'm sooooo happy we did! It is truly everything you want in a shoppe. Art, books, Maine gifts ideas, kitchenware, candles. But not like tacky items from a garage sale. Like perfectly curated, local artists, super mindful items. I wanted to buy it all! Not only that but they have a wall of wine, local beer, frozen pasta and ice creams to go. They also have grab and go sandwiches, salads, noodles, etc. To top it all off they have a fresh cafe with coffee, pastry, and made to order menu for both breakfast and lunch. The owner was so kind and helpful! This will absolutely be in my rotation of must visits in Maine! read more

Such a great addition to the Poland region! Great options for coffee drinks and food, friendly staff, and an overwhelmingly beautiful collection of perfectly curated Maine goods that are perfect for gifts or your everyday pick-me-up! Today I stopped in after enjoying one of their delicious lemon, cranberry scones at a meeting in town for a gift for a friend! Coffee mugs, chocolates, herbs, pastas, meats, wines, cards, everything! It's a great spot to grab breakfast or lunch or with a friend as it has a lovely dining space upstairs where they also host some special events. Highly recommend giving it a try! read more

I was watching this get built and it was on my list to check it out. Great selection of wine and beers (IPAs). Will definitely try again for food made to order but when I visited it was not near a meal time. Interesting gifts, gluten free selections on snacks and some candy/fudge. I wouldn't go out of my way just yet to go back but the food options although pricey seemed great with better than average ingredients. The building was clean and very nicely appointed and staff were very hospitable and eager to assist. On the fence with 3 or 4 stars but since the main focus will probably be the food I need to try that. I will update if need be but optimistic that it's a solid 4. read more

Poland Maine has a new shop in town and my wife and I stopped by today to check it out. The shop is visually appealing with a finished wood throughout the whole store. It has loads of wine available along with a lot of different types of products from sweatshirts to cribbage boards. They also have a variety of baked goods and freshly made sandwiches. Today we decided to enjoy the pretzels with beer cheese which was delicious. Now, take my advice and stop by to check it out! read more

It seems to be busy when I go by. But, I had a terrible experience when ordering pies for Thanksgiving! I ordered 2 pies costing over $50. One was pumpkin. The crust was very thick to the point of uneatable. Not very tasty. The other was pecan. The crust was definitely uneatable. The pie was not good. One bite and you didn't want another it was so bitter. I saved the pie and pieces from the slice. My husband called and left a message. Sheila called back and left a message for him to call her back because she wanted to "make it right". He called and she was never there. He left messages but never got a call back. I took the pie back but she wasn't there. The person I spoke with was extremely nice. She didn't want me to bring the pie inside. She had me leave a note, which I did. She said Sheila will call you back tonight. I have never heard from her! Sure was disappointing to have one pie semi good and another that was terrible!! Wasted my money over $50. We live in Poland. Sure doesn't make me want to go back for anything. read more

After being kicked out of a different restaurant because they were hosting a VERY well attended baby shower for someone named Katherine, Charlotte and I found ourselves driving down the road, looking for ANYWHERE to serve us the food we desired. But what to our wandering eyeballs should appear? Poland Provisions. We turned into the parking lot and the guy parked next to us was staring into my soul. I was afraid for the first time since the subway in New York... then we went into the establishment. OH DELICIOUS is all we could think as the food hit our tastebuds. That BLT was scrumptious my friends. Please Please come to this place if you're looking for a solid sandwich. Mmm oh boy yes we will be back as soon as the missus lets me the staff was so kind and let us order even though lunch hours were just about up. WE LOVE POLAND MAINE. Absolutely worth a visit. We come here almost weekly for breakfast and coffee. The upstairs area is perfect for hanging out, doing work, board games, whatever. The food is great and you won't find nicer people than the ones who work here. We love this place. read more

Ordered a blueberry pie for Christmas dinner. The pies were stacked on top of each other in a windowsill when I went to pick up. The store front is beautiful & they have really neat things for sale but pricey. However, the blueberry pie was awful! My family was disgusted. The price was just as bad. It was like they had no idea how to actually make a blueberry pie. There was no sweetness. The blueberries tasted like they had been frozen for a year and there was literally no blueberry taste. Which is sad as Maine has some of the best blueberries! Service was as expected. read more
