Visiting and wanted ice cream on a cold and rainy evening. Drove past a few spots and chose this one. The establishment was festively decorated for Christmas. The staff were very polite and we sat quickly. A quick look at the menu and we chose the PB and chocolate sundae and a banana split. WOW! Both outstanding. Definitely worth a stop if you visit the area

Ridiculously indulgent milk shakes and other concoctions. Everyone in my family absolutely loved it. Well, everyone except dad but that's on him. He only ordered a simple ice cream cone and insisted on picking up the check.

OMG! would I come back when visiting.. stopped just for a sweet treat before getting on our plane and glad we did! Amazing ice cream! Lisa was awesome! Whole ice cream shop was a vibe!

Lucky for us we visited the one in Myrtle Beach which wasn't as crowded and was a big place. It was nicely decorated almost whimsical. We were sat immediately by the hostess. The menu is a bit overwhelming if you have a sweet tooth. There is so much to ready over and to decide! The prices are expected for the masterpieces that they make. However it is a big serving of everything, even the kids size. The flavors were very tasty and creamy. There is also an arcade for the kids to enjoy. This definitely is a good spot to take the kids or even date night. Give it a try!

It's confusing when you walk in especially since no one is standing up front to direct you for carryout orders. But once you figure out where to to there will be a wait as the cashiers look like they also helping tables. We had a question about one of the items but no one was at the register we tried to ask an employee walking around if they could dip their cones but he said he didnt know. So seems there are still some kinks to work out here. But overall a nice vacation spot for those wanting to cool off. May give them another chance.

1st time here but heard a lot about the place from family. This is a great spot to enjoy fun desserts with family and friends. You can get really crazy shakes in Masson jars to a cobbler with ice cream. The staff is welcoming and friendly ready to help you with their menu. My daughter had the Build me a buttercup shake topped with Reese's pieces which she loved. I had the cherry cobbler with ice cream which was delicious it felt like a warm tummy hug. This is a place you wish you could have in your town or city.

YASSSSS JUST YASSSSSS. I came from Texas and this has got to be the best milkshake I've ever had in my life. Pshhhhh and they say "everything's bigger in Texas". Not the milkshakes honey. The $21 is also worth it because you get to KEEP the mason jar. They even have a rinse station for them in the seating area. I will for sure be coming back next time I'm in town. Love that they initially put a plate under all of them to catch any potential drippage. You see them back their going HARD as they put these together too. Banana pudding milkshake came with vanilla wafers and a SLICE of pounds cake.

The sundaes are great. The mason jars are cute and the staff is so super friendly. The decorations are super cute.

A hoppin' place to be for a good time with family and friends, even in the off-season. I was grateful that we got our seats when we did, but my goodness did these decadent treats take time to create! We watched as others were served huge creations of sugar and decorations. One of the 4 of us enjoyed a slice of peanut butter pie. I had a mini shake and the other two got official, crazy Mason jar shakes with souvenir glasses. I couldn't make this an all-the-time adventure, but it was nice to try once - and I made sure to do enough walking during my stay, to burn off the extra calories.

Went here again on Sunday July 27th 2025 with my parents and Aunt. There was actually a wait for both to go and inside dining- can you believe- a wait for ice cream? In all due credit though, The Crazy Mason is a popular ice cream place. Anyways, after waiting for a while, we finally sat down at a high top table. Our server was very nice, and explained menu options, as well as was knowledgable on what the restaurant had that night, as they did run out of vanila ice cream. Side note also- Sunday night could be a bad time to go because they are out of some items, but I was also informed that they get more items the next morning. Anyways, I got Cotton Candy in a cup with gummy bears, My mom got vanila soft serve, my dad got a sundae, and my aunt got something with pistacio ice cream in which she said was good! I enjoyed my ice cream! As well as the others! We paid via credit card and left a cash tip. Will be back soon, and it was definitely worth the wait!

This is a Sweet Tooth's Dream! The milkshakes are extremely filling. You can share a large one and take home the mason jar. Otherwise you can buy a small one in a cup. The staff was great and knowledgeable. They have sinks to wash your souvenir jars. Plenty of seating indoors mad outdoors. Be sure to come hungry!

Always love stopping in here every time we come to Myrtle Beach. We hadn't eaten all day so we made this our meal! Enough calories for the day and more! A fun stop though. This is our second time and we each tried a different thing from before. Yummy to say the least!

I only indulge in ice cream goodness twice a year, and I make sure it is worth the wait. So, each year, I pick 2 new places to try ice cream. I came across Crazy Mason via their billboard ads on hwy 17, and a quick search on yelp convinced me that I should give this a try. I came here during early spring on a day when the weather was 80 degrees, so the place was not crazy busy but was close to full. We sat inside, and a nice staff took our order.  I got the fudging best (a must have for chocolate lovers), and my husband got the dashing through the dough (aka cookie dough). You can order a small size or a regular size, the small ones come in a plastic mason jar, while the regular ones come in a glass jar. We opted for the regular size, even though I knew I wouldn't be able to finish the ice cream/milk shake in one sitting. The ice cream shakes didn't disappoint. The flavors were very rich, and the portions are quite huge; they don't skimp on any of the toppings. I had about 1/3 of it at the restaurant, and it took me 2 days to finish the rest. The place has a very chic decor. The ice creams were delivered within 10-15 minutes after we ordered. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you love desserts.

How can i find the nutrition facts for each milkshake?

Do not believe they can furnish you with this, as it is like a combination of at least three items/desserts. In my case, I calculated through my Fitness Pal App and added up a chocolate milkshake, a chocolate bar, and a brownie as a minimum base… Read more

It's super bright, colorful, and fun. The llama pictures on the walls were really cool and made the whole place feel playful and unique. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in, which was nice. They also had printed menus you could grab and read easily instead of just staring up at a board, which made it simple to look through all the options. I also thought it was really fun that they had board games on each table, which made it a great place to sit, hang out, and enjoy your dessert. I ordered the Bubble Waffle "Dolly Dream", but swapped the Nutella for peanut butter, yummm! The bubble waffle itself was soooo good. Warm, soft, and just the right texture with the ice cream. It definitely felt like more of a dessert experience than just grabbing a regular ice cream cone. We would 100% come back. It's definitely not your basic ice cream shop, and it was such a fun place to try!
