I finally ventured into Kat's recently and told the person at the register that I was very nervous. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. They were encouraging, not pushy. The bagels and the cinnamon roll are amazing. The sourdough really shines through on both and I'm thrilled to have not had a reaction. Are the items a bit pricey? Maybe to some folks but I appreciate the high quality and dedication so that I can finally have fresh bagels!! Sorry, no pictures - I ate too fast ! She made it immediately. It was watery and had a chalky texture to it. I didn't like it at all. After a few sips in the car, I was done. It went into the garbage. I will note that although she was waiting on me, when the next customer came in she greeted them immediately. This was my first and last visit here. It wasn't a friendly experience and the product was not good.
