The place was small and the worker waited patiently for our order. The donut I got was the cherry blossom donut. It tasted almost like funnel cake which to me was good. I also had a lychee tea with popping boba pearls in it. This is my FAVORITE place to get donuts! They're so yummy, so cute, and when I went right after they opened they were SO fresh! I love the vibe of the location, especially the skyline mural on the wall. A friend of mine also said she loved the boba milk tea when we went! In the future I plan to try the rice dogs, too. Opening day! Small store but the line moves pretty fast. Shop is small with about 3 tables inside and 2 outside. The donuts are fresh and they are constantly baking more. They rotate flavors. 3 for $11, 6 for $19, and 12 for $35. They were all chewy and delicious! They have mochi balls on the menu as well. The have about 9 drink options but you can't customize them (like sugar level). Overall great experience. Definitely will be back! read more

We love stopping by here and trying new things. Their donuts are good with several fun flavors. I personally loved the strawberry shortcake donut. Don't forget to try their Korean hot dogs, I love mine with potatoes on the outside and cheese only on the inside, SO GOOD! The only downfall is the service is a little slow, as hotdogs are fresh to order but even the donuts can take a while to get sometimes. Overall, worth the price & the wait for fresh food read more

Even with that I couldn't even go back in because half of it was gone since I was expecting the hotdog. We ordered the churro, red velvet cheesecake, and the strawberry funnel cake mochi donut. The mochi donuts themselves presented a chewy, soft texture. Flavor wise, I would say the churro donut had the best flavor as it was coated in cinnamon sugar and a caramel drizzle. The red velvet was coated in a cheesecake frosting with red velvet flakes. This was also a solid choice. I would say the strawberry funnel cake was okay but the strawberry drizzle had a strong artificial flavoring for my taste. Overall, Mochinut presents a unique twist in texture in comparison to regular donuts. I would say prices are definitely more expensive with 1 donut being $3.50. I actually went here and the donuts were veryyyyyyyy goodd and their boba was really good as well!! especially the pistachio one and they actually were very affordable and big although there were some cons and things i believe they should improve on, when we went the place didn't look clean but this could've been because it was busy. The other thing is that the staff wasn't the sweetest, they took pretty long to even ask us what we wanted and their attitudes weren't the best and whenever we came in they didn't even greet us and i know that's generally not necessary but its a courteous gesture. I haven't been there since but im looking forward to going back soon! read more

Made a second visit to Mochinut after my first attempt at a 10 am on a Saturday wasn't successful (for folks who are used to having donuts for breakfast, that's not possible with mochinut since they don't open till 11). I asked the woman behind the counter which were her favorite flavors. She recommended the strawberry and the tiramisu, among others. I added the fruity pebble for good measure. I would say the donuts were just fine. Maybe if they'd been fresh I'd have had a different reaction but I found the strawberry to taste quite artificial, and the other two quite bland. The tiramisu truly didn't taste like anything. I am not ruling out going there again, but I'd pick Lamar's over them every time. I get they are different kinds of donuts but I just prefer traditional. read more

My husband and I went here today March 9 after church. We're so upset the donut was very hard , we're having a hard time eating it seems like the donuts it's been at least 3 days old or more? We never had experienced like this before. It's always been fresh and soft. I wish I should have took a bite before leaving the place. But it was already late since we can't wait to get home we took a bite it was chewy, hard and soo dry. We're very very disappointed. Came here on a Saturday it was bumping, there was only one girl working and she was killing it. Somehow even though she was running her butt off she was kind and professional. Why only one person would be scheduled on such a high traffic day is bizarre but she did the best she could. Hopefully they give her a raise. Food was yum too. read more

Donuts - if you come here I would recommend the cookie and creams and blue berry donut. I would not recommended the fruity pebble donut because it was quite dry and was lacking flavor. I got three donuts for 12 dollars which is kind of pricey, but over all it was pretty good. Service- fast and attentive. Ambiance- the shop is pretty spacious and cute. Random thought - I personally didn't like the parking it was kind of odd, but it's not a huge problem. read more

Boba Tea was really good. Mine had a big chunk of five in it. I asked them to remake it for me and they did! They were out of some stuff but with it being new and busy it's going to happen. I would go back for the Tiger Milk with brown sugar boba! It was caramel tasting! We enjoyed our foods at a table outside. Line went pretty pick. I'm from California and I used to go to the Mochinut locations over there, so when I heard that they were finally opening a branch out here, I was super stoked. As far as the mochi donuts they have available, I'm pretty impressed with the flavor selections they have available to choose from. I got the matcha donut and you can taste the tea. I also got the ube milk tea and the potato corndog. The reason why this place is getting one star off is because of the corndog. First off, it took quite a long time to get it - around 8-10 minutes for one corndog. Another thing is that it was a bit undercooked. The potatoes were not that crispy and it did taste really doughy. Aside from the food, the location itself is nice and theres some seating for groups of people if you want to go for a quick snack with friends or a dessert date. I will definitely be going again for more donuts! read more

The service and quality of the food here is not worth the hype nor the drive if you are not close. I drove 45 minutes away to try Mochinut after seeing it on social media. We got here and were originally the only ones in the store, there was no greeting and we had to flag down the employees to order who were just standing on their phones behind the counter. The creme brulee creme donut tastes like a salty pretzel and the orea creme donut tasted like a plain block of cream cheese with no sugar. Then we ordered a cheddar cheese tornado, they gave us a hot cheeto one instead. Not only that but we ordered 2 hot cheeto korean corn dogs, and they forgot to make our order. 9 korean corn dogs came out before we decided to finally mention it, everyone in the store looked at us like we were insane for asking when our order would be ready politely. They originally offered zero compensation but they ended up giving us 1 free donut. Waited 40 minutes for our food, when we were first in line and only ordered 2 korean dogs. read more
