This is our fave location. The employees are always quick, courteous and very friendly. The drinks are always great, however they do lack consistency in flavor, but they've never been "bad" , just different. My personal fave is the banana bread blonde and my husbands is the rocky road mocha. Only thing I wish is that they had their seasonal flavors listed on their website. They only ever list the regular standard menu on the site and sometimes your order gets taken way away from any of their boards advertising new flavor combos. read more

I get coffee here several times a week. The kids who work there are always so nice and the coffee is delish!!!

The coffee drinks are absolutely amazing!!! Can't speak to anything other than coffee, as not a energy drink or smoothie devotee. Super awesome sugar free options, LOVE the free pup cups (pups are always very happy!). Much better prices for a large than Starbucks or Ramblin' joe's or Shadrach's & their quality/taste is 9/10 pretty consistent. Getting my coffee here 3-4 times pretty much every week, as I'm addicted plus it's an ADHD coping mechanism. Let me preface this with the fact that I always tip, it may not be a huge tip but I always tip something. Service & customer interaction is GREAT, unless you get the lady with long blonde hair or the orangey curly blonde shorter lady, as neither one of them act like they could care less about you, as a customer. No smile, no attempting or pretending to be nice, when you're about to fork over your hard earned $. I ended up going to the Bartlett location for weeks, just because the blondes were so nasty/negative to encounter, while you were trying to get your morning coffee. Maybe some day, they will figure out that treating your customers with politeness and respect is necessary for good customer service. I say this as a former server (in multiple restaurants), who knows what it's like to be on both sides of a commercial exchange. They need to consider having the blondes work on the drinks, behind the scenes & not customer interactions. FYI the Bartlett location has always had incredible customer service, IMO but it's more out of my way, so I don't go there as often. read more

This was my first time ever at 7 brew. The lines are long, but boy do they keep it moving. Think Chic-Fil-A with the servers along the line of cars. A really nice guy approached me before I even really had the chance to peruse the menu. It honestly did not matter since I tend to order my usual- a frozen dirty chai with almond milk & 2 shots of espresso. He guided me along thru the choices, then asked if I'd like a shot of flavor. When I asked for sugar free, he quickly suggested the sugar free vanilla. As he was finishing my order, he looked up and said, "since you've never had this before and don't even know if you'll like it, this one's on me". Whatttt??? Who does this? I'll tell you who, 7 brew does! They earned my business, and from now on, I will drive out of my way to go there. Great job all around! read more

Finally got to try this coffee place! Staff was nice. I got my coffee pretty fast. Even though there was a line. I got the caramel macchiato iced. It was OKAY. I like my coffee a bit stronger. It wasn't too sweet which I like. It is def cheaper than Starbucks. And you get a bigger oz. I also got a matcha latte. It was pretty good. It tastes like it's supposed to. Would maybe go back and try other stuff. They also give out pup cups with a milk bone. I think my dog would give it a 5 stars hands down lol read more

Coffee, tea, smoothies, energy drinks and more! I have tried numerous things and they are all soooo good. I love that almost everything can be made completely customizable and sugar free! My go to is the firecracker energy(orange, pomegranate and raspberry) or the iced blondie(caramel and vanilla). Trust me you can't go wrong. The employees will make your day by being so genuinely kind! Love the concept of this place. Starbucks has some serious competition. I'm starting to build a liking towards this chain. It would be nice if the closest one to me on Union near downtown was open until 10 pm. Until then, I suppose I gotta drive out here for some nightly brews. My favorite is the iced latte with Irish cream--it's quite tasty and balanced. Also, they provide good service every time, and quick even after 9pm. I appreciate what they do. It's worth a visit to get that coffee boost at night. read more

My girlfriend and I love 7 brew. Only TWO ISSUES When I ask for the Mango Smoothie ADVERTISED IN THE MENU. They give me a fucking shake, EVERY TIME. Enough to where we wouldn't come. So I decided to ask it for no "Icecream mix" OR any other milk SUBSTITUTE lemonade, these employees act like it's rocket science. Just add the lemonade remove the DAIRY. Furthermore one of your silly employees tried to tell my server not to make my drink how I asked, September 28th Female server in a purple uniform running the left like at 5:25 PM :) Luckily my server didn't hate his life as much at this particular female. Pretty good service and the coffee was good. I'm a coffee drinker for sure and this place is definitely different. It's a cool twist like a drive up bar with 100 concoctions. I may have to add an espresso shot the next time though. I didn't get the boost I was looking for in the blondie or the cinnamon ice coffee drink, but I'll still try it again. read more
