Love the coffee. It's always fresh and hot. The donuts on the other hand are usually stale. I've purchased donuts early in the morning with coffee 2 days in a row recently. Coffee was great, donuts were hard. My kids each ate 1/2 a donut and threw the other half away. Even the donut holes were hard. This isn't the 1st time we've had stale donuts from here, but I thought getting the donuts early in the morning would help....no such luck. read more

For being that I stopped by after working in a restaurant all day and it was 12:09 an Eve time was super friendly. They had fresh donuts and weren't out of any which is more than any other fast food joint I could hit up this late so I'm super impressed!!! read more

My friends and I go to this Dunkin' location all the time and pretty much always have the best service from the employees. We went to this location as we do weekly and politely asked for separate orders in the drive thru and were told that we would have to go inside to do so. The girl was insanely rude about it and therefore we left without getting anything. Thanks for ruining our day. read more

So I went in to order just before 8am today to get a latte and breakfast. First I was informed that they were out of caramel, which was disappointing but I could deal with. Then I was told by a gentleman from the kitchen area (as he yelled at the lady helping me) that they were out of eggs, so I couldn't get my breakfast either. Why would you yell at an employee in front of a customer and why wouldn't you apologize for the inconvenience? Why would a breakfast place be out of eggs?!?! it is my birthday and i came to the drive thru to order my free drink, my rewards app was not working and the gentleman at the window rolled his eyes and was extremely hostile towards me when i explained to him my situation. i offered to show him my ID and he said that it was not necessary but refused to give me my free drink. read more

We waited about five minutes before getting service even though there wasn't a line. The donuts were stale. One (a glazed coffee cream) was so sugary my throat felt dry after eating it. My wife enjoyed her egg and sausage croissant much more. At least the coffee was good and the bathroom (one stall for each) was clean, as was the restaurant. I'm shocked that they were out of glazed donuts and chocolate glazed donuts. Guess that means they will have to make some fresh ones...eventually.... read more

My favorite place to get coffee! I always order a medium iced coffee with coconut flavor and cream/sugar. I think Dunkin' Donuts drip brew is way better (and more affordable) than any other chain nearby. I also love how this location is open 24hrs so I can get coffee on the way to my 6am shift. read more

This Dunkin has been terrible since the first time I've tried it. I keep giving them chances and I don't know why. They've run out of bagels, eggs, donuts. You name it, they probably don't have it. Also, don't expect your food in a timely "drive-thru" manner; I've waited there in the past as long as 8-10 minutes with 5-6 people standing around gabbing about last nights shenanigans waiting to be served. Spoke with the manager about a month ago, doesn't look like there's been any improvement :( makes me sad since all DD on the east coast are on point and it's normally my favorite pre-work coffee stop. Brand new as of 6/4/2013. I decided to check it out since it's on my way to work. I ordered an egg & cheese wrap and a coffee. Both were pretty decent, standard breakfast fast food. The thing that impressed me, though, was the service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to serve. That, to me, makes a place worth frequenting. read more

I love donuts (pastries, to be honest) as much as the next guy. Unless of course the next guy is a officer of the law. Those dudes covet the sugar circles. I tried this newest DD because of its location and its super new. My preferred pastry from DD is the French Cruller. Its an extremely light and airy item (similar to a pop-over) with a light sugar coating. Perfect. Unfortunately, in the 4 attempts through this locale, they have had them only once. And it isn't limited to French Crullers... the double chocolate have been out 2 of 4 times. The menu might as well list whole heads of lettuce... read more

I have never been disappointed in this DD. They really take care of their customer. I occasionally get free coffee when they mix extra and things like that. They sometimes forget to ask about cream and sugar but they'll fix it for you in 2 seconds. The donuts are yummy too! Though I don't normally go in busy times it oder more than coffee. read more

I want to say I love this place, but I'm honestly to the end of my rope. I come here often and within the past two months they have messed up my order over half the times I have went there. To make matters worse, they have argued with me about what I ordered when I got to the window and corrected them. I order a ice latte, I get a hot latte, I order a medium, they make a large, I order a latte, I get a coffee. The last one is the most frustrating, because that's a $2 difference in price. I drive through almost every day before work to get my iced black coffee refill - then I get to work and add soy milk. Why oh why doesn't DD have soy milk? I drive by DD more times than not on the weekends and head to another coffee joint that does have soy - DD coffee is the best in town - but again, they really need to get some soy milk!!! Probably for the last time, I went to this store this morning (shortly after 6:00am) I ordered 2 French cruellers and a boston cream (3 items) There was conversation on the speaker not directed to me and the man taking the order asked if I wanted 2 cruellers and 2 boston creams. I replied that I wanted only 1 boston cream. When I got to the window, I was given the one boston cream, but no cruellers. When I told the woman at the window, they said that I had changed my order. She also told me that they were having a bad morning. My complaint is : a. Orders are taken while the employee is also talking with other employees, or customers, resulting in inaccurate orders being taken. Customers have to try to repeat and hope that it is correct b. It doesn't hurt to verify the order at the window - the Mac-donalds next door does) c. Training needs to be improved beyond always asking "what are we drinking today" This is insulting when the orders are not correct. c. Finally, the manager stuck her nose into my discussion with the window attendent and proceeded to tell me that they do train everyone well. I told her that I disagree. I will spend the extra couple minutes and go to Hy-Vee or to the QT across the street. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts so I've given this place about a hundred chances to be good but I am finally at the point of giving up. They are always out of everything. One time I went there and they were completely out of donuts. Granted it was late at night but since they are a donut shop that advertises being open 24 hours a day, I thought they might actually have donuts. Not only do they frequently run out of food but the staff is often rude. Really it's a mixed bag when it comes to the staff. Some are friendly and some act like I'm trying to infect them with Ebola for daring to order off the menu. Also the wait times in the drive thru are beyond ridiculous. There have been two instances where I waited more than 10 minutes in the drive thru and wound up driving off in frustration because no one ever came on to take my order. Going inside doesn't offer a much better experience since the staff often acts like you're interrupting their break time. I'd recommend you go anywhere else but here for coffee and donuts.
