We've even come first thing in the morning when you'd expect them to be hot and fresh-but nope. This place is convenient for us, but honestly this was the last time we'll go back. Why sell old, stale donuts to you customers? A few years ago they were struggling and almost closed because they weren't getting enough business. The community came together and supported them. The least they could do is value their customers and serve fresh donuts. Our family is done for good. I really wish I could leave a good review for them and I truly don't understand the good reviews.

The filled ones are my favorite. They are big and light not heavy or cakey. I had to stop by and get a dozen to take home before I left. I also bought some muffins. They are a fan of most people here in Pensacola. Whenever I'm in town, I make sure to pick up a couple of dozen during my stay Their breakfast sandwiches are also amazing. The menu includes a great variety of different items. The soup of the day was a green chili chicken stew that sounded too good to pass on, so I ordered that along with a side of Gouda grits and a side of sautéed green beans. The grits were delicious! The green beans were very good; and the soup was good. My wife ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with sweet potato criss-cut fries. The fries were bomb! The sandwich was okay, she was trying to figure out what was missing. On the way home she realized it was missing cheese. A cheesesteak without cheese?!?! Service was very good. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. This bistro is not cheap by any stretch, but it is good and I'm sure we'll return.
