My kids love Dunkin but the customer service here is so bad I can't imagine going back. The kids running the shop look at you as an inconvenience and are so darn rude! I will take the grocery store doughnuts just to avoid the bad service! read more

You will never visit a slower dunkin donuts. I do not know why I keep coming back. No matter what you order or the people in front of you order you will sit in line for 20min. I literally am writing this post in line because I hope someone from this dunkin sees it eventually and address the need to train the staff to move with a sense of urgency. read more

If you want coffee, don't even bother going to Dunkin'. You'll get milk with a splash of coffee. How disappointing. Even with an extra shot, all I taste is creamer. This is not coffee and you shouldn't even call yourselves a coffee shop. America can't run on Dunkin' cuz America doesn't run on creamer. read more

730 am on a Saturday and my donut is ice cold and hard. Place is trash. Order a dozen and only got 11 donuts. I guess it's just less to throw away because who wants to eat their old donuts. Frys or a gas station literally have better donuts. Place needs to be shut down. I should've drove the extra 5 miles to Donutsville read more

Came in for breakfast in drive thru. Didn't have a crazy order. (2 bagels with cream cheese toasted and 1 Med. iced hazelnut coffee). Showed up to the window. And they were going to ring us up for a dozen of donut holes. Hmm.. then she said that they forgot to enter in our order and I repeated it to her. She then gave me a new total to pay for and was asking for payment (as she was HOLDING MY CARD IN HER HAND lol). That's not even the best part. Once all said and done we opened our bagels and we both got this...(see photo). Yeah, definitely not going back to this location again. read more

This location has definitely improved over the last year. Staff has been much friendlier and they're doing a much better job with the drinks. read more

It's never a good experience coming to this location. They never have donuts and when they do, they are so stale ( I can't believe they sell them like that) my drink is always half full OR filled over the top, huge mess every time in my car. And my drink order is never right. Just all around never a good experience and the girl that works the drive thru looks like she hates her life. Do yourself a favor and drive a littler further to the next Dunkin' because this location has NEVER been even remotely good. It's a waste of money every time. There's a new donut shop in the same parking lot as fry's - try them out! Real FRESH donuts with good coffee. read more

They open at 4AM and have a drive through! I feel if you're going at 10am, 11, Noon and seeing them out of the most popular bagels or donuts - You have to expect the obvious, doesn't matter where you go that is serving a lot of people all morning. If you want them to always have everything in stock, means not everything is as fresh as it should be... that all being said - Dunkin' Donuts got this far off two things. Coffee and Donuts. With the price, the hours, the drive through, and quality of what Im getting in usually 60 seconds or less... I always leave pleased and knowing that I'm going to return! :) The receipt also has a survey, in which a code is presented and you now have a "Buy a Med. Beverage, get a Free Donut" Boston Creme is my favorite of the 12-15 different varieties I've tried. Every morning their everything bagels are deliciously fresh! I would steer clear of all the drinks that have 'pizzazz' being 90% are sugary, cheap, gross messes. Realize you are not going to a smoothie shop, it is a DUNKIN DONUTS. cup a joe and a glaze to go! :D read more

Every single time I do an online order they forget something or mess up my order! Every single time. Today they forgot items in my order, so I waited at the register. The employees just looked at me and ignored me for awhile, and wouldn't help me. Terrible service! read more

Coffee tasted just okay. Muffin seemed a day old and not fresh. Wish DD would seriously consider training employees and giving every customer an A1 experience. Dirty tables were not cleaned that rapidly and that again boils down to employee training. Very dim lighting in the restroom, can barely see your own face, it's so dark and dinghy. Are we living in the 21st century? read more

I can relate to some of the poor reviews, but I think it's gotten better. I order via the app and go in to pick up. Employees are friendly and say hello or "I'll be right with you." At least they acknowledge waiting customers when it's busy. Drinks are good, muffins are good. There is too much ice in the iced drinks, otherwise, I've had good experiences here lately. Employees are masked up when I've been in the store. read more

Reached an all time low for me, this is the 3rd time I thought I would try a Dunkin' breakfast, the coffee was on par with dirt water, and sourdough sandwich was slightly warm and soggy. Quite possibly the worst breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. Dont waste your money here - I for sure wont. read more

