I'm like, "Hey, that's my drink sitting right over there!" The manager immediately stepped in, apologized, and instructed the staff not to place drinks back there without notifying anyone. I appreciated her stepping in, but seriously, how long would I have been standing there if I hadn't said something? At that point, I was pushing 25 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER. Make it make sense. I understand that places get busy, and I'm generally pretty patient, but after three visits, I'm convinced this location needs to work on both its customer service and its mobile order process.
