AMAZING! Service, owners, coffee and Acid bowls. We had the Shuga daddy bowl and put honey drizzle in place of Nutella. SO GOOD!

Talk about good bubble tea! JY Tea is an unassuming little store in a strip mall, I passed by while…read moreat the tjmaxx nearby and decided to stop in. (What a great decision!) The inside of the store is so cute and clean, and they have a giant boba statue that really catches the eye. The employees were very sweet and gave some great recommendations when asked! I got a vanilla bubble tea (I give a 8.5/10) and my friend got a Vietnamese iced coffee, which she says is the best coffee she's had in a very long time. Too bad we live a hour away! We will definitely be coming back soon.

The decor looked fun and customer service was good. The girl behind the register was patient with us when we asked questions. They were out of some of their holiday specials like the Okinawan milk tea and mocha peppermint drinks :( but it's okay! We tried some other flavors! They also had some baked goodies like brownies and the soft, spongy cheesecakes. I got the honeydew milk tea and it was good, a bit too sweet for my liking but it's my fault. Should have asked for less sweetness. The milk tea was a little chalky and I saw some sediment at the bottom. It wasn't mixed thoroughly it looks like. The taste reminded me of the melona ice cream bars or the melon milk drink! The tapioca balls were perfect! Flavorful, bouncy, and chewy! It usually comes with apple jelly but I opt for just tapioca. The rest of my family enjoyed their drinks! I would come back and try other flavors! Was pretty bummed they were out of their holiday specials but I'll make sure to catch them next time!

I've been meaning to try this place since it opened and decided to check it out for my birthday…read moredinner this year. Four of us went and we all enjoyed it. Our waitress was incredible, very knowledgeable and patient with my families questions about the menu. She made the experience that much better! Food wise we had: -seaweed salad (standard but yummy, 7/10) -spicy cucumber salad (a table favorite, 9/10) -potstickers (another favorite, my niece is ready to return for these alone! 10/10) -chicken clay pot with rice (really good, but I wish there was some veg in there or something? Kind of one note, but still tasty. 7/10) -short rib clay pot (I didn't try this but my sister enjoyed it, 7/10) -Panang curry (a go to favorite, my niece is very happy to have another place in town to get it! She gave it a 10/10, I give it an 8. It was a little fishy for me and I prefer more liquid.) -eggplant in garlic sauce (this was a mixed reaction. My mom ordered it upon the waitresses advice that it wasn't too spicy but it actually ended up being too spicy for her to eat. I enjoyed it a lot though the texture of the eggplant was perfect and the flavors were very well balanced although it was the spiciest thing we had.8/10) -creme brulee milk tea with tapioca (I love boba but this was kind of boring.6/10) -cotton candy milk tea with rainbow jelly (14/10, the best I've ever had I think. We will come back for this again and again.!) Overall it was a really great experience and the pricing was quite reasonable, we got all that plus a couple sodas for $108 before the tip. The atmosphere is good, well lit, roomy booths, very clean and we liked the music.

Nothing too fancy though. The prices were a bit high. I ordered a curry dish. I was not too thrilled about the taste. Everyone ended up taking the majority of their food to go. I ended up paying for the 4 of us,and it was over $100.00. no way was this considered a top class place , more casual. One dish was a seafood one and it had imitation seafood in it. For the price it should have had some real scallops or lobster. It was fake, and a couple of pieces you had no clue what it was supposed to be. Everyone agreed when we left that there were better places in the Pensacola area and much cheaper. The food I'm sorry was not exceptional or anything I'd have to go back to get. ( Rating due to the service)
