ALERT!!!! ICED COFFEE TASTES BURNT EVERYTIME!!!! I just moved nearby. I wanted to be a daily customer. I've been here 3 times, twice at night and once in the morning. I was hoping the morning visit changed my perspective with fresher coffee. Nope! I'll take my business to MOKA!!! The younger kids here are super friendly! The old men are super rude and seem irritated you are there. There's one older man in particular that must float around different Dunkin's because I've seen him at others. If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered 3 donuts.. one of them being their "specialty spider" donut. They were thrown in the bag and looked super messy. You would think that the bag was tossed around a couple times but no, I opened it right after she handed it to me. Not only that but I wasn't given napkins so I had to ask for some. I have been to this location twice. First was when it opened and they had gotten my iced coffee order wrong (regular vanilla, not sweetened. Coffee also tasted burnt). Stopped this morning and ordered a sweetened french vanilla coffee with almond milk. And it was just that. ZERO coffee was added. I feel like I don't have a complex coffee order so it's frustrating not getting the correct one, especially today when there was no one else in line and maybe one person inside..Save yourself the trip, go up to the Dunkin in Batavia off of Randall instead if you can, the owner is friendly and ALWAYS gets my coffee just right. read more

This particular Dunkin' location sucks. Very little merchandise, displays are bare, things that are displayed are either fallen over, damaged or not pulled forward to make the display more eye catching. I bought a reusable cup towards the begging of this week. When I went to wash it the bottom of the cup wash cracked with many little plastic pieces floating around at the bottom. This location is one of several Dunkin' Donuts that I pass while driving to work & it's definitely my last option to stop at. The placement of the store is in an odd place. This location used to be my favorite, until a few months ago when the service got slower and the attitudes of the employees became more unwelcoming, than welcoming. My last two experiences made them my final visits there. First, I ordered an unsweetened iced tea with Sweet-n-Low. The order was repeated back as sweet iced tea with Sweet-n-Low. I corrected the employee, saying that I wanted unsweetened. I was very rudely told that unsweetened and sweetened were the same. When I replied they are not, she said "Do you want it or not?" I certainly did not and left. Great way to start my work day, ugh!!! My dad was diabetic and lost his life from acute renal failure due to the disease. Sugar could kill a diabetic. Today I went and got the same rude attitude when ordering that seems to be the norm at this location anymore. I ordered my normal iced tea, pulled around to the window and watched the girl take 2-3 minutes to open up 4 packets of Sweet-n-Low individually, all the while turning around to talk to coworkers. When she finally got all 4 into the tea, she set the drink on the counter and stood staring into space. I got her attention and she REFUSED to hand me my drink, choosing to wait for the employee who was getting supplies to restock cups, lids, etc... This is a newer location, so very clean and modern. Indoor seating is more contemporary and attractive. Outdoor patio is also a very nice touch. Very comfortable environment, good for working on your laptop. Plenty of charging outlets available. Service was prompt, friendly and store was clean and appealing. read more

I usually never go to this location because I usually get bad customer service. Than this morning was just about the same. The gentleman that opened the window paid me no mind , handed me my coffee and scanned my phone while having a conversation with a girl (who had her mask below her chin) that told her co workers "I don't care I'm 21 and I will box her''. They seemed to more involved with their personal fighting lives than to be working the window. The people at this location usually aren't the nicest but that was most definitely the most unprofessional behavior I've heard/seen out of this location. read more

