I've been coming to this Starbucks nearly every other day for the past year and a half, and it's by far the best in Arizona. I've watched new team members grow, and the leadership here is steady and genuine. The staff consistently show compassion and care, even during busy times. This is the kind of store that makes you want to be a regular. I even watched the team handle an extremely demanding customer with calm professionalism and respect. I normally go through the drive-through and order through the app so I have to talk as to as few humans as possible and the following is the reason why. I had some time to kill so I decided to go inside and order, I had sent a text to my sister to see if she wanted anything as well as my mom and I was waiting for their response. I normally get the same boring iced green tea every time but decided I wanted to look at the menu to see if there was something new that I wanted while I waited for a response from my family. When I walked in six people standing behind the counter with crazy eyes stared at me and gave me the most insincere, fake greeting in existence. I smiled back and nodded I stood at a table just in front of the counter while I was waiting for a response and while was browsing the menu and this young man, who had been staring at the register rudely and aggressively asked me if I was planning on ordering. I believe his intentions may have just been to see if I wanted to place an order right then and there but the way he presented himself and the way he said it made me feel so unwelcome and just absolutely disgusted with everybody standing at the counter. I calmly said I'm going somewhere else and I walked out as they stared at me and I'm sure talked bad about me because that's what Starbucks employees do apparently. Stopped at Starbucks this morning for some slow service today. Ordered a simple black tea and breakfast sandwich. My sandwich had been sitting on the counter for 5 minutes before the attendant passed it to me. And after 10 minutes, I inquired as to when my tea would be ready at which time the cashier interrupted and admitted that she forgot to pour the cup. Disgustingly dirty inside! It doesn't seem to matter the time of day or even the day of the week I come to this location, it's always a gross mess inside. I haven't checked out the bathroom (nor do I want to at this point). Drinks are hit or miss but the dining area cleanliness has me a bit freaked about how "clean" it is in the preparation / cooking area. For how busy this location is, I feel like the maintenance of cleaning needs to reflect this. A location as busy as this one can't just get cleaned at the end of a day and think that's enough. i went to drive through at 4am with store opening at 430am. i was the first person in line. i asked to purchase the new bear cup and place a order. the person said they do not sell those in the drive thru. i had to go inside and purchase it. the part that gets me really upset is that i went around and parked. there were 20 people already in line and they only had 3 of them to sell. why didn't he tell me this beforehand. i finally got out of there at 4:52 with my coffee. i would place my order at the drive thru instead and would have been done in no time. what a waste of time. read more

I've been to this location a few times and it is fine. The reason for the 4 star (probably closer to 3.5) review is mostly for customer service, just not very friendly or personable. Not rude or anything, just nothing special. The most recent time, however the woman helping us was super friendly. I am not a regular though, so maybe it was just an off day of the two visits that weren't anything great. The inside has a good amount of seating for the size of store. Bathrooms have been clean. I've never done the drive-thru, but their lines are super long a lot of the times. It isn't a big parking lot and can be a pain to find parking. It gets busy in that area of the parking lot. read more

Over the past year the Quality of service at this location has taken a huge dive. It's unfortunate because it is a very convenient location for me. I just went through the drive thru with my partner, a former SBuks barista. We pulled up to the window and were ignored for a full 2 minutes + by 3 employees chatting and playing in their phones. I watched one. Working the coffee machine, handle a cup putting her fingers in the INSIDE then putting shots into it. Stopped in on a "COVID" date night with my husband so we could have a little time without the kids. Staff was super friendly and everyone was wearing a mask. The inside is closed off for customers to sit in currently but the outside seating is still available and was a great place to drink our coffee and talk. The baristas are absolutely fantastic here! Love their personalities, their exceptional service and their good spirit! I've never had a negative experience with any of them. However, the store manager of this location makes you feel quite suffocated when you walk in... I don't sense any sincerity in her demeanor and have tried to be genuine with her... For example, she'll ask how you're doing and then walks away immediately before you can respond.. Thanks for checking in..? Kind of strange, in my opinion, I'd rather go in drive thru and skip encountering her fake interest. Either way, the baristas are great! I was once told in a marketing class that Starbucks sells atmosphere. I couldn't find "atmosphere" on their menu so I ordered a caramel crunch frappaccino instead. I probably visit this Starbucks 4-5 times per week and I sit outside on their patio at least once per weekend. For the most part, the experience is great. However the problem that I have is they do not do a good job keeping their tables wiped down. I understand if you're busy but someone should be assigned to at least go out and wipe the tables a few times a day. With COVID-19 still being a valid concern, cleanliness should be a higher priority. It doesn't make sense to sit at a table with food that has been here at least a few hours still on the table. There is a 50 percent chance your drink will be messed up. First of all, the people there are nice and work fast. So will not complain on service. It is way too busy to enjoy the place. However, if you online order a london fog tea latte with alternative milk, you may not get all the flavors which makes it an over priced hot tea with milk. Generally they get it right but this last time - no lavender or vanilla flavors. By the time its brought home to enjoy it just disappoints. Please improve attention to detail when busy :( read more

My sister got a berry hibiscus refresher and i got the pumpkin spice. I always get this drink and it's always good but today it tasted like crap! Whenever I order an Iced Soy Chia, they start making a Hot chia and I have to correct them. The drive thru is stupidly designed and blocks parking in the complex. I paid with a gift card going through the drive-through and once I drove away I had realized that never gave me my gift card or receipt back so I had to go inside and ask for it back so they tried to tell me I had nothing left on my gift card and threw it away even though I knew I just had bought the gift card and there should be at least like 15$ left on the card, the lady fought with me for 10 minutes until she pulled up the transaction and realized I still had money on the gift card and had to give me a new gift card!
