I used to love Dunkin Donuts, but after going to two in the area, I will not be going anymore. I have been to this store a number of times, usually through the drive-thru. The customer service is never good, and I am the one who says thank you and have a nice day to the employee, the employee never thinks that is actually their job. But today, I decided to go in the store to order one sandwich and one donut. The employee had just finished the only other customer in front of me, so it was just me in the store. I ordered at 9:05 and didn't receive my one sandwich until 9:25! In the meantime, there were at least six cars that were serviced before my one sandwich was even made and most likely because I complained. There was never an apology from anyone. Worst donut shop experience I've ever had. I'm local and unfortunately my kids love donuts on Saturday morning. We've been driving 30 minute away Vs. going here but didn't have the time last Saturday. Went in and found that most donuts were gone. No munchkins and no chocolate or regular milk available. Long Johns were the choice of the day and my 9 year old says it tastes bad. Took a bite for myself. Might have been 2 days old... I guess it's going to force me to learn how to make donuts myself. Wish we could get a Bosa out here and shut this place down. The place is in business because of lack of choices not because of quality. Dunkin was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. Went at 8:51am, had a great selection of doughnuts. I had the French crueler and sour cream doughnut, they were amazing! Light, fluffy anD not too sweet. I'm not big on meat so I ordered the Beyond sausage, egg and cheese muffin. Wow! It was so great! Excellent flavor and quite a big sandwich. I gave my husband a bite and he said he couldn't tell it wasn't meat. This would be my go-to fast breakfast place if I lived here, unfortunately I'm only here on vacation. The only way you are gonna get any kind of selection or ANY donut, for that matter is to be there early in the morning. We have stopped in here SO many times and there is zero selection! MIGHT have two to choose from! It's crazy! If you're going to be open until 9pm have product fresh and available for your customers! I've walked out of the building on numerous occasions bc I was never acknowledged by the two employees in the back/behind the counter. One time my daughter and I resorted to coffee drinks since there were no donuts... reluctantly the kid made our drinks.. while someone else ran my card. Went to order some food, because that is one of their main pulls is all of their breakfast items, I asked for potatoes, they said they were out. I asked for the snackin bacon, they said they couldn't make it. I asked for a basic breakfast sandwich, and they finally told me they are currently "cleaning their oven" and so they cannot make any item on their menu. It's just drinks. And most people don't go to Dunkin just for the drinks. So late morning when that should be one of your hottest times to go buy their breakfast food items, they decide to shut their oven down, they're only vessel for cooking all of their food items, just so they can clean it in the middle of the day. The operational logistical ball drop on this is absolutely insane. Their manager should absolutely get a talking to. I don't even blame the associates, that's on the manager. Update: It's the only Dunkin in the area.. So we are waiting again for a sandwich when several people behind me have (who ordered the same thing!!) have gotten theirs... The lady behind me is still waiting and has to get to work... So far almost every time I come in, it is a bad experience here :-( This Dunkin' Donuts is a nightmare... Unfortunately there are no other options in the immediate area... Each time I come there is a long wait... Orders are not correct... Girl at front register was extremely unpleasant and impatient. She was tapping her nails in the counter as my daughter tried to figure out what donut she wanted. It just makes my blood boil when I order food through food delivery and food is missing. Today I order a croissant egg and ham with cheese sandwich from Dunkin Donut less than 10 mins down the road and it takes an hour to get to me so naturally the food has been sitting and not the best quality by then, plus you get ripped on on the extras they offer like I added extra ham and of course didn't get it. To pay twice as much to go through these food delivery services like GrubHub and DoorDash to get less quality and quantity of food and pay more is just crap! Wow! Shocked with the bad reviews here. Had an amazing experience here compared to our drive thru experience minutes prior at Panera. Service was expedited, employee was super helpful and friendly and what we appreciated was that we were able to get our coffees within minutes of pulling into drive through. I paid with a card and was handed my order. I double checked my purse before leaving the drive thru and realized I didn't get my card back. I advised the cashier I was still waiting for it, but he insisted he handed it back to me. I triple checked again -my purse, my center console, my door frame, even the street if it fell. Nope. This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the region. We keep giving it a chance because we live just a few minutes away but time and time again we come away disappointed. Their success rate for making a simple iced coffee is about 50% (I'm not sure how you screw up an iced coffee but they always find a way) There was a great stretch where they had some older staff working and the Drive-Thru line was actually moving and I we got decent coffees. However, its taken a massive turn in the last 2 weeks and now I don't want to go anywhere near it. Please DUNKIN DONUT CORPORATE do something about this location, it needs to be revoked from its Franchisee because it's by far the worst in the region, we now go out of our way to go to a different DDs to avoid this one. read more
