Unfortunately for me, I only get to go a few times a year when I visit family; but stopping there is always a must! Her donuts are so flavorful, creative, and moist. She also offers half-moons, muffins, brownies, cookies, and a delightful breakfast sandwich with a plain donut as the bun. I've never disliked anything I've tried there, even when going outside of my comfort zone. The owner, THE Heidi herself, is so kind, welcoming, and friendly. She genuinely cares about her customers and her passion for what she does is very evident. If you like delicious treats and supporting small businesses, this is a place for you!

I also grabbed a bottle of the hard cider they make, so hopefully that turns out to be good! I'll be frank: they do have some things they farm themselves, but a lot of the other produce is homegrown... just not necessarily from the area. And honestly, that's a little annoying when you're stopping at a roadside farm market expecting more local stuff. That said, they have a good variety of things, and they take credit cards as well as Apple Pay/Google Pay, which is definitely a plus. Is it worth stopping? I'd say yes, especially if you're already in the area. BUT if you happen to see one of those little roadside farm stands while you're driving around, I'd stop there too -- just make sure you have cash. And yes, they have parking, so no worries there!

The drive thru line tends to be long but moves quickly. My friend and I came to visit and we placed a large order. We are from Long Island and were surprised to discover that there are special regional donuts in Oswego that are not available on Long Island. For example, they have a crushed peanut covered donut and a jelly filled glazed donut. The jelly glazed donut is now my 2nd favorite donut after the all time classic of strawberry frosted. The manager Emily was so friendly and helpful. She is running a well-oiled machine at the 1st street location. Our order was prepared quickly and accurately. All employees were wearing masks and taking care and safety precautions while procuring food. There was hand sanitizer available and no inside seating to ensure social distancing. I would recommend this location to all in the area, especially those who want Nitro!

We work with special needs adults and usually when we go there everyone is very understanding and nice. Savannah on the other hand has been just plain nasty. One of our adults did not have enough money for a bagel and when we asked her to take it off for us she rolled her eyes and started talking to this adult as if they were stupid. Then another incident occurred where she seemed to not be in the mood to work which is totally understandable but when one of our adults didn't know if he wanted green tea or lemonade she asked very rudely "which do you want" and gave a very rude look to him. I understand the frustration but as someone who works in costumer service you should treat everyone with some sort of respect and kindness. This is incredibly inappropriate and I am so disappointed and genuinely angry that Dunkin' donuts continues to keep this employee who can't even have show a spec of respect.

I'm so jealous they aren't located closer to me, if so I'd be going all the time. The owners and staff are very friendly, kind, and welcoming. We had a wonderful interaction with them during our stop there and they told us their donuts are made with a long time family recipe. They sure know what they're doing! Along with the great vibes and delicious treats, the shop itself is small, clean, well-organized, and offers outdoor seating. If your considering trying Country Glazed, just do it. You won't be disappointed. So far, we've gotten the following donuts: Coconut Jelly Ball, Glazed Raised Ring, Powdered, Cinnamon Sugar, Maple Frosted, Boston Cream, Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Fudge w/ Sprinkles, Cannoli, Peanut, Strawberry Frosted w/ Sprinkles, Cinnamon Twist, and Classic Glaze. We also got a Cinnamon Roll! I've tried atleast a bite of just about all of them, and quite a few whole ones.