I've been to this location many times and have never had very good customer service... Today in particular I dealt with a very rude girl, she had blonde hair and she looked SO unhappy to be there.... I ordered a dozen donuts and an iced coffee... After they handed me the box of donuts my friend and I were waiting for the coffee... So the lady was just hanging out the window starring at us... And she was like "did you need something else?......." In a very rude tone. Which her tone the whole time was unpleasant.... And I told her we were waiting on our iced coffee.... She was like "oh..." And went and got it.... Very disappointing Not to mention... One time I was in this location sitting down with my 2 year old daughter and a girl dropped the F bomb.... And a few other words I wouldn't want my 2 year old hearing.... THAT Was terrible read more

There is always such a long, slow line. The parking lot is so small, resulting in the line blocking a majority of parking spots. Went there this morning for a bagel and cream cheese. They did not have th kind of bagels and cream cheeses on their website. The bagel was no toasted although that is what I ordered and there was so much cream cheese it could have topped several bagels. Lastly, they gave me to wrong coffee which was not discovered until I got home. I ordered two smalls - please tell me how these are the same size?! read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

We went through the drive through on Sunday 11/6 and the window employee was beyond disrespectful and rude. My coffee which was asked extra ice had very light ice. So I proceeded to ask for more ice and he very rudely took the cup and didn't have anything to say. There were Zero donuts so I had to get donut holes. Which had black specks all over it and were stale/ hard. My sister ordered a croissant and my friend ordered hash browns. The employee didn't even give us our hash browns and the croissant was burnt black and smelt like plastic. It made the entire care smell disgusting and was hard as a rock. We went inside and I kindly asked the employee if he would eat the rock hard, black croissant that was in my hand. He very rudely said "Can you not right now" and proceeded to make a scene and start using harsh language being beyond disrespectful. Another employee then came over and asked if I would like a refund because "that's how all of the croissants can put of the oven this morning" which is not me (the customers) fault at all. They gave us a refund and then took another 20 mins to give us the hash browns and there was absolutely no body inside. I will not be returning to this location especially because this is not the first time my food has been served to me horribly and tasted absolutely absurd. The coroner service is terrible and never would recommend this to anyone. read more

I went today and ordered coffee and a pumpkin donut and they replied "we are out of donuts" not out of pumpkin but out of ALL donuts. This is not the first time I have tried to order something and they were out of it. But to be out of donuts at 1130am on a Saturday is crazy. read more

This is the worst Dunkin ever. Don't go here. Every single time I come here my order is wrong. Today I got in line ordered an unsweetened iced tea paid for it got up to the window they don't have it. Had to refund me with cash after I used the app. Last week wait in a long line ordered unsweet tea guess what no tea. Every time I order coffee it taste awful or it's wrong order. I'm from Pennsylvania they know how to do Dunkin in Pennsylvania. I haven't been to a Dunkin yet here in Arizona that knows how to do it. Too expensive to have such shitty service. read more

2 stars is based solely on the coffee (regular with cream and sugar)... A big fat ZERO for the guys that work here. Here's a tip - if you work at a place that opens early and you aren't a morning person, then DON'T WORK THERE!! The guys that work here are rude and unfriendly (and apparently I'm not the only one who thinks the staff have issues). The girls are friendlier. Donuts are still good. I'm gonna go to Donutsville next time even though I'm farther away from them than I am from this Dunkin Douche-nuts. read more

Morning staff is extremely unprofessional and the manager has a very short temper. Food and drinks are good but they are frequently out of items (mostly donuts). The drive through line goes by quickly but if you go inside, expect to wait 10-15 minutes. They highly prioritize the drive through and will wait 10 minutes before they even look at your order. read more

So apparently this is their Carmel moolatte to me it's more pure sugar than anything else no coffee or caramel flavoring. As for their service it sucked the guy couldn't remember what donut I ordered and it wasn't like there was a lot of people there!! I asked for a cold brew. She asked "what size?" and I said the 24oz. "Hot?" She asked. "No." I said. "Cold brew." I then went to the restroom and found three live (but dying) crickets. They were all 1" - 2.5" long. When I came out, the individual had made me two cold brews. I explained I only ordered and paid for one. They said just to take the 2nd one. I instead gave it to the girl next in line. At least she had a pleasant experience. read more

Dunkin Donuts coffee, I love you. I wish you'd move just one state over to the west and expand here in California. Ah, true happiness...

