Lemon Blueberry loaf, cinnamon donut, and brownie!

This place is incredible! If I were ranking all the GF bakeries I have been to, this may be the best. We tried a cinnamon roll cupcake, brownie, a lemon blueberry loaf, cinnamon donut, and chocolate chip cookie. They were soft, decadent, and delicious. Went back for more!! Did I mention the are TOP 9 ALLERGEN FREE! Do not hesitate to try everything they have; you will only have the best fresh-baked goodies!!!

The name caught my eye. Then I found out everything was gluten free!!!!!!! Only con was going later in the day means less options for baked goods. Being celiac for 8 years I have had a lot of gf baked goods. These were amazing. I love to support local & the owner was so so kind and shared lovely stories about his wife who has celiac as well :)

Adorable gluten free bakery in an adorable neighborhood. The best brownie I've ever had, seems unbelievable that it's gluten free, dairy free and it was also listed as paleo! Heads up one group in the shop at a time and masks requested for safety. This is not the whole brownie pictured :)

I live in Nebraska and we always come to Myrtle on vacation. This time my son was having a birthday party and he really wanted a Minecraft cake. I called at so many places and no one but this place knew what I was talking about. I called 3 months ahead and felt like it was going to be taken care of. They remembered my name when I got there and were so friendly. The cake was very good and my friends and family had no clue it was gluten-free. I will be back next year!

My brother in law and his new fiancée were celebrating their engagement and my wife wanted something special for them. Nicole went out of her way to meet our dietary restrictions and the quick turn around. Needless to say they and we absolutely loved the coconut cake. We will be back for sure!

This place was great but they closed February 2026. It's hard to find a dedicated gluten free bakery

Google Maps will be helpful as far as navigation. They have lots of free parking in a lot out front and the bakery counter is just down the main hallway entrance, on the left hand side of the hallway. It's just after the Fowler formal dining room. So, since it's student run, prices are reasonable and tax is included in every price/purchase. It's not open on Fridays or weekends, but is generally open 8 am to 4 pm Mon through Thurs. They do have some hallway seating available as well. And they do a limited selection of coffee drinks too. It's mostly sweet baked goods that are available and they offer both vegan and gluten free options too. Expect to see cookies, moon pies, possibly biscuits, chocolates, lots of pastries and maybe even a mini cheesecake or two. Seems like both students and professors work the counter and they will of course answer any questions you have regarding ingredients. I'd say on a typical morning they'll have a solid 25 to 35 different things you can potentially buy. I love that everything is made by students and that any profit they earn goes right back into their own culinary program. They don't really restock during the day, so its first come, first served and items like croissants and pain du chocolat can go quick. Both are very good and reasonably priced at 2 dollars each. They also rotate things in and out based on what they're working on in class...like one day they might have chocolate eclairs for sale, but the next day they don't. I've yet to see them offer donuts but they do plenty of chocolate items. One of my favorites is the death by brownie at 3 dollars. The chocolate mousse inside is sooo good. Moon pies are enormous and are like 2 to 3 bucks. Cookies like snickerdoodle, oatmeal, chocolate chunk, etc. are 50 cents each and are very good sized for that price. I did include pics of their case from my last visit, but I'm sorry for the poor quality. You can also look them up on Facebook and follow them as they sometimes do special events like a bbq fundraiser on a Saturday or custom order chocolates for Valentines Day. They'll also announce if they are going to be closed for a certain reason. These students are producing very good quality items at very good prices. They also do homemade breads on Thursdays after 2 PM only. Great stuff. Check them out, but keep it on the down low...I want my favorite items to still be there when I visit late in the day!!
