Iced coffee is not hot coffee poured over ice. If you're out of iced coffee please tell me and I'll order something else. Customers that order iced coffee know the difference. read more

I don't go here very often for anything but good ole fashioned coffee, but my wife and I stopped in on a hot day this past weekend and I decided to go for an iced coffee thinga majig. The service was fine. Nothing good or bad about it. But, I got an iced mocha coffee that was near literally half chocolate syrup and half water. It was way too sweet, and had no coffee taste at all. I suppose some people like it this way, but personally when I order something with coffee right in the name I also expect coffee to be right in the beverage. Black, hot coffee for me from now on. read more

Go anywhere but here. Once again pull up at 5am and apparently no one showed up for work. Place should open by 4am like most mornings. Pulled around to see no coffee pops going and no lights. Don't waste your time coming here! How this person still owns right to own a DD, I'm at a loss!! read more

Garbage service. Never got my food and the coffee was stale. Late for work. Thanks dunks.

Quick drive thru & so far after 3 visits my order has been correct each time. Now if they would just get sugar free mocha syrup.

Went in today older male took my service, asked for a large vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar , I got it fairly quick. No sugar what so ever, and no vanilla. Anyway that was a waste of 3$ then I just left it in my cup holder as I drove to McDonald's for a real ice coffee and then I noticed it was leaking into my cup holder. Seriously.... What the PHUCK MAN!! read more

I just pulled out of this DD. Went through the drive through. 2 cars in front of me. Sat in line for 14 minutes. Got to the window and I had to repeat my order. Ordered a coffee and glazed donut. She comes back to the window to tell me there's no glazed. Fine. No problem. The problem I have is that she started telling me that she's so sorry it's been slow because she had a busy day and she's been working since 6am (currently 1:41pm). From a customer perspective- sorry I'm not interested. Your babbling just means my order is taking longer. I asked for a receipt so I could do the survey at the bottom. She says she pushed the wrong button and couldn't give me one. The whole even took 18 minutes. When all you want to do is swing through DD for a quick coffee, this is not the location to choose. read more

Rude rude rude. Pull up to drive thru and after quite a few minutes was told""" Hold on ... yes I can have a bagel but their not gonna toast today because" well I have to sanitize my oven once a month okaaaay?????" and a Carmel latte is not black coffee ... all while complaining to her co worker about another guest who paid in coin !!! Very disappointed .. thanks but we will drive down Randal to Batavia from now on read more

This is the second time my family and I stopped through at this Dunkin to get coffee on a Sunday afternoon and the second time we were not that impressed. Service is poor to say the least. I was about to put a tip in the cashier's tip jar when he called out for the next customer - dismissing me away from the counter. There was no one else but my brother and sister in the restaurant and we were clearly together. What was the hurry? When he gave us our coffees he didn't offer us a have a nice day or anything. Three stars because the Oreo Iced Coffee was really good and the bathroom was fairly clean. read more

If I could rate it less then 1 Star I would. I have tried this store for my iced coffee on and off for the past year. I keep thinking maybe their service has got better, but it has only gotten worse. I stopped in this morning and went inside. The store was dirty and there were 2 young women behind the counter at the registers. I received NO acknowledgment that I was even standing there. They were on their phones and talking with each other. When they finally looked at me, I got " what do you want" . I ordered a medium iced mocha coffee cream only, not hard by anyone standards to understand. I get it after 5 mins and it is all all cream next to no coffee and no mocha. So now I have to get back in line and there is a man ahead of me who ordered a medium hot coffee, he pays and stands there waiting. They now ask what's wrong with my coffee and I proceed to tell them. So now she said I can add some sugar , I informed her I don't want sugar and asked for it to be remade. She is not happy. In the meantime the other sales girl drops a ice coffee she was drinking by the customers . She gets this mop & bucket fill with dirty water and attempts to mop it up. As she pulled the mop out of dirty water it is hitting the frontside if the counters. Discussing!!!! At this point the man that ordered his medium hot coffee was forgotten. When he says something she says here is your 2 large iced coffees, and now he has to wait again. I spend 2.78 for a terrible coffee and bad customer service. I drive by this Dunkin Donuts 2x a day which would make it easy for Work. I have been going to one in Sugar Grove and they are pleasant, friendly and ALWAYS make a fantastic iced mocha coffee. It is 5 miles out of my way, but it is worth it. The management for the North Aurora should do something before employees run it into the ground. I will NEVER be back and would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Unhappy customer!! read more

