Opening day! Small store but the line moves pretty fast. Shop is small with about 3 tables inside and 2 outside. The donuts are fresh and they are constantly baking more. They rotate flavors. 3 for $11, 6 for $19, and 12 for $35. They were all chewy and delicious! They have mochi balls on the menu as well. The have about 9 drink options but you can't customize them (like sugar level). Overall great experience. Definitely will be back!

Love love love their Mochi donuts. The rice dogs are pretty good too. My teens raved about the flamin hot cheetos. Didn't love the Ramen dog as much, the outside layer is eating uncooked hard noodles. Overall would recommend and will visit again!

We ordered the churro, red velvet cheesecake, and the strawberry funnel cake mochi donut. The mochi donuts themselves presented a chewy, soft texture. Flavor wise, I would say the churro donut had the best flavor as it was coated in cinnamon sugar and a caramel drizzle. The red velvet was coated in a cheesecake frosting with red velvet flakes. This was also a solid choice. I would say the strawberry funnel cake was okay but the strawberry drizzle had a strong artificial flavoring for my taste. Overall, Mochinut presents a unique twist in texture in comparison to regular donuts. I would say prices are definitely more expensive with 1 donut being $3.50. I look forward to trying their hotdogs and drinks next time.

Really cute shop. Lots of nice girls working and the doughnuts are so fun. We tried three different kinds. I definitely wanna go back.

I actually went here and the donuts were veryyyyyyyy goodd and their boba was really good as well!! especially the pistachio one and they actually were very affordable and big although there were some cons and things i believe they should improve on, when we went the place didn't look clean but this could've been because it was busy. The other thing is that the staff wasn't the sweetest, they took pretty long to even ask us what we wanted and their attitudes weren't the best and whenever we came in they didn't even greet us and i know that's generally not necessary but its a courteous gesture. I haven't been there since but im looking forward to going back soon!

Made a second visit to Mochinut after my first attempt at a 10 am on a Saturday wasn't successful (for folks who are used to having donuts for breakfast, that's not possible with mochinut since they don't open till 11). I asked the woman behind the counter which were her favorite flavors. She recommended the strawberry and the tiramisu, among others. I added the fruity pebble for good measure. I would say the donuts were just fine. Maybe if they'd been fresh I'd have had a different reaction but I found the strawberry to taste quite artificial, and the other two quite bland. The tiramisu truly didn't taste like anything. I am not ruling out going there again, but I'd pick Lamar's over them every time. I get they are different kinds of donuts but I just prefer traditional.

Really good mochinut and lychee tea. We got the crunchy, black sesame, cherry blossom, matcha, and pistachio mochinut and it was very good. Not too sweet and the lychee tea was yummy!

Donuts - if you come here I would recommend the cookie and creams and blue berry donut. I would not recommended the fruity pebble donut because it was quite dry and was lacking flavor. I got three donuts for 12 dollars which is kind of pricey, but over all it was pretty good. Service- fast and attentive. Ambiance- the shop is pretty spacious and cute. Random thought - I personally didn't like the parking it was kind of odd, but it's not a huge problem.

Love their freshly made corndogs!! And the grapefruit tea is so addictive I like the chewy donuts but it is indeed a bit pricy for donuts

The best mochi donuts and authentic Vietnamese-style sugarcane drinks, often mixed with kumquat for a refreshing twist.

She also got the chocolate Hong Kong waffle with ice cream and enjoyed it. I would have liked to try some of their food, but wasn't able to during this visit (through no fault of Tsaocaa). The plushies and other merch they had was very cute and I'll very likely buy something the next time I visit. The decor was also lovely, with some very happy plants in the windows. The staff were also friendly and gave me no reason to doubt their skills. My only complaint is that the seating was just shy of being comfortable. My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench). Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I plan to go again!

I like the food court here better and now there's a banh mi/pho place as well (haven't tried). They have homemade soy milk, frozen homemade dumplings, ducks and cakes for order. Their bakery section is no longer cash only, which is great. 888 seems to have the same range as Pan-Asia but I somehow find more Chinese and Vietnamese foods here. I was looking to make Vietnamese fried flour rice cakes (bánh bột chiên) and I could only find them here. Before Pan-Asia got a makeover, 888 was my go-to. They used to be worse about labeling prices, but they've gotten better. Unfortunately my most recent visit had a couple items on the receipt that were scanned extra times and my partner hadn't noticed. Staff if always nice and helpful otherwise. Always double check your receipts!
