Service is a bit slow. The gal at the register didn't know what they were out of and had to check anytime someone approached the register to order and asked for a food item (none coffee). And because this is one of the few legitimate coffee places around, it's extremely popular so the line quite literally goes out the door. There's also limited waiting space inside. I recommend going earlier for the best selection. The layered, super-unique donut flavors really stand out, and the prices match the artisanal quality. Coffee was good too. You'll see plenty of people walking around downtown with guarded Parlor boxes. After trying it myself, I get why. Highly recommended.
