It was almost totally raw...and not just the wet crust under the egg but the edges too. There is no way they blind baked it at all. I was able to peel the entire crust off the egg with it breaking. There was no crumble at all. I could squeeze the edge and flatten it without it crumbling. I hate to be this critical but it was very bad. Everything else looked so good and because the egg part and the cookie were good I will definitely try again.

But the bakery was sold again and now I will never- ever use it again and it's really sad. The new owner made a terrible mistake on an important order and wouldn't fix it. And worse, she didn't seem to care. Even though I had all the emails between us and had been specific, she was basically like, oh well... What a shame that a bakery that had built such a wonderful reputation over the past (almost) 30 years has been now reduced to nothingness.
