The worst possible customer service I've ever experienced. They are ALWAYS so rude and unprofessional. I try to order online and just walk In and grab my order so I don't have to talk to them, but today it was inevitable. When I ordered through the app, I substituted my berries but I guess it didn't save. When I got in, I told them about the mistake and they told me, "the receipt tells you what you ordered and that's what you ordered." Then rung up another for me to pay again. The last time I had a miserable experience with them, somebody called me apologizing and promising to send me a gift card (which never happened), but I promise I would've gotten more satisfaction in a staff who had attentiveness, professionalism, courtesy, and doesn't play on their phones right at the counter at work ! read more

Online, the wrap looks fresh and delicious. But what I got was sloppy, dripping, ranch/Buffalo sauce wrap with a tiny bit of chicken and a couple pieces of wet, sloppy lettuce. I love the Fort Walton, FL TSC. The great customer service as well as quickness to get my order out to me and the cleanliness of the store hit all my happy buttons. Food is Delicious, great quality it's worth the money. I wish this TSC was in Navarre Fl that place is the worst. From now on I will drive from Navarre to Fort Walton just to get a smoothie and my PB&B wrap yummy. Keep up the great work you've shown me that not all TSC are the same. Me and my husband recently went here and we ordered cuban sandwiches and 2 smoothies. I ordered the avocolada without lime and I added a probiotic. Now the smoothies were great, loved the flavor, wasn't to sweet either. But the cuban sandwich, was not what I was expecting at all. First they put a lot of mayo on it and there was no pickles. Now, I'm cuban and putting mayo on a cuban sandwich is crazy to me, as well as no pickles. Maybe others like mayo and no pickles on their cuban sandwich. But, no one I know. I decided against take away any stars because the sandwich after I scraped off the mayo was good and now that I've had it, I can easily ask for pickles and no mayo next time. And the avocolada is definitely my favorite smoothie. Nice place, nice staff. Would recommend. read more

Relaxing atmosphere and great customer service. I had the: -Mango smoothie: Wonderful smoothie that was perfectly blended. There was no froth and it went down extra smooth, with flavors equaling out perfectly. -The Cuban Sandwich Perfectly toasted, with each exciting flavor balancing each other out -Buffalo bowl Not my most favorite thing as it seemed to lack an ingredient to tie all of it's elements together. Simply just seemed like a plain chicken salad with buffalo sauce added, but the side of the Kale salad with apple slaw definitely improved the overall dish. Would come here again! read more

Excited for my gut healthy post gym meal, I felt my heart beat in the soles of my feet as I walked toward the front doors of tropical smoothie. Typically I shoot for the avocado grilled cheese which is like nothing else my taste buds have ever experienced... the sensation of pulling apart those cheesy slices of bread is almost better than sex. I order the usual peanut paradise but decide to switch it up and get the super green Caesar salad. This was a MISTAKE. I was APPALLED at the sight of SHREDDED LETTUCE in my salad. Bagged shredded lettuce in a salad should be a crime. Entirely disappointed I continued to shovel the salad down as the dressing was still bangin. Good food, but subpar smoothies. Staff was unprofessional in both appearance and performance. It took 25 minutes for my food and two people came in and got theirs before me. Highly recommend this location adopts an actual screening process for employees instead of hiring whoever will show up. read more

The location on bayou blvd, was very upsetting. Not only was the cashier having attitude when we came in, but she would not get off her phone, and kept sitting down in a booth until a customer would walk in. I had been waiting on my food for a while and when I went up to ask where the food was, she then realized it was sitting behind the counter, which she didn't notice till after she got off her phone. One of the reasons using your phone at work is not appropriate. I live in gulf breeze and this was my first experience at the Pensacola location and it was disappointing customer service wise. read more

While ordering, I observed a picture of the Santa Fe Dilla and it looked appetizing. So ordered it and a soda. I got the soda first and it was Luke warm and they did not provide ice. Next I received the Dilla. Upon inspection, it looked nothing like the picture, not even close. During my inspection, the cashier obviously noticed something wrong so he came to the table and asked if there was something wrong. I pointed to the picture, and asked him if the "thing" in front of me looked even close to the picture they advertised, he grumbled something inaudible and left. The manager never thought to check with us either. Very disappointing experience and a total waist of money. Go somewhere else. read more

This was my first time at this particular TS location. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the door by a lovely woman with a huge smile and big eyes that seemed to coo, "Yes buy a smoothie!". I was looking around and getting a feel for the place. Like others have mentioned, the salad bar does look appetizing. Additionally, they have many other sandwiches and platters to choose from. Because of the inviting and clean interior and very good service, I'll go with 3 strong stars. I was really hoping for a more filling sandwich platter, since this would be dinner. With its good vibes, I would be open to returning to this or any other Jason's location to try other things to see if there is something that wows me. But, for now, I'm going to go with this rating.

Came in for lunch with my mom last month and it was great! The menu is very good, they have lots of different kinds of healthy and delicious choices to choose from. I'd go again and have amazing food and service, but unless someone else is buying, the king cake is a pass for me, no need to keep the knife in the box.

Super friendly folks working there too. The coffee is solid, the bowls are creative, and the menu keeps things simple in a good way. You can hang out outside or grab a bowl and coffee to go. Also Bear Fruit exercises excellent and totally appropriate use of Nutella. Definitely recommended if you're spending time in NW Florida.

I drove around the block several times looking for it. Turns out, the restaurant is tucked inside a surf and skateboard shop. Once I finally figured that out, I walked in and immediately knew this wasn't going to be your average Pensacola lunch. The cafe is basically the centerpiece of the shop, surrounded by some seriously interesting vibes. I was greeted by scream-o music, which eventually segued into coffeehouse music and then some lighter indie stuff. Quite the musical journey. I half expected the playlist to ask me to pick a lane. What drew me in was the menu. Clean, interesting and exactly the kind of thing that makes you think, OK, these people might be onto something. I went with the blackened mahi tacos with rice and beans. And this is where things got a little less interesting. The food was fresh. The presentation was nice. Unfortunately, the flavor never really showed up for work. The mahi was supposed to be blackened, but I'm not convinced the blackening seasoning actually made it from the kitchen to the plate. The beans were also undercooked and under-seasoned. Nothing was bad, exactly. It just lacked the punch that the menu had promised. And that's the frustrating part. There is clearly a cool concept here, and the menu has enough personality to make you expect something memorable. The plate just didn't deliver the same energy as the room. Maybe I'm simply outside the target demographic. There seemed to be a pretty strong twenty-something surf/skate crowd, and perhaps I'm just not fluent in the culinary dialect of that demographic yet. Interesting place. Interesting concept. Interesting vibes. Friendly/helpful staff. Pretty average food.

My only complaint is the egg and cheese biscuit was very cold. Overall prices were very good. It did feel like the house coffee and sweet tea were a little steep at almost 4 dollars each. But my husband and I ate for under $40 bucks. Would def come back because it's clean, friendly and very reasonably priced. And Emily was a sweetheart.

The staff is very friendly , eager to fill you coffee even when it's not their table . You can see how they all work for the common goal of serving the customers. In today's world that's such a welcome change and makes you build loyalty to the restaurant. If you wish to have a great Breakfast, they had a lot to choose from, or a great Lunch; come to the Table and have an experience that will Leave you Both Happy and Full - without emptying your wallets.
