What a cool place and concept! First time visiting with kiddos because they love donuts. Kids were super excited to build their own donut! The touchscreen is super easy to use, you pick base like what kind of donut you want, we picked chocolate. Then you pick the glaze over the whole donut, toppings and a drizzle of something yummy! The donuts are made to order! One caution, since they're made to order they are HOT so let them cool down before taking a bite. Staff was great! Well definitely be back

We are big fans of Duck Donuts and have been wanting to visit this location since it opened. The store was brightly lit, clean, and has plenty of space and tables for seating. To order, you have the option of using the kiosk or cash register. We used the kiosk today so we could look through all the options, and it was very easy and user friendly. For donuts, we got the boardwalk, strawberry shortcake, and coffee cake. Because of the layout of the counter, you're able to watch them make your donuts. They are truly made to order gourmet donuts. Each donut was warm, soft, and sweet. The glazes and toppings and wonderful. Our favorite was the boardwalk with Oreos, powdered sugar, and icing on top. It tastes like a deep fried Oreo! It's great to be able to make your own unique donut or try one of their delicious creations. We love Duck Donuts and will definitely be back for more soon!

Had my first go at this new made to order donut spot that recently opened in the Geneva Commons. I noticed upon arriving inside a huge kiosk where you can customize or pick from donuts like maple bacon, s'mores, or French toast. I went for raspberry fluff. You place your order at the kiosk and pay at the kiosk. You also can order at the counter with a staff member. Checked with the staff if they do cake or yeast donuts. Turns out it's only cake. Since I'm not a big fan of cake donuts, I decided to keep it simple and ordered just one donut to try - the raspberry fluff. The donut was not huge, the cake was moist, and very delicious. I really liked the vanilla icing and the raspberry and marshmallow fluff drizzle. Would definitely order this donut again. Tried their breakfast sandwich too, the one with a bagel, egg, sausage, and cheese. Pretty good. Prices are decent. What really stands out here is the freshness of the donuts. You're not getting a donut that could be sitting on a shelf for who knows how long. Great donut shop. I'll definitely be back to order a dozen.

Was wondering around Geneva Commons to find out Duck Donuts opened a location here! This place has been on my radar to try as all donuts are made to order. They have endless options for donuts (slightly overwhelming) but if you are still not seeing something intriguing, they will make something custom for you on the spot. All donuts are made fresh and served hot! I tried the Maple Bacon donut: glazed donut with vanilla icing, syrupy drizzle, and bacon bits to top it. It was the perfect mix of sweet and savory. Staff was extremely helpful in explaining the concept and what's popular. Seating inside is a bit limited but they're easy to take to go.

Sometimes you want a gourmet donut without paying the gourmet prices, but you do not want cheap frozen donuts like a few of the national brands do. Duck Donuts is a good middle point. They are freshly made, and freshly customized but you are not spending your daily wage on them. I ordered some donuts after leaving work in the morning. The projected arrival time was ~30 minutes away which was perfect since I was ~20 minutes away. When I arrived, the place was a little busy for 730am on a Saturday. My food was a little late which was no issue. They kept apologizing which I do appreciate but I was okay waiting. They said due to the temps, they were having issues in the morning. Seeing as the weather was in the negative degrees, I can understand why. The location was easy to find. Parking should be no issue due to the location but you may need to walk a little if it's busy. They do have some close 10-minute parking which is nice. The location itself was bright and clean and after eye appeasing. I ordered their signature dozen to taste. The donuts were a little smaller compared to other places. However, it was a perfect balance between icing/toppings. I've only had a few of the donuts but they have all been amazing! Normally, I dislike the cake donuts because it's usually a lot of dough with a little icing. However, this place is the exception. In the end, they get a 4 star. I wish I could give 4.5 stars since one of my donuts seemed a little raw... probably in relation to the same reason being the cold temps since it was the first donut in the box. However, I am a fan of this place and will be going back for sure!

Just like little kids, we were driving by and said "Oh look! Duck's Donuts!" We had heard a bit about a new donut shop, so we had to stop. My friend thought they had ice cream. Yep. They did. Only vanilla. For making milkshakes and donut sundaes! We were greeted by Layla, who was the best ambassador a brand could have! She explained what makes Duck's Donuts unique and special. We felt confident to order. She even explained how to reheat at home and how long they last in a sealed container in your refrigerator! I tried a blueberry milkshake, which was good, and ordered a couple of donuts to go. The shop itself was very cute, and donut choices were posted clearly. When I tried the donut at home, it was delicious. Fresh, airy cake donut that tasted like I just made it! When heading out for donuts, this is definitely the king of the donut hill!

Duck Donuts are warm, made-to-order cake donuts, and I do have to say that I love donuts so we got a dozen donuts with flavors varying Blueberry Pancake to S'mores to Maple Bacon. Delicious!

Yummy fresh donuts! The dough is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The frosting was also tasty. However, the price is pretty high for a small donut. I might come back to try a milkshake because they looked good!

Not impressed at all. Breakfast sandwiches were not great. Donuts were good but small and nothing mind blowing. Refreshers were so so.

Arcedium Coffeehouse is a good place to come at breakfast. Lunch is pretty good too as there's also options. The prices are kind of high, which is the only bad thing. A popular place in the mornings because it's always busy. It's got a lot of places to sit inside including the bar in the middle. This is a bar with coffee though. Coffee is the main item of course. It's about $6 for one of the specialty coffees including the Maple French Toast Latte. This has a cinnamon and maple flavor so it's like the real thing. Also there's food. Breakfast options include quiche and yogurt parfaits. It's about $6 for a sandwich. Has a few at lunch but most are meaty like the Ham And Cheese. One vegetarian option is the Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwich. A pretty standard one to be honest. There's also things like salads at lunch. For sure it's a popular place at breakfast. It's located on Indiana Street close to the parking garage. The only thing not likable about it are the kind of high prices.

There is an okay amount of street parking. Inside of Arcedium is more spacious than I expected, as the place kind of loops around and there's a room in the back, along with plenty of bar seating around the front counter. I didn't spend much time there, but the ambiance was nice and service was good. I got a cappuccino to go. The milk foam was excellent, but the coffee flavor was kind of weak. Not bad overall, though. Pricing was on the higher side, as I've gotten a comparable size of cappuccino elsewhere for a dollar less.
