I had a very good experience at this Dunkin. I was in town for an appointment and stopped in for coffee and a sandwich. I ordered ahead on the app. My order was ready when I walked in the door. The "Midnight" brew was piping hot, but a little more bitter than other Dunkins I've visited. The sausage sandwich was nice and hot and tasted very good. The only issue was some of the bread was burned. The interior is typical to other Dunkin. Overall, really nice experience. read more

Poor customer service on various occasions. Last time asked for light ice with my drink and received order with cup filled with ice nearly to the top. Politely reminded them that I had asked for light ice and requested a remake. Employee became defensive and rude and made the drink anew reluctantly. If I could give this location a 0 I would. I ordered a latte and used my points for it. It looked and tasted like milk. I asked for more coffee (I am aware a latte has espresso in it but said coffee by mistake) . The employee at the windows response was "it has espresso and milk in it that's what a latte is" my family was in the car so I just drove away. To the man at the window with the glasses. I called to check on a drink and see if an item could be substituted, from answering till she hung up whomever answered decided to act like a snotty privileged princess disgusted that she has to stoop so low to explain a drink. I have been waiting in this drive-through line for over 25 minutes, which gives me time to do this review. No cars are lined up from the pick-up window to the call box. Ever since this place opened, whoever the manager is, has no idea how to manage a staff and run a Dunkin' Donuts properly. They are completing each drive up order individually instead of taking the orders from the drive-through box and lining them up. This location is also famous for having broken machinery such as the frozen drink machine. On one occasion, it took them 8 weeks to have it replaced. The Dunkin Donuts franchise should take time to teach this manager how they are to be run efficiently and rapidly and to be productive. read more

Simply inept. Long delays to take orders in the drive thru with no customers inside the building Once my order was taken, (two donuts, one coffee), I received two separate orders of the donuts. When I mentioned to the attendant that I already had my donuts, she looked at a colleague with disgust as if there was no communication that me order was in fact delivered. But then I was told there was a delay for my coffee. So, do they keep track of when more coffee is needed or not? And thanks for no napkins. 6 workers, only a few drive thru customers, with no customers inside. Keystone cops. Sadly, they were understaffed which had them stressed, so short staffed that they were not accepting orders at the counter and were not serving hot food. When ordering at the kiosk we thought we ordered "2 cream" but the standard "4 cream" stuck and when we said something all hell broke loose. "I made it how you entered it" and "I don't know what to tell you, man" . My husband said their customer service needed work and pleaded for them to remake the coffee so we could leave the male staff member told us we could just leave and make our own coffee at home. It was as simple as just remaking one coffee and turned into a miserable experience. read more

I'm a semi truck driver so there is not any places that we can stop this being one of the stops that doesn't have much space either. however I ordered a black ice tea and the barista gave it to me hot and when I told him I ordered iced tea he asked if just a cup of ice will do it as if the ratios wont be off if ice is added instead of taking the time to remake the drink properly one star had to make the drink myself in front of the barista's as if I didn't just order in the store they didn't even take the time to remake my drink properly one star. read more
