COUNT YOUR MUNCHKINS! This location is still posted on Google as a DD/Baskin Robbins. IT IS NOT. NO ice cream. NO longer a DD/BR combo location! And a POOR example of a Dunkin'! 7 pm Sunday, minimal choices of donuts, IF you want that instead. Mostly munchkins, very few donuts. As previous reviewer mentioned, emotionless staff retraining required! No greeting when entering lobby of an empty store, no manners, no nothing of any kind but mumbles to any inquiry. Muttering, flat affect cashier sold us a "dozen" Munchkins (donut holes), got back on the road and there were TEN. If you are passing here, keep driving. If you have an investment in this store, take down the BR signage and send all staff back to square one! read more

The food here is literally terrible. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese, and I got barely any cream cheese. It wasn't toasted and they always forget everything in my order. I also ordered a pumpkin iced coffee with almond milk and sugar, and it literally has regular milk in it. I wish you could leave them stars because that's what I would do. read more

I felt bad giving a one star but I should have !! How do you ruin two frozen coffees. They come Pre mixed. I have had 1000 from all over the US and this is the first time that both were so bitter we had to throw them out. This Dunkin' is A**!!!!!! After walking on the boardwalk, my sister and I wanted a 2 small caramel craze lattes and they had the nerve to tell us that they aren't serving espresso drinks because the machine is being cleaned... 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING?!?!?!? What the heck is wrong with these people!! A male greeted me and when I asked for those drinks and five minutes of silence, a female told me that they weren't serving anymore espresso drinks. I then drove up to the front without asking for any orders and looking through the drive-thru window, the employees were hiding behind the serving counter... i locked eyes with the female for a second, then I left. Coffee was good as usual but the munchkins were as hard as golf balls. I came into the store to have a little test and coffee and brought my elderly mother and an elderly client with me, the radio inside the store was so loud that we could hear ourselves speaking. When I asked these employees to lower the music a little they thought it was funny to blast the music. I tried calling corporate and even they could hear the music. Not right. This location will clearly remind you that Dunkin is the coffee chain of the fast food industry. I do my best to avoid this location and when I come back, I clearly remember why. There is NEVER a friendly, "hello" , smile or interaction by any of the emotionless staff. Not at the drive thru, not in the lobby. Quite a bit of positivity needs to be pumped into this place, unless Dunkin is the absolute worst place in the world to work. The owner needs to reevaluate who is doing the hiring OR they need to come up with a better training program. Let's talk coffee: If you're looking for your coffee to be consistent, forget it! I once asked for a cappuccino and received a cup that was 1/3 filled. It's even a crap shoot when asking for a simple coffee w cream and sugar. One day it tastes like tea, the next day barely any cream and all the sugar. The only benefit of this place is that there's a drive-thru, but I think I'd rather drive to the location on herbertsville road at this point. I always order a coconut iced coffee with almond milk and every single time it tastes different. Any other location I've gone to almond milk has been free, but here it's a dollar extra! I wish you could leave zero stars. So it took my husband over 20 minutes to get our coffees because some rude man in front of him took his. So he asked for a new coffee they quickly put together a coffee which was 100% nothing like what he ordered. I was debating leaving a review even though I was unhappy that my caramel macchiato had no caramel until I finished my coffee and got a lovely surprise on the bottom. WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER! Went through the Drive-thru. The gentleman taking the order didn't seem to hear us very well and we had to repeat the order SEVERAL times. Perhaps the speaker needs to be adjusted? Ok. Not too bad. But then we got to the window! Lord! When I saw rude! Jazmine was rude! She apparently didn't receive all of our order from whoever was putting it together so we kept having to ask for things. This appeared to annoy her. Then when we receive one of the donuts there is chocolate smeared all over inside the bag. We asked for another donut and she rolled her eyes slamming the window. I stopped by on my way to the GSP, asked for a wrap and a coffee at the drive through. The person taking the order was rude and clearly not loving the job. When I got to the window he made a big deal announcing my "Breakfast Wrap". I didn't get a chance to look into the bag until I was on the GSP, I found a chocolate covered donut and five chocolate munchkins! I suspect this to be some sophomoric prank; it wouldn't have been half bad if it wasn't for the fact that I'm allergic to chocolate! Not a bad stop at all. Whenever I come down here to visit Point Pleasant Beach, my friends and I have always came here to have a potty break and grab something real fast. The service isn't bad from what I've noticed. Whenever we come here though, it's always freezing in here. There are also so many different places to sit at as well, almost a little unnecessary for a place like this (not a bad thing though). read more

This location is nice because it is in a prime spot between the north and south highways. It also has a drive thru which is very convenient. You don't want to miss the entrance though because they are all one way in and one way out. read more

