This place has a little bit of everything. Not sure what their specialty is. I got the boba milk tea, it was 5/10. A little over sweet, and bobas are just ok. They were very quick, though didn't speak much English. The paintings on the interior walls is well done. The guy in the cup is kinda creeping me out though...

Amazing! No other words if you want a Cold drink. Go to Cold Breeze. The bobas and smoothies are all so good but if you want a boost to your day. Try the Vietnamese coffee. I had the iced version -it's a tall cup with the most delicious caffeine. They also have a sesame coconut ball filled with a sort of dry paste. Delicious and it's something I'm familiar with being from Hawaii and part Filipino. You can never go wrong with anything you order on their menu. So much to choose from.

This Sandwich was so good! I'm happy they created a Yelp account because I've been patiently waiting to show this bad boy off! The bacon was sweet, smokey, and salty. The croissant was flakey and buttery. Very balanced sandwich. The only reason they don't get a 5 star is because they didn't have boba at the time (my wife's favorite)

They used to have only traditional ice creams and shakes but have now branched out in to waffle desserts as well as delicious spring rolls freshly made 4/$5! So good we snarfed them down before we could take a picture! Also bubble and boba teas and milk teas. Seating inside among the beautiful murals making the place cheery. Stop for a snack and check out the 2 gift shops next door!

We were in town for a beach vacation and my girls love boba. This little shop was on the way out of our rental. What a gem! We stopped in one afternoon for boba; girls had peach and mango teas with assorted boba, I had the peach lemonaide refresher. So, so good. We stopped on the way out on final day for breakfast. Hubby and I got hot coffee; never had Vietnamese coffee before. Different but delicious. Everyone had a sandwich and ALLL I heard about was the bacon! I had the turkey/avocado BLT. That bacon IS the bomb; not usually a sandwich person, but this was sooooo good! All the veggies were fresh and crisp, and bagel was perfect. Both times we were in, there was a very nice couple running the place. Very patient with my girls and very sweet. Prices are good too. 5 sandwiches, two giant coffees and 3 boba teas for just over $50. read more

Yum yum. We had the Nutella, marshmallows & ice cream cone supreme that was in a large, baked & tasty waffle with lots and lots of marshmallows and it was delicious. Also a banana split that was very large with lots of everything! The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. read more

This little place is great! Good staff and good food. They also have regular tapioca boba. I like them in my frozen coffee and this is the only place around here I've found that has them. Plus, the drinks taste better than Starbucks, Dunkin, etc if you ask me. read more

Absolute gem of a food and drink place in Gulf Breeze. Whenever I'm in the mood for a Boba tea or a sandwich, it's my go-to. Everything I've tried there has been great. My only complaint is that they don't cut sandwiches in half by default. You gotta request it. But that's not a deal breaker. read more

Seriously the best turkey BLT croissant I've ever had!! The cheese was divine and the candied bacon was a nice touch!! Cute little hole in the wall place with an adorable beach vibe! The strawberry lemonade was a bit sweet for my taste and the service was just ok but it wasn't a big deal to me since it's just counter service anyways. This is the perfect place to stop for a quick bite of lighter fare food on a hot summer's day! read more

Had heard good things about their sandwiches so decided to stop in. Not impressed. We wanted croissant sandwiches and were told sorry, no croissants. (Walmart delivers guys!!) So went with wheat toast. BLT arrived with lettuce, tomato and one piece of bacon on dry toast, no mayo, no pickle, not cut. Our drinks arrived well after our sandwiches making a dry sandwich even drier. We were inundated with fruit flies while trying to eat. The best part of the meal was the little bag of Ruffles chips! This is a fairly new place so we'll give them a little more time to practice before going back. read more

They actually have fresh brew tea and freshly made boba. Other tea places in the Pensacola area are mainly powder flavoring which is terrible. The bubble waffle is also good as a snack on its own or as a cone for ice cream. I will definitely come back. read more

Next time, we're thinking a Grouper sandwich as they were being enjoyed at two tables next to us and looked delicious. Our breakfast entrees arrived quickly. The omelette came with a choice of side and I chose the potatoes. They were seasoned but a bit cold and hard. Brooke offered to swap them out when checking on us, but by that time, I was filling up from the large packed omelette. It was filled with pork, peppers, onions and cheese with more spicy, sweet pork on top. I wish the entrees came with toast. The shrimp and grits were served over gouda grits as requested and the dish was spicy and filling. Definitely one of the best we tried in a while. Drinks were refilled promptly and Brooke took care of her guests quickly and with a smile.

I consider myself an aficionado of biscuit and gravy so I ordered same. The biscuit flavor was fine but the bottoms werre burnt brownish/black thus dominating the flavor of the entire dish. I call this to attention of very nice waitress who politely said she was sorry and would tell the chef. That was it! i also mentioned to the cashier who was also very polite and said she was sorry.I don't blame the staff for the total breakdown in customer service, it falls right in the lap of management. For the cost of a biscuit replacement they lost a potentially regular customer and family. I wasn't looking for a free meal just one that I could eat. Fortunately, there are a lot of other choices nearby.

The scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast were decent. The poached egg with salmon on grilled eggplant and arugula was tasty, and the home fries were a standout--unexpectedly excellent. Service was attentive and kind throughout, which I appreciated. However, the wait time after ordering was noticeably long, and there was a 3% convenience charge for using a debit card, which was noted on the receipt. I don't typically give less than 4 stars, but this feels like a place that could easily improve with some small adjustments.
