When I walked in there was some lady who was being a disrespectful butt, claiming to be from corporate or something like that, she was clearly trying to get someone in trouble. If you need a little pick me up before heading on your trip to Destin or Panama City, I'd recommend patronizing this specific Starbucks. It's in a convenient location. I've been visiting for 3 years now and haven't been disappointed with my order. I've ordered inside of the cafe as well as the drive through. It's neat and clean, the counters and tables aren't sticky and gross. I'm digital nomad, so it offers a good amount of space to work on my laptop without feeling like someone is watching over me. I've been to one of the Starbucks Reserve Roasteries in the U.S and this is the best spot in Pensacola to socialize or grab a drink on a smaller scale before my weekenders to Destin. I just got home from there, if I was the manager I'd FIRE the dude in the window with the blue sweater and stripes. I pull up to order and its silent for a hot min. He finally gets on and starts talking like he miserable.I pull up to the window, he's got it wide open just having a casual conversation with his co worker. He finally turns around scans my phone, tells me the price I go to hand him my card he turns back around to continue his conversation. I get the frozen drink first then having to wait on the hot one so while thats melting away he's just standing there doing a stupid tick tok dances like he's a 13 yr old girl in his bedroom. I finally get my drink, drive off to find that it taste like luke warm cinnamon water. I go back, went inside the girl at the counter was very nice, I didn't make a sene I just let her know it was off. As I'm standing there talking to her, ol goofy is behind her with someone's hot drink as he just stands there and talks to his co workers. The drink gets re made and still taste bland. I don't normally come to this location, thought I'd try it because it's close to the house but I'm good on going back. One bad employee makes the whole place look bad. How embarrassing for everyone that works there. I genuinely feel embarrassed for this guy, a grown man that has the maturity level of a pre pubescent girl. 1 star only and that goes to the cashier inside. read more

While I waited inside for the missed simple small black coffee, and I was the only one in there, I ordered a Skinny Vanilla Latte to the tune of $5.11. It will be my last. This is the worst Starbucks ever! They arbitrarily close outside normal posted business hours frequently. They end up being drive-through only at times where the drive-through wraps around the building because they don't open inside. Every other Starbucks I have been in since the pandemic has lightened is back to normal hours and doesn't have these kind of problems. Why just this one? They need serious help. The service is EXTREMELY slow. Simple orders made in store are pushed back to prioritize drive thru and delivery services. DO NOT go inside if you want speedy service. Probably the most frustrating Starbucks to visit around town. They have signs that say the drive-through needs to circulate the building but they don't enforce it and nobody will do anything to fix the issue. The line will go to her three different directions and block every entrance and exit to not only Starbucks for the surrounding building. It was the only Starbucks on my way to work but it looks like I'm going to start going to the bodacious brew through since the management doesn't seem to care that this issue is so apparent and blatantly a problem for all of their customers and the customers of the businesses around them. We ordered two coffees and a speciality drink we received the drink but waited 10 mins on our coffees thinking they were brewing it...approached the counter and inquired about the coffee. This is my favorite place to study. Plenty of places to sit. Beautiful and clean. Not to mention the people working are absolutely amazing. They remember my name, are incredibly friendly and kind. Honestly if I won the lottery id bless up these workers. I've worked so many places and even hired people myself and never encountered workers so kind, honest, and hardworking. I LOVE this place. They always offer food samples, and make my drink exact to order and are happy to remake things for example I grabbed the wrong drink at the counter once and they immediately remade the drink and were happy to do it. 20 minutes before coming to this Starbucks location, I'd visited the one on Bayou Blvd where they totally effed up my venti chai latte. I'd asked them to make it with light water because I'd been having issues with the drink being watery lately and when I got my drink it was totally bland! No trace of chai whatsoever. My mom was driving and she offered to stop by another Starbucks location to get me a new drink and we came to this location, which is relatively new. I took my drink and receipt in, explained to the baristas that this drink I ordered 20 minutes ago from another location was terrible and the issues with watery-ness of other chai lattes I experienced. They were kind enough to replace my drink free of charge and make sure I was satisfied with the taste before leaving. The staff was friendly, super efficient, and really listened to my concerns and I wish I'd gotten their names to give them kudos. Great service here! read more