I just wanna start off by saying. unless you want your day shat on. avoid this place like the plague. every time I come here I couldn't be treated any worse. the girls taking orders are always RUDE AS F***. I have never ever been so disappointed in service in my life. I keep coming back to see if maybe it was just a bad day or someone was crabby. NOPE. like I said. avoid this dunkin. read more

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Twice a day i come this Dunkin' Donuts. I order the same thing every time. This evening i went through the drive through and ordered my usual, hot coffee with cream and sugar. As i pulled away i see They gave me just black coffee. I pulled back through to let them fix my order. The guy at the window said he can not fix my order. He tried to give me a cup of cream and sugar and i declined and asked for it to please be re-made. He would not take my cup back due to covid. I then asked for my money back he refused. I asked for the managers number and he said he can not give me that information. I waited in the drive through for my order to be fix for over 30min. He proceeded to give me a hard time on why he can't refund my money or fix my order. His response was because he just didn't want to. Finally he refunded my money but asked for the cup of coffee back. My confusion was why can you have this one back when originally you said you couldn't take it back because of Covid. His response again was because he just didn't feel like it. Worst worker representing this company. read more

I can't even with this place.....10 people working but it takes me 10 minutes to get 2 coffees...What are they doing in there?! It's a convenient location for us but we have to allow for an additional 15 minutes on any trip. There is NO reason they should be this inefficient. read more

This review is due to the lack of staffing in the morning which results in about a 10 minute wait to get your order. If this occurred once in the last 10 days, I could accept it. But when it occurred 3 times, you lose my business. Additionally, I enjoy their chicken sandwich but this morning they did not have any chicken or did not prep any. While they gave me me my money back and a complementary muffin, the poor staffing made me realize I can brew my own coffee and prep a meal at home in the same time I wait in their line for my order. Coffee is good but not that good. read more

The service here is unbelievably slow and the people that work here are extremely rude, especially the girl with pink hair. She told the couple in front of me to hurry up with there order. She was cussing about how another employee didn't do something before they left and was extremely rude! This location is the absolute worse. They always manage to mess up my order somehow. I really hope once the Dunkin' Donuts in sugar grove opens they don't have the same problem as the one in north Aurora. read more

100 times better than Panera right down the street. More parking which Panera lacks. Bagels hot and fresh, less expensive than Panera. This will be my go to spot. Drive thru is very busy at 7:45 am. read more

Just went through the drive through and after waiting 10 minutes for my order to be wrong getting a medium coffee instead of an extra large upon asking nicely they go back and come back with the same size coffee after I just stated I ordered an extra large and was charged for an extra large. Bought doughnuts thru the drive thru at 8:00 at night for the next morning. Got home and the doughnuts are hard as a brick and can't even eat them. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Every single time we go here they screw up our order. Every time. The staff here is so rude. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever. If I'm waiting at the counter, the least someone could do is turn and say hi. Our experience today really set me off. The male at the drive thru window was gross. He was handling our food while running his fingers through his long hair. Total health code violation- pull your hair back! Then, when he was handing us our bag of hash browns, he helped himself to one. He had a mouth full of food while he was handing us ours. How unprofessional! read more

I go here every morning before work & I've never met employees that are so caring/thoughtful about their customers. They know my order & are pretty fast about getting it ready. I look forward to seeing everybody before my long works days also. Jean is one of my favorite employees, & finishes my order for me in the drive thru! (All of the employees are wonderful, Jean just makes me laugh since she finishes my order) If I could give them more than 5 stars I for sure would. -your small butter pecan w/cream & sugar/lemon water girl :) read more

The slowest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. There is no sense of urgency among the workers in the morning, and they have tried to give me the wrong order multiple times. When I say "that's not my order", they act like it is a huge inconvenience. Change has been wrong and customer service is terrible. Sadly, it is the only one on my way to work....switching to McDonalds! read more

Well, I thought I heard it all. Went to use a $4.99 coupon valid for a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and medium Hot or iced coffee. All was good until I asked for a "Wake-Up Wrap". The cashier said, "That's not a sandwich". I said, well, It actually is. In fact according to the definition: "A wrap is a type of sandwich alternative made with a soft flatbread rolled around a filling." Come on Dunkin Donuts, at least get your act together. I was mystified that was arguing over the definition of a sandwich with one of your employees. Is that covered in the training manual? The fact that she did not verify it with a manager suggested to me that she did not care at all. If this is the kind of service that we have to get out our dictionaries to define "sandwich" and "wrap" then why do I bother going to Dunkin Donuts? So for the record, your Wake-Up Wrap is a sandwich by definition. read more
