This is the Dunkin Donuts from hell. The rudest young woman was working the drive through. Didn't tell me that they didn't have something I ordered, kept cutting me off as I ordered, didn't get the order right, and when I asked her where the rest of the order was, she snapped "move on" to me and motioned for me to leave the drive through (I hadn't been there long and there was only one car behind me that just pulled up). Much of the help there has been a bit on the impatient, crusty side, and a fight almost broke out inside between the manager and help once when customers were waiting in line, but this is the last draw with this location for me. read more

This is the worse Duncan ever! The rude black girl that worked the drive thru on 3/10, I asked for my drink to be made with less ice. Which I do every time at any other Duncan, when I got my drink it had hardly any milk and was 3/4 full. When I looked at her like wtf, she immediately said that's how they come out when you asked for less ice. I didn't even have the time to argue with this idiot so I left. I have 2 toddlers so I usually go throw drive-thru to make life easier. Bottom line customer service is extremely awful!!!! I ordered their medium promo Ice coffee, LIGHT on ice and 2 donuts for my kiddos. The donuts was old and my coffee was 1/2 way filled. I asked if they could fill it up with milk and I told them I'm willing to pay extra. They all gave me an attitude right away how they couldn't add milk and only ice. I told them that's a lie because the OTHER 2 dunkin donuts in morgantown would gladly add extra milk. They left with my coffee, came back, handed my coffee back to me, slammed the window closed and all the employees disappear super fast. That's when I realize they added extra ice and NOT milk! Then I decided I wanted a refund due to unprofessional customer service. There was no reason for me to be treated that way. I was nice and even offer to pay extra.... oh my story gets better. Of course no one would come back to the drive-thru window when I was honking my horn until I started knocking at the window. A new lady came and I told her I wanted a refund. Then the original employees showed backup and refuse to give me a refund through the drive-thru and how I need to come inside if I wanted a refund. I refuse to move told the lady's there's no reason why they can't give me a refund throw drive-thru. Then they threatened me how their going to call their manager. Still refusing a refund throw drive-thru. I even explain how I didn't want to drag my 2 toddlers inside for just a refund that can happen at the drive-thru! I paid CASH there's no reason why my refund can't happen at the drive-thru. So I ended up going inside with my toddlers for a refund. The ladys kept asking for my credit card. I had to tell them 4 different times I paid in cash... receipt even said payment in cash... after I finally gotten my refund. The employee had the nerve to tell me I'm ban and never to come back. Lmao I told her your not a manager to be able to ban anyone. Your trying to ban me for asking extra milk, willing to pay extra and then ask for a refund due to your unprofessionalism. Rude and extremely slow. Took 30 total minutes to get a bagel (which came out in 5 minutes) and then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes to get a single donut and a latte; all from the same order. All while people that came in after us were getting their food and drinks. I don't usually go to Dunkin but today I decided why not give them a second chance. I ordered a iced coffee and avocado toast. The lady over the speaker kept saying "ok" while having a huge attitude. My toast was horrible! You could tell it was freezer burnt I took one bite and called quits. Coffee was delicious though which is the only reason I gave 2 starts out of 5. read more

