Paris Banh Mi has the best pho in town. The broth is rich, comforting, and on the sweeter side without being overly heavy. Their meat pies and croissants (definitely add butter!) are also incredibly delicious, flaky, crispy, and buttery in the best way. My only complaint is that the bowls are disposable plastic, which honestly feels a little cheap compared to the quality of the food. But the food is so good that it's easy to overlook this small downside. Just make sure you're going to the Collierville location! Cordova one is owned by a different owner, and in my experience the portions are smaller and the prices are higher. read more

I absolutely love this place. I've tried most things on the menu from the banh mis to the pho, bun bi hue, Korean corn dogs, etc. and they are all very great options. My absolute favorite though is the bun bo hue. It's a spicy Vietnamese noodle soup dish and it's so flavorful. I love how everything here is very authentic as well. The only thing I semi enjoyed was the bread in the Coffee Bun. The vegetarian Banh Mi was extremely difficult to stomach, the soy protein had an awful taste that I can't even begin to describe. Of all the years I've eaten various soy based proteins, this is the absolute worst. My initial introduction to Korean corn dogs was in Hawaii back in 2019. Ever since then I've been on the hunt for them, which had been tough since we didn't have a spot! Now we doooooo! Yay! My go to spot for pho has been Green Bamboo noodle house, but they were closed so I tried this place. I ordered the pho dac biet (rare steak/beef meatballs). It did not disappoint. Coming from a place that had endless options, I'm happy there's a place like this in our town. Been coming here since they first opened and love it! Went to lunch with friends Sunday. Spacious establishment with plenty of tables and chairs. There is a very nice set up in the corner to take pics. The place was clean and neat. There is plenty of parking as the location is in a shopping mall. The servers and cashiers were friendly and patient as the menu is quite extensive with a variety of choices. I found this place on Yelp when I was looking for a nearby lunch spot. I was not disappointed. This place had bright digital menus and beautiful decor. I was impressed with the vast menu options from Pho, Korean Corn Dogs, bubble waffles, Banh Mi (of course), croissant sandwiches, baked goods, and bubble tea. Wow, we have a legit banh mi place in Memphis (Collierville) now! It's been open a little over 2wks now and I understand the struggle with the snomageddon we had in the 2nd wk in Memphis. So far we've tried the grilled pork banh mi, korean corn dogs and teas to drink. At first when i saw the banh mi, i was questioning myself "that's a looong banh mi. Not as big as a traditional one" but once I took my first bite, I was hooked as the slight crunch on the freshly made baguette with the fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, jalapeno and tenderly cooked grilled pork was mashing together. It was a really good banh mi I have had in awhile. My kids wanted to try the ever so popular Korean corn dogs. We got the original and the hot cheetoes. The first bite into the original had a nice crunch and cheese with so stretchy. The kids approved. We tried the Hot cheetoes one next. Not as much crunch as we were expecting from the original but the cheese was still very stringy and delicious. Besides not having the crunch it was still tasty. We also had the Milk tea, lychee slushie, Peach fruit tea and Artichoke tea. All were delicious and not too sweet. They're getting more items in by next wk as I heard. They could've let us know prior too ordering. We were reviewing a while and there was no notice even when we started ordering. They simply said that the specific item was out and we had to infer the meat wasn't available once we selected a different item. We had one item with added pate but that wasn't made properly. Cannot say if they bake their own bread. The meat was very tasty and the vegetables were crunchy and fresh. Sauce was good. Had the lychee strawberry fruit tea and it was acceptable.
