Have you ever had an experience that just completely blows your mind? I had a pretty good day today. And I thought that at the end of a long week I would treat myself to a frosty drink from Dunkin' Donuts. It's 3:21 PM, I got all my errands done and I'm 6 miles from home and place my order. I know that it's gonna take a while to get through the line because even when there's only a car or two at this one particular Dunkin' Donuts, (6250 Furnace Rd., Ontario, NY - the one right next to Tops Plaza) it takes forever for orders to be filled. Knowing this, I wait in line patiently, my window is down, my music is going, and I'm singing along... waiting. All of a sudden, I hear this voice screaming at me to, "Shut the F@&6! up, I don't want to hear your effing voice or music!" Not believing my ears I turned the music down and listened, I didn't hear anything until the voice crackled again and laughing into the mic said, "Just shut the F up!" Again in disbelief I shook my head and responded with, "Excuse me?" The voice responded over the intercom with a litany of directives in which every other word was F@$$! and of course, extremely rude. I did not say a word or respond because I felt assaulted, and then pissed off. It is incredible to me that the teenager or young adult on the other side of the intercom felt that it was completely appropriate to be verbally abusive. I still can't wrap my head around it. I thought about parking my car and going in and demanding to see a manager, but then it occurred to me that there's almost always a manager on duty and that likely if there was a manager on duty, they heard the entire exchange and did nothing to stop it. So, I decided to pull out of the line and park in the parking lot next door. I called Dunkin' Donuts headquarters to report the incident. When the woman on the escalation team asked me what I would like, I was very proud of myself. I calmly replied that I wanted a full refund on my drink that I did not pick up and that employee that felt what she did was funny and appropriate to be fired. In all my years of working in Customer Service and as a business owner, I have never experienced such disgusting behavior personally - though I have certainly seen it and of course we all laugh at the videos on social media. Unfortunately, this was a real situation. I am waiting to hear from the business owner, but I am unsure what more I can say other than I want a refund for the drink I never got, that employee fired because it will be impossible for me to believe an apology, and for the rest of the employees in that store to know that verbally assaulting people is never acceptable, especially in a customer service position. Regardless of the result of any communication with the Furnace Road, Dunkin' Donuts, neither my family nor I will ever return to that store. Maybe they won't care, maybe it won't make that much of a difference and that's a really sad thought. Fortunately there are dozens of other locations that are local and have incredible employees. In fact, we never have an issue with the Dunkin' Donuts on route 104 heading westbound. Their staff are amazing, quick, courteous, and always smiling. Even when they are rushed or treated badly, they move quickly and serve everyone else with a smile. When they make a mistake, they apologize and immediately seek to fix the situation. So if you're looking for a great place to go, choose Dunkin' Donuts on route 104! That's the end of my story. read more

Doesn't matter that there's a Dunkin' right around the corner from my house - if I'm off to work I will make it a point to get my coffee from the Ontario location. I pass 100 other stores because this one is the best. They ALWAYS get my order right. It ALWAYS tastes the same - and it's GOOD. Not a bitter sludge I get from some of the other places. Ugh, I shudder just thinking of the same order at the place near my house. I frequent the drive through, and the employees are ALWAYS, ALWAYS friendly and polite. If you have to travel 104 and are looking for a quick coffee, it's worth it to wait a few minutes to get out of Webster and stop here. read more

When they make the drink right it's good. Last time I went I had a drink that tasted like spoiled milk and returned it and was told the milk was fine , they tried it. Okay well it's disgusting and was given a different drink with different milk and it was fine. I also asked for no whip on BOTH and pointed out that their was whip cream on my first drink and it clearly said no whip on the sticker but still they put whip cream on my drink again. read more

Donuts seem to have shrunk in size and quality has too. Two cinnamon donuts, hardly any cinnamon and really small. Disappointed and will not purchase again. Bagel was good, soft and tasty but hardly any veggie cream cheese on it. So We wont spend our money there any time soon. My hubby needed some food after an AM dental appt on our Return trip -50 minutes - to home. read more

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to! Whether I've gone early in the morning or later at night, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE has been friendly and personable. The coffee is very good, donuts always fresh. Nice clean store. Perfect customer service. read more

There is a new DD just down the road and on my way to work I stop there because of the conveniency but it's also due to the fact that they are personable and nice. However, this one, it's standards are so low. At the other store they will ask me if I want various options for a drink that I am ordering but here, it's all about getting the order over with. I was at this store on Tuesday July 17th, I had encountered customer service at its finest from a young women, I'm pretty sure her name tag said vicki, either way every time I get waited on by her she is friendly fast courteous and efficient. I don't understand why the 104 store doesn't strive to hire more employees with such amazing customer service. thank you for your time. oh one more thing I think its kind of ridiculous the company took away tips because its people like this vicki and a couple others like jimmy and one girl in the afternoon with long brown hair and glasses I think its Samantha. either way good job on hiring these people at your store they have made me a customer for life read more

Once again this location (Tops Plaza) gave me the wrong order. It has happened almost every time I have been there. I try to go to the location across the way on Rt. 104 because of this, but every now and again I give it another try. Will not happen again! This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I went there 4 times in the past month... 3 of those times the coolata machine was broken. That's the equivalent of going to McDonald's and having the friers being broken. I once ordered something, paid for it, and they gave me the wrong thing. I told them I didn't order this and they said that they couldn't make what I wanted so they gave that to me instead. I said I didn't want it... AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME!!!!!
