This encounter took place on 10/02/2026 around 7:22 AM. The location was some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I mobile orders at 7:07am, left my house and got to the location at 7:12am. I had placed an order though drive through, but after 10 minutes the line hasn't moved so I went inside to just grab my order. I explained to the worker at the pick up counter I was needing my mobile order and the drive thru line was taking too long. She gave me a nasty look and asked for my name. I told her it and said I placed it for drive thru. She didn't go look over there and instead looked at the tickets in front of her and yelled at me and said well you only placed it four minutes ago so you will have to wait no matter what. I told her I definitely placed it over 15 minutes ago at this point and she grabbed a ticket and rudely put it in my face and pointed at a time and said no you didn't. The ticket she showed me was for someone else so she didn't even listen to my name when asked. I corrected her and told her again my name and that it was in drive thru. She eventually found and tossed it on the counter and didn't say anything after that. I couldn't believe how rude she was to me for a mistake SHE made. Racist and unprofessional staff! I walked in roughly 3:30pm on Saturday 6/14/25. I'm getting mean mugged and ignored by the young man working (roughly 23/24 years old). He gives me horrible service while taking my order and proceeds to slam and throw everything around while making my coffee. As he's preparing my order he keeps giving me a stink eye and I'm just sitting waiting for my order. My coffee is finally brought up front to me and doesn't even say anything as I grab it and walk out. He proceeds to be kind and talk to another customer (older white gentleman) I felt very racially profiled as a Hispanic man in this area. I did a review months and months ago and swore I would never come back. I really love Duncin coffee, but you guys can never get it right. Today I was lectured by a young lady with blonde and brown hair on what a latte is when I simply just asked her how many shots come in a medium latte... yesterday I came in and got a medium latte and the girl said it was one shot , today I came in and she told me two shots ... there's no consistency at all ever at this Dunkin. I simply said to her I wish the consistency was better because I always get a different answer on how many shots are in a medium iced latte. She then lectured me and told me a latte was 90% milk... i'm not stupid. I know what a latte is my question was is there one shot of espresso or two shots of espresso in a medium iced latte and then I proceeded to tell her if I needed to buy another shot of espresso I would, but there's no consistency ever Apparently, I just need to learn my lesson and never return to this Dunkin ever it has the worst customer service. It has the worst coffee 90% of the time that's why it's frustrating is because I love Duncan's flavor of coffee so greatly. No one ever seems to do anything about this problem. It's a shame. I just recently went through the drive through and ordered two hummus toasts. We get up to the window and they inform us that they're out of the hummus which was fine. She asks us what we want to switch it out for and we ask for the grilled cheese instead. She leaves with an attitude which confuses us but we ignore it and she comes back with two open boxes and hands it to us before just walking away. We open the box only to see that they had put three slices of cold cheese onto luke warm bread. I was interested in ordering the festive Halloween spider donuts for my son's class. I needed 2.5 dozen so I knew I should order in advance. There was no way to do this. We opted to get a dozen donuts last weekend as a treat for the family since we haven't had them in awhile. My hubby got an assortment and let them pick. I would have given more parameters for the chooser as what we got were all the most basic of donuts and ones people hardly select.
