We are from Long Island and were surprised to discover that there are special regional donuts in Oswego that are not available on Long Island. For example, they have a crushed peanut covered donut and a jelly filled glazed donut. The jelly glazed donut is now my 2nd favorite donut after the all time classic of strawberry frosted. The manager Emily was so friendly and helpful. She is running a well-oiled machine at the 1st street location. Our order was prepared quickly and accurately. All employees were wearing masks and taking care and safety precautions while procuring food. There was hand sanitizer available and no inside seating to ensure social distancing. We work with special needs adults and usually when we go there everyone is very understanding and nice. Savannah on the other hand has been just plain nasty. One of our adults did not have enough money for a bagel and when we asked her to take it off for us she rolled her eyes and started talking to this adult as if they were stupid. Then another incident occurred where she seemed to not be in the mood to work which is totally understandable but when one of our adults didn't know if he wanted green tea or lemonade she asked very rudely "which do you want" and gave a very rude look to him. I understand the frustration but as someone who works in costumer service you should treat everyone with some sort of respect and kindness. This is incredibly inappropriate and I am so disappointed and genuinely angry that Dunkin' donuts continues to keep this employee who can't even have show a spec of respect.
