This donut shop has donuts that melt in your mouth. When the sign out front is lit up red, come and get em because they are making fresh donuts right now. I absolutely love these delicious donuts. I can't just have one either. I usually eat about 3 when I get them -fresh off the oven production line. And I always get at least one dozen. It is the simple truth: These donuts are so good, my mouth waters just thinking about driving to this store to buy some. In case you don't eat all of them the first day, they heat up easily in the microwave in just a few seconds. When reheated the next day, they taste almost as good as when you bought them the day before. I kid you not. I highly recommend these donuts to picky donut lovers like myself. read more

The customer service when I went was painful. I ordered in the drive in and for some reason it took 10 minutes to convey the order. The best line of the conversation after chocolate milk: "our chocolate milk isn't cold". I wasn't sure what to do after that. Poor customer service. They give you a free dozen donuts only if you do the survey and give them 5 star rating. Poor management. They pick and choose when they want to open the lobby. No consistency. Doughnuts are days old. You have to call and ask if the doughnuts are hot. It's just too much work associated with a doughnut that's more than a dollar. I had ordered 2 donuts and a coffee with extra milk. I told the drive thru person that I've never eaten at krispy kreme and the person proceeded to overload my box with extra donuts and gave me a bottle of milk to go with my coffee. This was the best combination of coffee and donuts I have ever eaten in my life. I've learned that the trick is to ask for whatever donuts that have been made recently. This location isn't in the best of neighborhoods, but the store is very nice and I love how you can see into the kitchen where they make the donuts at. They had a decent selection of different type of donuts and even a few varieties of heart shaped donuts for Valentine's Day. We pulled up to the lovely Krispy kreme doughnuts while the hot now sign was on we approximately got here at 7:45 and the time is now 8:21 p.m.. They had 6 customers in 6 different vehicles to leave and for more vehicles to pull up and received service while the 5 of us were still waiting in the drive-through. The 1st car literally was there the entire time and the window had not open once since they had taken 3 more orders (a total of 4 drive through orders pending). Unfortunately in this drive for you cannot pull off because once you're in the line you are stuck due to concrete barriers this is a concrete jungle for some hot doughnuts. I was recently (back) in M-town and had a sweet tooth. So for a late night snack I went here to grab some donut holes. I also got a doughnut or two. The actual doughnuts and holes were fabulous!!!!!! The best I've had in a while now. However, the customer service was sorry. It seemed to be a bunch of teenagers who cared more about their conversation than helping me. The girl working the drive thru window actually only handed me half my order then went away from the window to go back to her conversation with her friends.
