However, the amount of time I spend wasting going, there is no longer making sense for me. My simple orders are continuously coming out with the wrong beverage. The barista has to remake the beverage because they simply do not listen and then they give an attitude about it. Most recently I ordered a latte there was no line to get the latte. However, I waited approximately nine minutes who was simply disappeared. No one said anything to me. He just disappeared while I waited in the window after for my I actually had to honk my horn because I didn't know what was going on at that point no one was returning and then found out the coffee machine was experiencing difficulties so he had to machine. During this time I had to listen to some kind of music that was blasting while my babies were sitting in the car I did close the windows however I found this to be very unprofessional to have any type of music blasting . when the barista finally came back out it was not even the same barista. The young girl did apologize however this is a constant and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Maybe it was the whipped cream, but it felt diluted overall. On the other hand, my husband's New Orleans iced coffee was good, and my friends enjoyed their other coffee drinks as well. They had a menu of different coffees and of course the matcha. They also had a ceremonial matcha option for an additional charge. I had ordered the matcha latte and was able to change the mildly option to oat. We also wanted to try the matcha cookie. Our order was made fresh and picked up at the end of the counter. You can really taste the matcha flavor and not overpowered by the oat milk. Overall a good matcha-- they also had additional flavors options that can be added like strawberry. I can't think of a better local coffee shop, hot drinks? Amazing. Iced drinks? Amazing. Heathers perfectly balanced strawberry matcha? Amazing. House made syrups with seasonal offerings? AMAZING. The staff is phenomenal, from the owner Anthony to the manager Carly and everyone in between a near perfect cross section of personalities and vibes that keeps us coming back. Their weekend pastries from Maxine's are a delight, you can spend hours hanging out at the bar or table in the back and have a yap or a business meeting and the environment is perfect for either. And rightfully so - this is a very well executed idea for a gothic coffee shop. I was trurly amazed. The line stretched across the whole shop, which spoke to its popularity. I think they were understaffed the day we visited. It was only 3 employees and once of them was a cashier which also made drinks/ food. Stood in line for about 20mins until it was our turn to order. We did not mind the wait actually. It was very bearable with the music in the background and so many things for sale to look at. Once it was our turn my partner ordered a Cemetery Dusk Latte (Tiramisu latte, chocolate ribbons, mascarpone top and chocolate power), and a pineapple danish and coconut flakes. I ordered the Deadly Nightshade (Expresso, Blackberry Vanilla Syrup, Blackberry cold foam and sage), and the Little Lad Croissant which was served with cream and berries (and had cute little flowers for decorations). The shop was packed, but yet we somehow got two seats. There are tables, green couch and red velvet armchairs with a high backs. We sat on the armchairs. Everything was so delicious. I actually gave up drinking coffee, substituting it with matcha, but I decided to make an exception for today. And boy I am glad I did! I never had more delicious coffee. And if I said I did in my previous reviews, please consider that voided haha. Overall great experience! I would definitely come back there instead of going to Starbucks when I'm in the neighborhood.

Inside was nicely decorated with that dark, moody, Victorian feel. Also kinda reminds me of the Addams family for some reason tho lol this visit we tried their Cemetery Dust which was Tiramisu-flavored Iced Latte. This was a nice "dessert coffee" drink and perfect for that post-meal sweetness. We also got their Memento Mori (with this one, Harry Potter came to mind lol) and this was my favorite as I enjoy charcoal coffee and black sesame! This had a nice balance of espresso and sweetness. I would get this again if we are ever close by.
