Cold front came through and temps dropped and our intrepid travelers need good coffee on their way back to The Lone Star State. To the rescue is French Truck Coffee! Fast and friendly meets chill and cool. I had an excellent vanillla latte and other folks had a cafe au lait espresso and a hot chocolate. All were outstanding. I also bought some beans for coffee back home. Thank you FTC for helping us thaw out.

I came for coffee & conversation around 9 a.m. Saturday morning so it waa somewhat quiet in the concourse. I did not order food just iced matcha with almond milk and caramel syrup. As with all iced coffees a bit too much ice but overall taste and flavor was very good. The staff was nice and offered suggestions. My crew had breakfast crossiant sandwichws and they looked amazing. The price was on point and I even went back to try a refreshing lavender blueberry drink. It was very good I would go back again.

Some of the BEST tasting coffee I've ever had. Very smooth, not burnt tasting. There was only girl there making coffee and food so service was a little slow but she did the best she could. Ambiance is cute!

Stopped by here this morning for breakfast. This is located inside of the common building. There is parking available out front of building. It took us a minute to locate but I'm glad we found it. The coffee was wonderful. They roast their own beans on site and offer roasted beans for sale. They have a few breakfast and bakery items available to pair with your coffee. We had lattes, hazelnut for me and vanilla for the others. They have whole milk, almond milk or oat milk available. The building itself is really interesting. Filled with various businesses of all kinds. Seems to be an old mall turned food hall kinda of vibe. Great coffee, kind of hard to find. If you're in a hurry, maybe not the best option. Worth the wait.

Super neat place to get work done! Great customer service from everyone there. It's located in the concourse (first time here)! Got the New Orleans iced coffee with oat milk (light milk) and it was PERFECTION. The perfect color for 'light milk'--IYKYK (; 10/10 recommend will be back, they have the good ice. A bit pricey ($6.50 ish I think), but where isn't these days!

Every time I go to Crosstown I go to French Truck. The customer service and quality is consistently good. I always get the Oji Iced Coffee, a Japanese style slow cold drip coffee (black). It's my energy boost for the day!! Love this place!! The French Truck Coffee is a relaxed destination with a hip vibe offering house-roasted coffees & local pastries. I highly recommend for your daily dose of caffeine.

Big selection of coffee beans. They're a third-wave coffee shop.

Really enjoyed French Truck Coffee. Fun menu, high quality coffee beans, perfect little breakfast while I was in town for a work trip. They use the *good* ice in their iced lattes! The build-your-own biscuit sandwich was delicious - I added bacon and avocado, and they butter the biscuit with an incredible cinnamon honey butter (wish I could buy it). I was surprised by the apple slices on the side as well. Great quality and presentation, such a gem of a spot!

Driving from Oklahoma City to Maryland sounds absolutely insane (because it kind of is), so when we…read morefound ourselves passing through Memphis around lunchtime, I turned to my trusted Yelp experts to help us find a local gem. Sunrise Memphis did not disappoint. We stopped in around 12:30 p.m. on a Wednesday and didn't experience any crowds or much of a lunch rush. That being said, after eating here, I completely understand why people mention waiting hours on weekends. The ordering process is simple: walk up to the counter, place your order, grab a number, and seat yourself. I appreciated that they offer both breakfast and lunch all day because it meant we didn't have to choose between the two. I ordered the chicken tenders with tater tots and an Arnold Palmer. Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly the kind of comfort food you crave in the middle of a long road trip. Kyler ordered the Kitchen Sink, which came with eggs, bacon, hash browns, grits, and a biscuit. He asked if he could swap the cheesy grits and biscuit for biscuits and gravy, and they ended up bringing him everything anyway! It was a massive meal, but absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also loved the fun, eclectic atmosphere. The colorful Memphis touches throughout the restaurant gave it so much personality, and there was even a bar area that made me think this would be an absolute blast for brunch with friends. Sunrise Memphis ended up being one of our favorite surprises of the entire drive. If you're passing through town, do yourself a favor and stop here.

Love the kitschy country decor and mis-matched coffee mugs. All the servers were so friendly, and the food was really good. My only issue is that we arrived at 9am and the brunch menu was up on the board, but you can't order from the brunch menu that early...so that was confusing. I tried to get the Grown Up Chicken Tenders and they said that wouldn't start until 11am. However, they did make me a kids' chicken tenders and fries (so literally, it was the Grown Up Chicken Tenders just minus one tender). Accommodating and awesome, but definitely still confusing.

None of that overly sweet, syrupy nonsense masquerading as coffee. Just pure, delicious, quality coffee! I ordered an oat milk latte with honey, and OH MY GOODNESS. To die for! I was traveling with a team and loved this place so much that I brought everyone back with me. And guess what? We returned AGAIN the very next morning! We may have slightly overwhelmed the barista with our crew, but the entire staff was incredibly gracious, warm, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to engage us in conversation and made us feel right at home. That's hospitality! The space itself is massive, with plenty of room to work, catch up with friends, have a meeting, or simply sit and enjoy an exceptional cup of coffee. Things to love: *I'm a sucker for a fun, inventive seasonal menu and their summer menu didn't disappoint. *The spacious, open feel of this coffee spot. There was such a variety in seating options. (Comfy sofas, chairs and tables, as well as secluded spots.) It was relaxing inside and well lit with coffeehouse music. *Their Coconut Mall drink -- a cinnamon-brown sugar latte with a coconut cream cold foam from their summer menu. My gosh! It was DELICIOUS. Their coffee is amazing and the mix of flavors in this iced latte was incredible - everything melded together so well. I'm so grateful for second chances because this trip was great and I feel like this is a hidden gem in the Memphis coffee scene.
