Updating my review because lately this Dunkin' has been an absolute pleasure to go into! I don't know if they changed management, but I do know that they've always got multiple employees working at a time now and each and every single encounter that I've had has been nothing short of sweet! The employees greet you when you walk in and make an honest effort to help you find things & get what you need. The store looks better cleanliness wise and the bathrooms are always clean as well as everything being stocked so there's the options that I want! I also appreciate the recommendations! Being originally from Boston, I prefer Dunks over Starbucks but this place is beyond terrible. While we fight a pandemic and are to wear a mask in the store, the tables and cement were cleaner outside than in. Brand new in our area so stopped in for a malt. Paper trash and dried up liquid spill stains on the beautiful new tiled floors. Trash can overfilled till you can't shove anything else in. My server was pleasant. My chocolate malt was very liquid, like they put only a little ice cream and lots of milk. In other words, the proportions were off. I really couldn't taste the chocolate, just the malt. It seems chaotic with a large number of worker bees behind the counter. A woman on her computer in the dining area appeared that she might be the manager. Workers went to her and spoke with her, I never saw her look up to see what was going on. I was disappointed. So I went through the drive thru, ordered a small coffee and an everything bagel with light cream cheese. Coffee was fine. When I said light cream cheese, I kind of expected a light amount covering both sides equally. Got about half that and on one side. Went back inside and asked for a bit more as to not just be eating a doughy bagel. The lady obliged, but barely added anymore. First time here and wasn't super happy about the experience. read more

Looking at the reviews of this place, I don't think that I really need to write a review. I agree with all of the negative reviews. The only thing that I want to add to all of the negative reviews for this Dunkin' Doughnuts is this: I discovered the baker was making fresh doughnuts when we came in. It was around 7pm on a Saturday evening. I saw the fresh doughnuts and said to my wife "look, we get fresh doughnuts". I was promptly told that we could not, in fact, have fresh doughnuts. That the freshly made doughnuts are being made now and would be sold the next day. I then pointed to the doughnuts in the display counter and asked the clerk if they were made the previous day. She simply said yes. So... the doughnuts that I'm eating this morning at 7am - that I bought at around 7pm yesterday, were made at around 7pm the day before. I'm eating doughnuts that were made 36 hours ago. By what definition are these doughnuts fresh? Shame on the person, or persons, who made the decision to sell doughnuts that are at the least 12 hours old. read more

We waited 10 minutes to order at the drive thru, 20 minutes at the window (behind one car). In the mean time the associates chatted with new customers that came in store, and with themselves, ignored us sitting at the window. Three times we blew the horn to get them to respond to our order. We ended up spending 35 minutes to get 2 of 4 drink. Then they asked if there was anything more. The woman making the drinks pulled her pants up twice, pushed the trash down and never changed her gloves or washed her hands. Total time to get 4 drinks-40+ minutes. Terrible service! Having lived up north, we were excited to see a Dunkin Donuts come to Pace. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when we went for the first - and last - time today. The woman at the counter treated us like we were ruining her day. She was extremely impatient with us as we tried to make a simple order for 6 donuts for my kids. Mind you, there was no one else in line - or even in the whole store - at the time. She offered no help and begrudgingly answered our questions about what was in stock. We had to ask about everything because literally every item in the window was mislabeled, so there was no way to know the names for the donuts my kids wanted. Inevitably, they ended up with choices they didn't want, and everything was stale. Absolutely terrible donuts and even worse service. We will never return. This Dunkin' Donuts demonstrates poor performance during almost every visit. Even pre-COVID this particular Dunkin' Donuts was inadequate. One day the customer will ask for an everything bagel with cream cheese and they won't have everything bagels. On the next day the customer will ask for a Boston Cream doughnut - they don't have that either. How about a plain chocolate frosted doughnut? They don't have that either. All of these situations are first-hand examples of poor service. The customer is not sure why a place that specializes in selling doughnuts would consistently not have menu items prepared. If you choose this location - don't count on choosing the menu item you desire - odds are they don't have it. If, by chance, you are lucky enough to get your desired menu item, expect it to be stale. read more

Before work I usually grab a coffee and a snack I leave 20 min early to do this... I went through drive thru it took them 5 minutes before taking my order, then they asked me to pull up.. Understaffed on a Saturday night. Took way too long standing in line for a simple ice cream. I felt sorry for the staff.

Had such high hopes. Gave them a week to work out the kinks and my experience was awful. For a brand new location, the place was extremely dirty. Every customer waiting in line or receiving an order was disgruntled for one reason or another. The manager had no control and seemed young and inexperienced. The employees were extremely slow with making orders. The overall experience fell very short of my expectations. I just wanted a single scoop ice cream. I hope owners or management step in. Just went to the drive thru this morning ordered a beyond sausage on a croissant with a medium tea. Got to work and the order is screwed up. Got the sausage on an English muffin and coffee instead. I had to dump the coffee because I don't drink coffee. If I wasn't at work already, I would have driven back the 9 miles to vent my frustration. It wasn't even busy to screw up a simple order like this. Also, I called the number listed and no one would answer. What a mess.
