Today, I ordered a hot latte and a buttered croissant. The total was $5, so I was pleased that it was pretty much half of what I would've spent at Starbucks. Unfortunately, the latte was cold on its first sip, like they'd just poured cold milk into it. I had to heat it up for a minute at my office, which is next-door to this location. When I opened up my croissant, it was slathered in so much butter that I was unable to eat it. It was carelessly prepared with a lack of care for the customer. I'd rather go to Starbucks, which is not next door to my office and out of my way, and spend 2x as much for hot coffee and a better croissant. read more

First off put an awning over your speaker please!! Nothing like trying to order doughnuts for the office at 6am in a rainstorm getting drenched in your car. It was hard to hear since it was raining in my face they could also not hear me well which caused them to mess up my order...which I discovered once at work. I had to repeat several things once at the window due to them not being able to hear me. Also, the doughnust barley had any icing was kind of weird...several locations in the area will probably skip this one in the future. read more

Twice I've been in this location in the last two weeks both times coffee was so burnt that I had wait til I could add more creamer and water so I could salvage my drink !! Donuts were heavy and rubbery not like I was familiar with especially not up to other dunking in town quality ! read more

Well I should have read the reviews of this location first. Service was fast and friendly. I was in the drive thru. The egg and cheese wrap I got was so hot I had to leave it unwrapped a few minutes before I could enjoy it. The bavarian cream doughnut was lovely. The vanilla cream was slightly old, stale, and chewy. Now as for the coffee, yes it was hot, piping hot. It makes me wonder how they got it so dang hot. Then I realized they must have boiled it. Also, the coffee tasted burnt and was not digestible. Had to toss it out. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is located on the very busy Poplar Avenue near White Station Road. It does have some pretty tough competition with a Starbucks being on the corner and a Gibson's Donuts down the street. On to my sad review... :( I'm seriously one of the biggest fans of donuts. My love and appreciate is borderline addiction. Saying that, I've given this place 2 chances in 2 weeks and they have ruined my experience each time! First time I tried this place out, a g/f and i went to get a coffee & donut fix after the birth of a baby at nearby St. Francis hospital on Park Avenue. As we were walking to my car I got on the DD app and checked out what time it closed because our friend had an evening delivery. The time was posted and we had a full hour before closing. We headed to DD, and as we pulled up we noticed the inside was dimmed. As soon as I pulled up we immediately were told those dreaded words, "we're sorry we are closed!" We were highly inquisitive to see why it was closed 1 hour early, but we got no response. We assumed the "closed speech" was automated. Because we were in a hurry to run errands for the new mom we didn't checked the closing time posted on the building. We did however check google and it listed the closing time as the same time listed on the Dunkin' Donuts app. Flash forward 2 weeks later to this past Saturday I arrived and drove up to the drive thru window, I was immediately greeted. I had a very simple order. I ordered 2 chocolate glazed donuts. After a long pause I said "Hello?" The gentlemen came back and said " Yes, please repeat your order." So I did. after another long pause he said, "It's cheaper to buy 12." I was confused. I said, "I don't want 12." He then replied, "Um, okay, whatever." In my head I was like WTF? I asked what the total was and it was way above what 2 chocolate glazed donuts would be. I inquired what he rang up and discovered he rung up 10 instead of 2. He then gives me my correct total and I drove up to the window to pay. I was greeted, paid for my food and was given what I thought was my order. I needed to turn East on Poplar so I didn't immediately grab one of my donuts because I had to navigate through traffic. My next stop was Target down the street, as I pull in to the parking lot And park I grabbed my bag and opened it up and see 2 old, dry all chocolate donuts with some light top glaze. Then I got pissed. Because it was too much of a hassle to drive back on a busy Saturday afternoon, I said screw it and took a bite of one. It was disgusting. It was a dry, flavorless mess. I opened up the second donut and it looked even my disgusting then the first donut. It immediately went into the trash can as I walked in Target. I will not be back. This place did not do 1 thing that impressed me. If you are in the area....please, please, PLEASE....keep driving by, do not stop! read more

Coffee is really good and cheaper the Starbucks. Donuts do not do much for me. Gibsons is better. If you ask for cream and sugar they will put too much about. Worst thing about the place is they rarely get my order right. I would say 70% of the time, they make a mistake. read more

Ordered a birthday cake from the Baskin Robbins portion of this store 24 hours before it needed to be picked up. Received an email confirmation and arrived to pick it up 25 hours after making the order. Was told upon arrival that it was not ready because they needed 48 hours to make it. They also informed me that they had tried to call me 3 times to let me know (which definitely did not happen). They then encouraged me to pick out a pre made cake which they would just write Happy Birthday on, so I obliged even though it wasn't the flavors that we had ordered. They then preceded to make me pay the $9 difference in the size of the cake, even though they 100% dropped the ball on their end. Needless to say they will never be getting our business again. My issue was with false advertising by this location. I ordered the following: 1-Turkey Sausage English Muffin, 1-Medium Mocha Cappucino Blast, 6-Glazed Munchkins (donut holes). I presented a coupon that makes the Turkey muffin $1.99. He charges me $13.08, I give him my $20, he gives me $6.92 in change and my receipt. I look at the receipt and it says 6 Donuts $4.99. I say "why was I charged $4.99 for 6 donut holes?" He said it was an error and he gave me the difference in money back. I told him I should get the entire order free because the posting on the drivethru glass said if you do not receive any accurately priced receipt, your entire order is free. He said that he did not believe that they honored that anymore. I told him that if it is posted, it has to be honored. That this was false advertising. He started to argue with me that the receipt was correctly "priced" it was just rung up wrong. I told him that I would be contacting corporate about this and he said fine. Personally, I believe that if you post a sign saying "This is our policy" and then refuse to follow your posted policy, you are engaging in false advertising. I went back a week later just to check and they've removed the sign since. I contact their customer service and was told that 1) they should have removed the sign a year ago as that was when the policy expired and that 2) they aren't responsible for the actions of "franchisee locations that are independently owned and operated." Consider me extremely disappointed. You know, there's a reason Starbucks is more expensive than Dunkins. You get what you pay for. read more