Walked in, got super excited as the Newcastle vs Everton game was on the television. Downhill after that. Not a single customer in the place, but every table was dirty, trash on the floor, seats in disarray. Took 25 minutes to get our food. Still haven't cleaned. Ugh. Next.... read more

Let me begin by saying I am a DD fan and loyal customer. This week I ordered my normal coffee and doughnut as well as a decaf iced coffee for my wife. When it was delivered I confirmed it was a decaf. Why? My wife is very allergic to caffeine. Upon drinking about 15% of the iced coffee she began to get sick. It was obviously not decaf. Yes, mistakes can happen. Today I went back into the store and informed them of the event. I was asked who waited on me - well with a mask, hat, and apron it is had to say. I was told it would not happen again, and the supervisor walked away. How do I know that? Who waited on me and blew off my confirmation of it being a decaf? No mention of a credit, no offer to make a new one today for free. Well, I am done with the DD at Happy Valley & Lake Pleasant Parkway. Poor customer service, and horrible attention to detail to get an order correct. Time to find a new coffee place that gets it right and when they don't makes it right not just walking away with a half hearted comment. read more

Horrible service asked for a iced matcha latte and they gave me a mocha. Rude workers

I guess this is what a "little bit of cream" looks like to the employees here. The girl taking my order, I think her name was Shana, spoke over the intercom as if she hates her life and would rather be anywhere else than taking my order. Haha well, another Dunkin' Donuts bites the dust!! read more

Damaging the brand. This location is an embarrassment to food service in general. Not only are the employees rude, but often get orders incorrect. Horribly long wait times, zero sense of urgency, and rarely have product. Out of everything but "Chocolate glazed" today and most days. Girl at the window was unusually polite and apologetic. Clearly a leadership issue. Owners need to step in and evaluate, and if they already are, they're in trouble. Visibly disorganized from behind the counter to the drive through window. Hand made signs posted all over the kitchen that not only show a lack of basic standards, but most are either misspelled or grammatically horrible. Sad, this location is a money maker if you can just be in-stock and give decent service. I honestly hope they turn it around, or Donutsville opens a location closer to Vistancia!! read more

Can't review many details because my party of four gave up after ten minutes without anyone even acknowledging us standing at the counter. One other customer in the building. Before we left, we were even making jokes when the employees would walk by us "I knew we shouldn't have worn camoflage today-they can't see us!" etc. Since no one ever spoke to us, I am not 100% sure they were out of every donut, but their shelves were bare. Very dirty. Floor covered in trash. Employees seemed on the verge of walking out... read more

Went there my first time and last time yesterday. Went through the drive thru and they did not have two things we wanted so I obviously needed a couple seconds so I could figure out what else to get. So I get an extremely sarcastic "yup, take your time" as a reply. Finally ordered our food, which wasn't that much, but a five minute wait at the window. My coffee did not have the flavoring in it and the hash browns I ordered were soggy and freezer burnt, the sandwich was barely warm, and the wraps I ordered were put together with broken pieces of food and put together sloppy. Would recommend anywhere else but this location. Such a shame that this location is so bad because they are in a prime spot with heavy people traffic. read more

Dunkin Donuts I truly love your coffee but I have no problem driving across the street to McDonalds instead. You staff needs a refresher in customer service 101. Your 2 cashiers were super rude this morning. I understand it's your prime rush time but that's no excuse for nasty attitudes. Hope you realize there's competition on every corner surrounding you. Bring your A game! read more

Holy cow this place is terrible, but yet I keep going. First of all, everytime I go there, for some reason when I say croissant they hear bagel, everytime, which makes the wait longer because they have to fix it, then it's made crappy. They never have a full supply is donuts either. Their customer service is terrible. We need a better donut shop up this way. And there is always a line that they are never in a hurry to get through. read more

My friend and I went through the drive through here and a guy took our order through the speaker and he was very very nice, but I wanted to add something to my order and he already ended the talk thingy. So, I pulled up the window where I wasn't greeted whatsoever, and asked if I was able to add one more item, the lady working the window rudely said "well, what is it?" and then I told her and she just looked back at the computer and said "your total is $11.63" and so I handed her the card and after that she just shoved all the items we ordered into my hands. I then said "thank you so much" and got nothing back from her but an attitude filled expression. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but it seems like customer dissatisfaction has always been an issue at this location. read more

Written in to corporate in the past about how often this Dunken makes mistakes on its orders. Employee moral seems to be always low but they are really nice. There just seems to be bad top down management of this establishment that falls below other locations. It has a drive through, the coffee is good, and prices good as well, so has reasons to come, but unfortunately it's inconsistency nets some poor experiences. read more

They have since got rid of the restaurant manager. Have a whole new staff. They are very sweet. Hold a conversation while you wait. They get the orders right 99% of the time.
