Whoa... a lot of hate on this page. I stopped by after my niece's first communion last weekend with 7 of us looking for coffee and a snack. I remember when I lived up here that this location was a rundown mess so I'm not sure if some of the reviews are from then, but it looks like they did a full reno and the place looks clean and updated. We had quick service and everything came out as ordered. We actually sat at a couple tables and enjoyed our snacks and coffee before heading out. I would definitely go back. read more

Pulled up this evening at 9:45pm. The doors were locked, the employee said to use the drive thru. We can see there are still donuts in the window. We drive around to order via the drive thru, I asked for a dozen donuts and was told "sorry, we threw them away. We don't have anymore" Seriously? Nothing like throwing profits away in front of customers who were willing to buy. read more

She even had the audacity to laugh as she walked off please let Julia know that your staff is unprofessional. I'm writing this as I am in the store. This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I would recommend this place if it were the only one on the street or corner. It's filthy. When I walked in there was a young lady standing to the side having an employee make her food. She either was an employee who was off of work or someone free loading off of an employee. Nevertheless, she got her food and left and didn't pay. The front where all the donuts are wasn't filled at all. Then I placed my order. Once I got my food the lady put a cold piece of cheese on my biscuit. I was like is there anyway you can heat this up? I don't want cold cheese on my biscuit. She had an attitude but told me she had to make it over. She made the sandwich over but I had to wait for my drinks. I only ordered coffee. It shouldn't have taken that long. As I waited I asked the people that worked there to clean off the counter. There were drinks that spoke haven't picked up just sitting on the counter. Some of the drinks had been sitting for quite sometime because the ice had melted in them and left water rings on the counter. I told them it looks bad that these drinks are sitting everywhere like this. I told 2 different employees and neither of them cleaned the counter. It's ridiculous for a paying customer to receive the type of service I received today. Not to mention the food was disgusting. I didn't even eat the biscuit. I wasted $25.00. I should've known it was gonna be bad when I walked in and saw how disgustingly filthy the restaurant was. The counters were nasty. They haven't been wiped down in God knows how long. Just nasty. I'm surprised they are even in business honestly. I know this is harsh but I'm a very honest person. I was here from out of town with my family and had the worst experience ever! read more

I've never been to a worse Dunkin' like I am in shock. We asked for chocolate munchkins and they gave us a Boston cream. We ordered a sandwich with no bacon and they gave us an entire different sandwich. They literally did this stuff 3 days in a row. They are rude and have an attitude and so judgy. When I walked into this facility it was initially okay. The person taking orders ,his name was Noah, really struggled with simple tasks. He was getting overwhelmed with the ordering process and we couldn't even get can I please get a large coco mocha latte out before he told us to slow down. After we ordered we got the receipt and the order was wrong even after he made us repeat it more than 3 times. I went back and tried to correct my order and he wanted to charge me so I told him I was not paying for a correction that was not my fault. Noah then continued to tell another worker the correction to my order & the employee seemed frustrated with Noah and then didn't make the order. My fiancé went up to where they were making drinks (on tap) and the other worker said no problem and made the correct drink. We went back to try this Dunkin again the next day and the place was so dirty chocolate smeared into floor and trash everywhere. A worker swept the floor and took the trash out while we were waiting, which was about 10 minutes for 2 simple drinks. DO NOT recommend if you are in a hurry. read more

I dont go to DD very often, and now I remember why. Ordered a Everything Bagel and a snack bacon. She checked and there was one everything bagel left. I paid for it and walked 3 feet to pick it up. Stand there waiting while the food preparer looked at me, finally I asked about my food to which he answered that he was OUT of everything bagels. So I go to get my money back, and she got my change wrong 3 times!! I mean come on, the number is written on the receipt! Finally I just left, losing money and with no food! Ridiculous! read more

Great coffee... Much better than Starbucks, IMO, but food is horrible. Had sausage biscuits this morning. They looked great but apparently were microwaved as the bread was doughy and meat was undercooked. Sausage needs to be firm and not floppy after cooking. One bite and both biscuits went to trash! So disappointing as the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I picked this order up in drive-thru and was at office when I attempted to eat it. read more

We walked in to the shop the staff were very unfriendly. My girlfriend asked for a ice coffee with 1 shot of French vanilla. They gave us a coffee with milk and sugar in it we returned it and they replaced it with the same exact thing. I could've walked behind the counter blind and made a better coffee than them. I visited this location yesterday and today and had a wonderful visit each time. The workers are super friendly and got my order right each time. (I'm the type of coffee orderer that makes my husband cringe- my 1 coffee is a paragraph long.) The only thing is that the drive thru takes a little longer than I would like, but it's worth it when the workers treat you so well. read more

I have been going to this Dunkin' location for well over a year, I've been going pretty regularly since high school and I am now in college. The coffee and food is always good. Everyone that works here knows how to carry on a conversation so it's not like you're talking to a wall. read more
