Really? I said I'll just go somewhere else. It was the vibe. It was the tone of you are in the way and no don't take anything off my counter. I work all week and handle directions and orders and on my day off I just wanted to get a nice drink deal with nice people and not have to deal with anyone on power trips. The nutrition places I usually go to- NB in East Memphis and Craze in Germantown, would never. I'll stick to my own places from now on and not waste my gas. Disappointing. Maybe I wasn't dressed nice enough? I don't know. Definitely soured my whole morning as I was looking forward to going back there. *UPDATE- I actually asked my tea places about this- if they have any policies about not walking a foot away from the counter with the menu and they laughed because 1. It's so ridiculous and 2. They have more menus than just the ones at the front so it's a non-issue. I was also told by someone else that they had a similar experience here. It was a bit chalky and bitter. Also, add $11 for the loaded teas and $6 for coffee, this location is the more expensive of the other locations in the area.