Never had an issue at this place until today. It seems like others have been saying the same thing that everyone is great but one woman who works there is incredibly rude! Get rid of her already. I placed my order on the app for pickup as I always do as when I got to the driver speaker the guy taking orders seemed a little confused and couldn't find my order. A woman quickly popped up and suggested i'd placed my order at the wrong location, to which I said no my receipt says it's here. She asked me for the order number, which I gave her only for her to tell me "Oh no we're 257 Genesis" Like no, I know that, I'm giving you the order number you asked for. She then proceeds to tell me they've been getting orders all day so I did something wrong and didn't press 'ready for pickup' I have never seen 'ready for pick up' on the app before in my life. I told her I place orders all the time, this one said it went through just fine, and I don't see where I'm meant to press 'ready for pick up'. So I asked if I could pull to the window and they could point it out for me or I could show them the receipt. SHE TOLD ME THEY CANT HELP ME! Apparently since "we don't buy things here since we all get drinks for free" they don't know how to use their own app. I've worked fast food before, there's no reason why you shouldn't know how to assist customers with your own app! And how are you going to tell me I have to press a non-existent button on your app and after arguing with me about my order only to admit you know nothing about the app. I don't know what she wanted me to do, apparently leave without my drink I paid for. Experience was fine, at best. The cashier offered no assistance in helping me figure out how to use my coupon in my DD app. I think service-wise and typically product-wise you know what to expect when going to Dunkin. However, this was by far the dirtiest Dunkin I've ever visited. There was a sample tray next to the register with a card that said "Enjoy a free sample!" and only garbage sitting in it. I visited this location several times. Everyone is always very friendly and a joy to speak with! I usually go through the drive-thru and the line always moves fast if there is even a line, to begin with. I love how quickly the associates work and how they can remember to give me a straw with my hot coffee! Lol. I am a regular and they know to add almond milk and a straw! I greatly appreciate this and how nice everyone is. There is one associate in particular who works drive-thru who has the most positive upbeat attitude. Rude! I've been to this location a few times trying to give it another chance but now will not be coming back. One of the staff who take the drive up orders is beyond rude. When asking a question about my order since she repeated it back to me differently then how i had ordered, she not only didn't answer my question but the attitude that followed had me drive off. Thinking this was a one time thing, i tried again and when i had a different teller everything was great. However, I got her again and she was rude AGAIN! Slowest Dunkin' I have ever been to. Been sitting in the drive-thru now for 7 minutes and counting. How hard is it to take an order and fulfill it?? Obviously impossible here! When the young ladies are working in the morning - it's in and out! When the older guy is on the drive-thru - give yourself about 15 minutes to get your coffee. Just horrible - management needs to look at their processes and make sure all employees are trained and can keep up! 11 minutes later and I finally got my coffee. I have been to this location before several times because of its proximity to my workplace. The service has always ranged from sub-par to adequate, but today it was just rude. The young lady at the window simply did not acknowledge me or show any courtesy whatsoever. She was curt over the microphone, but she didn't say a word to me while I was getting the coffee. I smiled, thanked her and still received no response. Furthermore, the iced coffee I ordered was nowhere near the usual standard. I consider Dunkin Donuts Iced coffee to universally rank as a 3.5/5 and with a good tailwind hit the 4/5 mark, but this was a 1.5/5. It was also not light ice per my order, but I won't get fussy. Worst DD ever, super slow especially when the old men is attending the drive thru window. One star is too much for them.

For the sake of protecting all that is sacred with a Saturday morning cup of java do not go to this place and expect to receive an accurate order. I have been here multiple Saturday mornings and only once was my order correct. The staff there believes that "hazelnut black" is a regular coffee with sweetened hazelnut syrup and cream. After they incorrectly made my coffee I returned to let them know it was incorrect and that I wanted hazelnut flavored brewed coffee and I was given the exact same incorrect coffee with cream. I'm not one to be picky but when you take the time to return to the store one would expect it to get done right. The staff at this store is unable to handle the amount of business. As I like coffee this one is my DD on the go when I'm in the area. Coffee right on spot. I drink hazelnut - french vanilla mix with cream and some ice (hate hot coffee) and this place delivered. Many other failed to deliver what I wanted. Never place with inside and outside seating with free wifi. Restrooms are clean and general are is clean. Just went to get an iced coffee and iced tea with my boyfriend. They took our order and we drove to the window and paid. They gave us hot drinks in plastic cups with no ice. They had ran out of ice and had been having problems. They told us this after giving us our drinks. We paid for a fucking iced coffee and iced tea and they did this shit.
