When I first walked through the door, the smell of freshly brewed coffee hit my nose. Every sip was great down to the last drop. I also ordered Vanilla Bean Scone, they were a nice compliment to my coffee and banana. This Starbucks is located in the heart of downtown directly across the street from the FedEx Forum. Although they are busy, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Horrible!!! The customer service is dismal at best. They had no change and round up so the customer pays the difference. My order was $8.15 so they charged me $9. I understand things happen but the attitude and and explanation was non existent. Plus the floor was wet and the wash tub was in middle of store at 9:36. Can't that be done in the morning prior to open?? I won't be coming back.

This place closes at 2P.M.. I came in at 1:30. I know from working in the food and beverage industry how crucial those last 30 minutes are when it comes to closing! The lady working was so sweet to me and made the best drink I have had from Starbucks in a long time! I hope I don't kill this name too bad! Thank you Laterria for being so kind to me and making the best drink I have had from the bucks! Your awesome and so is your store!!

The staff is always pleasant and very informative. I tend to frequent this location mainly because of the sweet and personal staff

It's almost 2020. How hard is it for Starbucks to have online order enabled at all stores and not just select few?

Driving from Oklahoma City to Maryland sounds absolutely insane (because it kind of is), so when we…read morefound ourselves passing through Memphis around lunchtime, I turned to my trusted Yelp experts to help us find a local gem. Sunrise Memphis did not disappoint. We stopped in around 12:30 p.m. on a Wednesday and didn't experience any crowds or much of a lunch rush. That being said, after eating here, I completely understand why people mention waiting hours on weekends. The ordering process is simple: walk up to the counter, place your order, grab a number, and seat yourself. I appreciated that they offer both breakfast and lunch all day because it meant we didn't have to choose between the two. I ordered the chicken tenders with tater tots and an Arnold Palmer. Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly the kind of comfort food you crave in the middle of a long road trip. Kyler ordered the Kitchen Sink, which came with eggs, bacon, hash browns, grits, and a biscuit. He asked if he could swap the cheesy grits and biscuit for biscuits and gravy, and they ended up bringing him everything anyway! It was a massive meal, but absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also loved the fun, eclectic atmosphere. The colorful Memphis touches throughout the restaurant gave it so much personality, and there was even a bar area that made me think this would be an absolute blast for brunch with friends. Sunrise Memphis ended up being one of our favorite surprises of the entire drive. If you're passing through town, do yourself a favor and stop here.

Trust me, it's worth the wait. While you wait, grab a menu to be prepared for the second line which is the indoor line where you will order your food. The atmosphere has that cozy, family-friendly dive vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff was incredibly welcoming and treated everyone like regulars. Now, let's talk about the food. If you're on a diet...this is your warning. The cinnamon apple roll was absolutely off the chain! And those biscuits with the strawberry jam and butter? Let's just say all table manners disappeared--I was using my hands and didn't even care. Even the veggie patty had that rich, savory flavor that reminded my husband of real sausage, and the thick-cut bacon was cooked to perfection. The price was not bad for the amount of food, especially right now when everything is extremely expensive. When I say you need to try this place, I mean it! We'll definitely be making the trip back from STL. Next time, we're trying more of the menu--and after hearing everyone rave about the mimosas, those are officially on the list too!

It was a perfect blend of espresso, milk and syrup. My cousin ordered the other latte pictured. I think it was a Dubai pistachio latte. The shop was very crowded with many customers. This is a great place to work, meet up with friends, or just relax. The bakery case was filled with yummy desserts. Didn't try anything that day since we just finished eating lunch. Service was good. Just a slight mix up since we ordered our lattes to go. All good. The barista transferred our drinks to To Go cups. I will return to try other drinks and desserts.

We ordered the biscoff latte, the Dubai chocolate latte and a Turkish coffee. I'm not a stranger to Turkish coffee, so when I say this I mean this respectfully, but this was the worst turkish coffee I've ever had. It tasted very burnt and not at all the way it was supposed to. Unfortunately this was my husbands first time trying it and he says he is not open to trying it again in the future. As for the biscoff and the Dubai chocolate lattes, they were fine flavor wise, but nothing special enough to come back for or pay extra for. Looks wise, the drinks were beautiful! The location itself is also very beautiful inside.
