Me and my family come to this Starbucks multiple times a week, sometimes for family members and sometimes just to get something for me. Yesterday morning I ordered my normal frappe, I pretty much always get the same thing, a large vanilla bean frappe with extra ice and two shots of expresso. It's a large so it took me a little bit to get to the bottom of the cup, on my last slurp I felt something slightly hard, it turned out there was a small flying bug in my vanilla bean frappe all the way at the bottom so there would have been no way for me to know it was in there the whole time. I was super grossed out that not only had I been drinking it the whole time but that I had it in my mouth and on my tongue, after spitting it out and getting seriously sick, I can honestly say this was a first for me not only at Starbucks but this location and although it has never happened before, I will not be going to this location for a little while. My tummy definitely needs time to get over this experience. I did not call the store and complain to anyone. Mostly because I was so sincerely grossed out, I didn't want a new one made or any future credit for one, especially with my tummy still feeling the ick.