Absolutely terrible. First, I stood around waiting for around 5 minutes with no one there until I finally called out and an employee come from the back. I ordered and asked if they could make my two coffee drinks in my reusable cups. The employee said they have been told that they aren't allowed to use reusable cups but that she could ask. This is when "Grant" the "shift lead" gets involved. Grant comes over and asks what is going on and tells me they can't do that. I ask if he is sure because we try to use reusable cups whenever possible to do a small part in helping the environment. His response was, "then don't come here". I was dumbfounded so I said that he was right, I shouldn't come there anymore and asked for a refund. The employee was able to do the refund right away. I was very upset so I continued the conversation with "Grant", he very rudely explained that if I want to help the environment then I should not go out at all. This back and forth went on for a few minutes. I even asked the employee if she heard that and asked the other shift lead if she heard it. Both were very apologetic about his behavior. At this time I was leaving and asked his name so I could report this to corporate. He said his name was grant and when I said I would let corporate know about this, he said they could watch the video of me? I asked video for what and he accused me of throwing a cup at the employee. I asked if he was delusional as I did no such thing and I even asked the employee if I did. She said that I did not throw anything at her. I do not know what was going on in "Grant"'s mind, but the audacity of a "shift lead" telling someone that they should come there for trying to help the environment and then falsely accusing them of throwing cups at people is ridiculous. Let me say first that this is not something that has happened just once... on multiple occasions we have had incorrect orders, shown up to empty displays, an empty store (zero employees to be found and end up leaving without even getting waited on), rude employees, and broken machines. If my daughter did not love donuts so much I would never return but a 4 year old deserves donuts and sometimes I just don't feel like driving to Tim Hortons (although they have WAY better food and way nicer employees. Went through the drive thru and asked for a minute to figure out 4 peoples orders. Workers were extremely impatient as we decided and while we were ordering. Pulled up to the window, and our doughnuts were practically thrown at us. We also had two separate orders, and when we received them, they were mixed up. According to door sign, it's until 11 p.m., and opens back up at 5 a.m., but the Dunkin App says it should be open 24 hours for both dine in and drive through (not just drive through). I strongly suspect that they're telling corporate that they're fully open all day, but not telling them that they close for six hours. Not good. They sell dark roast all day long like they're supposed to (try it, it's better, add three Splenda to a large hot, and you're golden, with or with cream). Place could be a cleaner, but better than the (always filthy) location on Chestnut Ridge Road (which baits you with dark roast on the menu but only serves it when convenient to them!). Okay Wi-Fi, good ambient temperature. Horrible horrible service. Arrived at 9:20pm, hours sign said open until 11pm. Waited patiently by the register as 5 (yes 5) employees stood in the back and ignored me. After a good 5 minutes, one employee came up front to make a coffee and I asked "should I go through the drive-thru to get service?" He apologized and said they were busy baking donuts and were thinking of shutting down. I asked can I still place an order, reluctantly he said "yes." He took my order and another worker put the donuts in a box as he was eating donut holes right in front of me. While eating donuts holes to employee made it clear by his attitude he did not want to fulfill my order. This place won't be getting anymore of my money in the future. read more

This is, by far, the worst Donut franchise I've ever been to. The one on Chestnut Ridge is no better. Tonight, Friday, at 7:45pm, we went to the Earl Core Rd location with another couple to each get a dozen donuts. When we pulled into the parking lot, the female employee...the only employee there, was sitting in a car with a guy and smoking a cigarette. Clearly annoyed by our arrival, she got out of the car, went inside and went behind the counter..never washing her hands. The shelves were bare and she informed us that they only bake twice a day so "you can buy what I have or not". Neither the franchise owner nor the corporate office seems to care about the low standards at these locations The four of us went to Tim Hortons at Suncrest Town Center. Stopped here Aug 17, 2017 at 8:07am. There were 3 cars in the drive-thru ahead of us. Usually this lane moves quickly. Not so today. At 8:15 we made it to the ordering process. The girl said she would be with us shortly. Apparently she forgot her headset was on and we heard her say, "Don't touch those, those are mine" and "I forgot the munchins, I just want to shoot myself ". Just went here for a smoothie and donut. The donut was awesome and made me want more. BUT!!!! I was not impressed with the smoothie. It tasted as if there they used fruits(bananas and strawberries) that were sitting around for a while and got old. She had given birth to our daughter a few months ago. She still went into work at 7. She told the general manager that she didn't feel well and he went into a blind rage screaming at her things like "I work 6 days a week". He grabbed her, ripped off her headset and fired her. This was all on camera. Instead of pressing charges or filing a suit, we contacted the owner. Well months later, this general manager is still employed and I'm disgusted. I would have to guess that the people who work here have very low IQs. Constantly I am given the wrong item, or jipped an item (for instance, hash browns). The employees don't pay attention when you're ordering, especially at the drive thru window. Also, the coffee is terrible, especially if you ask for cream and sugar (their so-called regular dosage): be prepared to drink a diabetes/lactose intolerant nightmare. I honestly couldn't taste the coffee. If you want to avoid that, ask for less cream. REPEAT YOURSELF MANY TIMES. However, 7 out of 10 times they'll still put the "regular dosage" and you'll drive away angry. read more

Good coffee, normally decent service, but there is a woman there who is constantly rude. My first visit, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But after two more visits and interactions with her I've come to the conclusion that she should not be working in the service industry.
