And I saw beef noodle soup options on the menu here and asked about them, because I want to make sure I'm getting what I'm wanting here. I'll give credit to the server - she was completely honest that the flavoring of the beef noodle soup wasn't the hearty richly-seasoned version known in Taiwanese circles. So I ordered the roast duck noodle soup and soup dumplings instead. The roast duck noodle soup is absolutely solid. It does the trick. The broth is a basic chicken broth, noodles are fine, and the duck is plentiful, as one would expect. Good garnish, it's tasty and does the trick. The soup dumplings, I would say, are perhaps not what you would get at an establishment that makes their own. The smoothie was delicious and I think they use actual frozen fruit, and the boba was the right texture- soft and chewy, but still mildly firm.
