Frill-free. Ordered an assorted dozen and the owner generously threw in a bunch of... munchkins. Can I call them munchkins? Donut holes sound kinda dirty... Anyway. We got home, sampled and wow. So fresh, which I totally didn't expect it being later in the day. The munchkins tasted zeppole-like as if if they were just made 10 minutes prior. A dozen frosteds, double chocolate, eclairs later my A1C was blown all to hell...

Welcoming staff, nothing fancy happening inside with lots of donuts options (totally forgot to try them) and a few food choices. They kept it simple and easy without it being overwhelming with unnecessary amount of options. I loved that. We had the Mac burger and bacon me crazy burger which both was perfectly cooked with that crisp yet still meaty with that messy greasy feeling? Aka PERFECT! Def felt a heart burn happening but that's def on me since I don't do meat often. They cooked it fresh right there so it took some time and was burning hot. Yet made it feel more like cooking at a bbq so it was kinda soothing? I highly recommend checking this place out and trying their donuts as well. Wished I bought some to go and a hot dog. I'll def be back to try some other things!

On the savory side, there are rice bowls with various proteins (adobo chicken, beef bulgogi, shrimp tempura, salmon teriyaki) and onigirazu which is a sushi sandwich. Too bad they're only open Fri-Sun, as I'd love to eat study sip & work on weekdays, and not all menu items are available all the time.
