It was until we were walking back from our night beach walk that I learned that Ben and Jerry's has actual locations like huh. We all just had to go in and check it out (and maybe maybe not eat some sweet treats). I tried the s'mores cone which had a bit too much peanut butter if I'm being honest but the marshmallow and chocolate cone was bomb. The only true negative was we all should've gotten smalls instead of mediums. read more

Not what you would expect for a large brand name like Ben & Jerry's. We're only 1 1/2 hours away from the beach so we visit this area a lot. We've stopped here a few times and the service was horrible. I just figured the young lady was having a bad day. I don't like using my yelp to give bad reviews, so I tried again. This time both employees act as if they didn't want to be there. I get it and that's okay but what's not okay is to make us wait for a scoop of ice cream. Then this last time when we got our ice cream it was melting quick as if the coolers wasn't cold enough (the picture posted is from the first visit in February). If I'm going to pay top dollar prices for a scoop of ice cream i expect better. I'm paying for the quality and experience. read more

Pretty expensive... two kid sized cones with one scoop came to be about $12. But, having a non-dairy/vegan option while out and about on the strip is a huge plus. Staff was very outgoing and the store was very clean. read more

Tried to go here with my son at 3:09 PM today. Door was unlocked, we walked in and the lady behind the counter said they don't open until 3:30 PM. No big deal. We went to the ice cream parlor around the corner. As we were walking back from there, 5-6 people were in line inside this same Ben & Jerry's and being served. It was 3:22 PM. The owner/manager might want to make a decision or two here. This doesn't appear to be an isolated incident judging by other reviews. read more

First time at an actual Ben & Jerry's location was this one about a month ago. Usually I'm used to buying it at the grocery store so I already know I love their ice cream. This location was right by my hotel so it was the perfect spot for a late night treat. Ordered the chunky monkey and the strawberry cheesecake, highly recommend both flavors. Despite how busy this location was, the service was not as slow as you'd expect. Staff was friendly. Now if only a Ben & Jerry's could open up near where I live in NJ! read more

This happened to our family on July 7: Getting ice cream at Ben and Jerry's in Myrtle Beach, 2005-C Ocean Blvd. It's raining outside so we only want to go in since we see there are tables to sit at and eat. When we get inside, we notice there are only two tables, fully occupied. I notice a sign on both tables that say tables are only for customers of Jaybo's Pizza and Grill (2005 N Myrtle Beach Blvd) ; who shares the space with Ben and Jerry's. The two white families sitting there (or one family at both tables) begin to leave. They all have been eating ice cream. I ask the adult female if she had any problems sitting there since they had ice cream. She said we didn't have any problems. We ordered our ice cream and sat down at a table. My daughter got up to look at wrestling on one of the TVs. The staff person at Jaybo's tells her to tell us we can't sit there, although he could have easily told us himself. So we stand up to eat our ice cream. Then one of the employees at B&J says we don't allow our customers to eat in here right now. So now I'm upset. Both of these employees saw the white family (families) sitting in the space eating their ice cream. No problems! My family of mixed colors wasn't allowed to sit there. Why not? read more

The staff was friendly and fast. Ben and Jerry's ice cream always tastes good, and this location had a wider variety of selections than many other locations I've been to in the past. Most the tables were dirty, but they share the tables with a fast food pizza restaurant, so they can't be blamed entirely. I was happy with my experience there. read more

I grabbed a medium cup of the cookie dough ice cream here and it was very good. The location was convenient, the inside was about what you'd expect from a national chain place, and the price was a little too high in my opinion. There are certainly better ice cream places on the strip, but you could certainly do worse. read more

This Ben & Jerry's was extremely disgusting. Their front lobby looked great, but if you went to the bathroom, you would never eat there. Their bathroom was so grossthat it made me walk out immediately. When I brought up the fact that the bathroom was disgusting to front counter staff, they just kind a looked at me like I was not.
