Been craving true traditional yeast donuts for awhile, I never heard of this place , but it was suggested to me so I had to check it out !! I got an assorted dozen but of course had to make sure I got my favorite chocolate Kreme donuts ! Which were absolutely delicious!! I also got a Canoli filled donut , cookies and creme, strawberry , vanilla creme, and chocolate frosted donuts. They were all really good and definitely worth taking a trip there. The staff was super friendly , and helpful. Pricing wise was a little above average on the price paid $17 with tax for a dozen. If you check in on Yelp you can a free donut with your purchase! I would definitely recommend coming here for sure !! Will definitely come back ! read more

Excellent place for your donut treats.Owner is exceptionally friendly, been going there over a year,accommodating the customer to the fullest.Very suggestive in the variety she has.Never dissatisfied with any thing we bought in her store.My favorite are the lemon filled donuts and Apple fritters the very best I ever had.We usually would spend over $15 but worth it yes,yes the best. You could have your treat and coffee there also.So stop in and see the donuts,but get there early because they fly out the store. read more

Cloud 9 was a hit amongst my whole donut-loving family! We ordered a dozen donuts, and they were gone in seconds! My favorite was the crumb cake donut, but I also tried a bite of OREO and loved that one too. We were happy with the variety of icings and toppings, and I loved that there were options for cake and yeast bases. Ok so we are a bit of a donut snob. I like simple my husband likes cream filled. Grew up eating donuts in summer from Frog Hollow down near OceanView Campground. Delicious! The donuts were amazing but if you only want to go with one thing I would highly recommend the apple fritters. Best we have found in the area. Staff is super friendly! They even have made the shop COVID friendly and moved the register so you don't even need to go in. Will definitely be taking another trip soon! read more

Just stopped by here on a whim. My husband and I disdain Dunkin Donuts (ruined this industry) and are always on the hunt for good donuts. Cloud 9 had the best of NJ so far (we have tried at least 25 so far). And the Apple Fritter was perfect! I gave up on Apple Fritters on the East Coast!). Everything was excellent (7 items!) To keep it simple: these are the best donuts in the area. Don't walk, run to get them before they sell out for the day. To elaborate: I've been coming here since the first week they opened, and they've only gotten better with time. They make a huge variety of donuts, and have been adding more varieties as well as more baked goods (brownies, etc.) as well. I'm normally not a fan of cake donuts, but I LOVE theirs, although I still prefer their filled yeast donuts! I do wish they would put up signs saying what is on/in each donut, because I feel bad asking about each one that interests me, and sometimes it's hard to tell if a donut has a filling or just a lot of toppings. No matter what, it's a solid choice if you're anywhere near the area. read more

YES! GO! My daughters, husband and I agree these are probably THE BEST donuts we have ever had and wouldn't you much rather patronize a small business than a chain? We got some traditional kinds that we would all get at the... DD place (glazed, blueberry cake, strawberry frosted, jelly) as well as cannoli and a beignet ( luckily she still made some today : ) Dough is so light and fluffy, no oil taste that I so often taste at small donut shops. I live down the road and the only reason I don't find more often is because I like being able to button my pants. Doughnuts are maybe my favorite bakery item and these are among the best. The cake donuts are moist and flavorful and the yeast doughnuts are truly like clouds. The shop is owner run and as a fellow baker I love talking shop with her. The most amazing donuts!!!! I'm on the Keyo diet but these donuts are well worth the cheat!! I didn't have time to take pictures of these donuts because I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into them. AMAZING donuts... from day 1 they opened their doors, this establishment has been nothing but fantastic to visit. Friendly staff, awesome personalities, a personal touch to everything they make. I love when I walk in there and the normal donuts I buy are sold out. It makes me try something new. This place of business works with the local schools to do fundraisers, they have worked with the BTHS Boys Soccer team for an amazingly successful fundraiser. 5 out of 5 stars is just not enough for them. Terrible customer service!!! This owner has NO respect for the elder customers and her employees. The owner was yelling at her employee for bringing a handicap man his donuts to his car and it was not busy at all! my boys and I we're driving to visit family and they suggested we stop in to grab a few donuts. we we're so amazed at how fresh and tasty they were, that we grabbed a half dozen to take with us. the unique flavor combinations and the "like your mother made" classics really make this the best place to stop! read more

Weird setup...there's a walkway up to a door, but it's locked and not where customers go. No sign to tell us that, though. Signs for the donuts didn't reflect what they actually had available, which made it hard to figure out what to get. Seems like they're easily movable / removable, so staff should be able to make it clear what's still available. We sat outside at a table to eat...no trash can to throw away our stuff afterwards. Lots of little things add up...wouldn't recommend.

I honestly like that they were a little smaller so I didn't feel bad about trying a few. I like that they had many different flavors to choose from. I noticed the wall under the neon glow sign looked a little dirty or the paint looked streaky which is apparent in the photo, minor detail. We also ordered one of their refresher drinks, but we're told they were out of ice. Other than that, would come back.
