My only minor suggestion for the developers would be adding a Google Pay option at checkout to make it even faster. The smoothies were exactly what we needed. We both got the Pure Recharge (I had strawberry, she had mango) and they definitely did the trick to wake me up! I was also really impressed to see they use biodegradable foam cups--it's great to have a cup that keeps the drink cold but actually decomposes. The staff here were kind, friendly, and very proficient. I walked just a few minutes from my beach home with my 10-month-old to grab a smoothie. After ordering, I was told to shop around while I waited. About 8 minutes later, I saw what appeared to be my drink, but the employee handed it to someone else and told me it wasn't mine. What followed was a 25-30 minute wait for a single smoothie while multiple customers came and went with their orders. When I finally questioned it, there was no apology--just blame placed on another employee and a dismissive attitude, as if I were the inconvenience. Meanwhile, my baby was visibly upset and crying. Great smoothie, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and long wait made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. Not worth it.