Disappointed. Me and my friend ordered HAZELNUT ICED COFFEE. I got my hazelnut ice coffee, but you know what it tasted like? Cardboard! Yes cardboard, where was the hazelnut? I'm asking the same question. And my friend tried her coffee and realized it was just regular iced coffee!! Don't want to sound like a Karen (no offense to any Karen's out there) but I would love to speak to a manger and find out what happened to the hazelnut syrup. Went here this morning like I do most morning to get food. The woman at the cash register who helped me was an idiot. She did not know what whipped cream was and could not find it. Asked for a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich which they do have. She looked at me like I had 6 heads and didn't know I was talking about. Then she tells me that they did not have that sandwich . She was so bad at her job that she had to get somebody to help her . She needs to know the menu and know how to work the cash register correctly. If not she need to have more training or be fired. This Dunkin Donuts has the most horrible staff. They don't make any orders correctly, I spend almost 10 minutes of my time daily to go in and complain for them to fix my order. I order a hot tea and they make coffee with a tea bag in it, it is ridiculous. I have recieved bagels ordered with cream cheese, with no cream cheese just bagel. I have ordered coffees with sugar and without sugar and gotten the opposite. I was also lied to and told that oatmeal was not sold at that particular Dunkin Donuts, then told by a different employee it is.. PURE STUPIDITY & COMPLETE LACK OF SELF AWARENESS. A manager needs to speak with the staff here to discuss the horrible work ethic they have or they need to be retrained because making a cup of coffee/tea and buttering/cream cheesing a bagel is NOT rocket science. read more

I am a frequent Dunkin customer when it comes to coffee and I usually receive great service from the workers. However.....THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER. My family and I stopped here after walking around the boardwalk to get coffee and and donuts. After ordering, there were no workers getting our donuts, we had to keep asking the cashier about them. Finally, a the manager got our donuts and asked if we had paid for them as if we weren't at the register five minutes before. My mother ordered a chocolate cherry cold brew and right after paying for it, she was told that there was no more chocolate cherry flavor. I then went to get my drink (blueberry crisp latte) to see that I was given an iced coffee with blueberry flavor, when I let the worker know, she started giving me an attitude. After having my mother telling her to not give me an attitude, the worker proceeded to yell at her which was uncalled for. Never have I ever been treated this badly by workers at Dunkin, we decided to get a refund and went to another Dunkin location. This location doesn't even deserve a one star review because their service is terrible. Don't claim that you're getting orders wrong because it's busy when there's only one family in the location and two cars at the drive thru. Also, don't try to defend employees who are starting fights with paying customers who are telling you that made an order wrong. Anyone driving down to Point Pleasant should make stops at other Dunkin locations unless you're in the mood to receive terrible service and attitude. read more

I just want to say that I'm a Dunkin Donuts person. I don't frequent Starbucks, I don't like they're coffee, I prefer DD. Needless to say, this DD is terrible. Not even close to being good. I pass this place on my way to the shore and on my way home from the shore. I have tried this place several times and each time the coffee is just bad. Not only does it taste old and bitter but it's not made well. The proportion of milk to sugar is off and the overall taste is terrible. This morning was the last straw. I was passing very early in the morning (6:00am) on my way to work from the shore. There were cars and trucks lined up at the drive through. I figured how bad could it be. It's was early, there were people getting coffee, the coffee had to be fresh. Boy was I wrong! This was the worst cup by far. I made the 2 hour ride up the GSP without coffee. I had to throw it out when I got to work. I really think that the DD Franchise should do something about franchise's like this. It just gives the whole corporation a bad name. This is not the first DD coffee that I threw out and it probably won't be the last. But I love the coffee so much (when it's made correctly) that I can't switch to a different brand. Shane on this place and shame on DD for not monitoring their franchises better. I'm also sending a copy of this review to the corporate center in hopes that they can come up with a program by which the can monitor the coffee that there places are putting out. read more

They never get your order right, even after asking a million questions and repeating back what you said. "Okay so that's a iced latte? Here's a hot chocolate". Coffee always tastes burnt. Worst dunkin I've ever been to. Only perk is the drive thru. This is year round too, not just in the summer months or when they are busy. This is the worst Dunkin ever. They mess up at least something in my order every time. Last time I went to this Dunkin, I ordered hot coffee with cream and sugar and what I got was black tea. I just went, and ordered iced coffee with cream and sugar, and they literally just gave me an iced coffee with nothing in it. The staff is terrible, they're never attentive, and they mess everything up without care. The worst is when I ask them to fix it, they proceed to remake it at the slowest pace possible. It's so frustrating and unfortunate because it's the only Dunkin I can go to, yet it's so terrible it's not even worth it. I keep trying and trying again, but every time I'm there it's worse than it was the last time. Also I mobile order so the order is literally written out and printed on the ticket exactly as I ordered it so there's no room for miscommunication. It's simply laziness and neglect to follow simple instructions. Hopefully they fix something around there because it would really be nice to have a functioning Dunkin around. Also for better coffee in Point Pleasant, go to Green Planet Coffee. It may not be as convenient as a Dunkin' but It's amazing and they actually make things right. read more

I live in town,my husband and I both stopped going to this location due to the fact that we never receive the correct order at the drive thru and the coffee always had a bitter burnt taste to it.. my coffee pot at home broke so I went yesterday and today.. BOTH times my order was incorrect.. I ordered an iced americano I got to the window it was hot I politely told the young man that I had ordered it iced he replied with well we don't make it iced... I said then why didn't you tell me that at when I was ordering it at the speaker??? Today I went there and I asked for 3 munchkins for the baby (wich I get in the Middletown and south plainfield location all the time) and an iced coffee with a splash of cream.. what I got was cream on ice with a splash of coffee and a large cup filled with munchkins.. I said I only wanted 3 munchkins and he kept repeating that I still owed $2 and change as my gift card didn't cover the full amount.. he had no idea what I was trying to explain.. language barrier?
