Coffee trailer, not a coffee shop. The wait was long, if you're in a hurry this is not a good place. The flavor of the coffee is amazing. The regular drip brew is smooth and light. My husband had the mocha and he loved it! He also says the cup is top notch because the flap for the drinking hole actually stays back and locked in place. Nice little coffee trailer on the side of Hwy 90 in Pace. The three girls working today were super friendly and helpful with our order. I had the banana bread latte made with their golden espresso. My drink was a bit sweet as the golden espresso is sweeter than regular espresso. They took the time to fix my drink to my liking so 5 stars for customer service. This was more of a desert for me than coffee. It's definitely a treat. After talking to the wonderful lady (I'm assuming the owners because I believe it was her husband as well) I told her just to make something for me. It's amazing it is pretty comparable to Debs out in Navarre if you have ever been there then you know it's good. What a wonderful couple who moved from Idaho! Past by this place so many times and finally decided to stop and try it. It's a sort of trailer with two little drive up windows on each side to order, pay, and receive your drinks. Not knowing the hours I showed up when they were closing, (6:00pm) and the workers were very nice about it and took our orders anyway. I kept it simple and got a hot vanilla latte which was pretty good, better than starbucks in my opinion.. and my boyfriend got their blended energy drink (shuga blaster) which was also AMAZING. I had been wanting to check this place for a while. It's a small trailer-like stand in the lot next to a gas station. It's not hard to access, but if there's any cars getting coffee (drive up only), it gets chaotic. There's two sides to the stand, but they typically take the order and serve it when the car arrives at the window. There were 3 cars ahead of me and 2 on the other side. I waited at least 10 min before another car pulled up behind me and since we hadn't moved, a lady came out with portable menus. She asked what I wanted and I said I hadn't visited before. She let me know she'll come back because "I'll be waiting a while (in line)" and moved on. I was a bit taken back because I had heard of the "enthusiastic" employees and she 1) didn't help a new customer or greet them in an excited way and 2) made me feel like my wait was going to be even longer when it already had been a bit. It was my day off and I wanted to try it at least once, so I waited anyways. She came back after taking the cars behind me and I just picked a "pre-made" choice because of all the different variations and not getting to ask for a suggestion based on my likings. I waited about 20 minutes total before I arrived at the window and they swiped my card and handed me my coffee within 30 seconds or so. They were pleasant at the window. My coffee was pretty tasty (I got the iced snickers). Overall, the coffee was above average, but the wait and my overall experience was not. If you're in a hurry and there's any cars in line, this place isn't for you. I would give it another try when there's no line. There's a ton of options and it's not all coffee; their signature blended drinks and Italian beverages look delicious too. I hope going when there's not a line of any kind will create a better experience - I have hope! read more
