Monday was a good day to stop by for Bible Study and a cup of coffee. My friend and I try to support local business owners in the area. Service is always top notch at Biggby. I ordered an iced Americano and added some cream. Pretty good. The shop is clean and so are the bathrooms. Did not order any treats this time. The muffins are quite yummy. We sat outside to get some vitamin d. We moved inside later as the temperature started to get warm. I am sure we will return again. read more

I think I found my favorite new coffee shop! Biggby puts the BIG in coffee. You can get your coffee hot, iced, or frozen. I ordered the Strawberry Puff Latte iced 20 oz and it is worth the money! The staff was nice and super helpful about to the menu options. They serve food such as bagels and Cuban sandwiches. If you are looking for a place to study, meet up with friends or grab a coffee, this is the place to be. If you are in a hurry they do have a drive-thru option. They also give out loyalty cards, you don't have to sign up they will give it to you for free. You get your thirteen drink for free. read more

Service was good. I normally drink regular brewed coffee. I generally don't get the sugary coffee drinks topped with whipped cream. I tried something different. It didn't work out for me but that was because I just can't take all that sugar in my coffee. Service was good and it is a quaint location. I will go back for regular coffee and will try a pastry. read more

3 stars is a solid, "yeah, Okay", think C+/B-. A feel and menu is almost Dunkin Donut without the donuts and maybe better coffee. Sweet drinks and very not bougie - which means this is probably not first choice for fellow coffee snobs. The presence of only a few 2-top tables also suggests this won't be a very good meeting place. I wish them great success and I'll reassess after more visits. read more

What a great atmosphere. They have very friendly staff and was very helpful in explaining the menu. The place was very clean and the coffee was really tasty. I'm not a big mint fan but this drink was very good and not an overwhelming flavor of mint. It has a very prominent coffee forward flavor which will please any coffee lovers taste buds. This is a super cute new spot to get your caffeine on in Cordova. The menu is so enormous that I always have to ask for the printed menu so I can peruse. Their offerings include energy drinks and bagel sandwiches, as well. The staff is super enthusiastic and friendly. There's ample seating inside and a couple of little pods down a hallway. I feel like this would be a great quiet spot for study or internet surfing. They also have a drive through. Everything I've tried on multiple visits was spot on and the prices are incredibly reasonable. read more

Came here before and the service and the beverages were pretty good. However not sure about this place anymore. The customer service was underwhelming at best. They're advertising a waffle breakfast sandwich that isn't in stock and it appears like they're unbothered when they tell you they don't have it. No apologies or anything. I've just had my first Biggby experience, and it was delicious! I had the snickerdoodle latte hot. I think next time I'll try a larger size, but it was the perfect balance of sweetness and coffee. The employees are very friendly, social, and the cafe was welcoming and clean. The employee with the bright colored hair was very informative and must have lots of experience with customer service. The other employees were nice as well, if they don't know something, then they'll found someone who does and they let me know! They also double checked that my order was made correctly which I appreciated a lot. My coffee was excellent and enjoyable. I loved sitting at the back having some time to myself while playing my games. I'll definitely continue to come back! Whoever the owner and managers are, please continue to treat your employees well! First, come with the expectation that this is a chain/franchise coffee place. Very much like dunkin when it comes to the drinks, but better. Not designed to be a local, "specialty" coffee shop. The staff was great and knowledgeable of their menu. The seating in the back of the store is perfect for studying or meeting up with friends. I had an iced Lissa's Luscious Latte; it's a raspberry white mocha. Absolutely fantastic quality. The iced latte wasn't overly sweet and all the flavors were equally balanced.