terrible service! while the girl was handing me my drink and straw she did not say a word, even when I tried to speak to her. The only thing she did say to me was "we are out of caramel" (a very important thing because i has just ordered a caramel macchiato) but this was after my drink had already been made and paid for. I would have loved the opportunity to change my drink order had I been told the situation. I am now stuck with a very gross drink and a bad attitude because of the service here. read more

Terrible customer service. Been through the drive through two times in the past two months. First time they gave me the wrong order and charged $1 more than what was posted on the sign. Apparently they had upped the prices but didn't change the sign and wouldn't honor the posted price. This time they failed to give my husband a receipt. They also refused to accept a coupon since a "manager wasn't on site". Plenty of other local establishments to enjoy around. read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. I went it there with my 3 kids for a morning treat. My youngest child is 6 months old and had an explosive diaper while we were there. I figured not a big deal I'll just take her to the bathroom and change her diaper so we can continue to enjoy the donuts. However when I walked into the women's bathroom there was no diaper changing station. Not a table not a fold down nothing! I was absolutely furious. Considering this place is not only a Dunkin' Donuts but also a Baskin-Robbins which to me is considered a family environment and a place for kids to enjoy fantastic treats. However the owners of this facility must not think anyone under the age of three or anyone that wears diapers would come to their place. Because they don't offer a place for moms or dads to change the diapers of their little ones. I guess they expected me to change my daughters diaper on their nasty floor. I will never again visit this place and I have told many other moms with small children to never go there unless they want to change their child's diaper on their floor. read more

I don't know what was up with these folks the last time I was here but they need to retrain their employees. Usually when I go here I go through the drive thru but this particular day I went in because I wanted to sit down and eat. When I went in there was a line of about 3 people at the Baskin Robbins counter and there was one girl working, so I had to wait for her to accommodate them. We she got over to me I asked for my goto items, a deluxe grilled cheese with ham and a large raspberry sweet tea. This girl then proceeds to tell me that they don't have a deluxe grilled cheese, huh? I then point up to the menu board where it says "Deluxe Grilled Cheese with ham or bacon: 2.99". She says oh I didn't know we had that. How are you working here and don't know what's on the menu. So she rings me up and I pay and get my receipt and I notice she didn't put the ham on the sandwich, so I tell her I wanted ham on that sandwich, to which she says it doesn't come with ham. I once again point out on the menu where it says with ham or bacon. She once again says oh I didn't know that. I mean damn can you read. So she goes to the back and I thought to tell the person to put ham on it. So I get my sandwich and drink and go to eat and there is no ham on the grilled cheese. I go back up to the counter and say where is the ham and she says the kitchen guy says that it doesn't come with ham. I have seriously gotten this sandwich multiple times and each time there has been ham on it and why would it be on the menu board if it didn't come with it. She then just goes to the back and warms up some ham and puts it in a bag and gives it to me. I might just stick to the drive thru the next time I come here... read more

Dunkin Donuts was a sight for my sore eyes after being in Memphis a few days without coffee. I decided to stop here to get the regular. The coffee just did not taste the same as it does in Chicago. My friend thought the difference was because of the water. Maybe, maybe not. But, on my next visit, I think I'll skip the coffee run. read more

It was a brisk early Christmas Eve morn. I understand not everyone is a morning person. I am certainly not, but being short and rude with me through a speaker box when I am ordering an assortment of donuts and sighing loudly when I am not done ordering is not a way to keep me coming back. This place has the worst customer service. The first time I went there they made me wait a good 10 minutes before they could bring out my ice cream with no one in the store. There's never anyone in the parking lot so it's not like it's super busy. The second time they took my order and I went to the window to pay and get my ice cream and no one came to the window. I sat there for 15 minutes trying to get someone to come and I couldn't find a soul in the restaurant and ended up having to leave. This last time I went through the drive-through and the woman kept tapping her fingers while waiting for us to pay them being extremely impatient and then asked us to pull up and she'd bring ice cream out to us. We watched as three coworkers were talking and sitting around in the restaurant while we were waiting for ice cream outside. Waited six or seven minutes finally got out of the car and went to the window to ask for our ice cream and the man said "we were going to bring it out to you" in a snappy tone. This is the rudest and most impolite and unprofessional place I've ever been to not to mention that they never have anything available. This place doesn't even deserve one star. read more
