The place has a wide range of types of drinks from: smoothie, slushie, milk tea, flavor tea, and hot tea. There's also a wide range of pearls/boba/tapioca whatever you'd like to call them. I' not much of a fan for them so I'm not sure of their varieties. My favorite bubble tea is always the coconut smoothie and this place made if perfectly. I would most definitely come back. Curious how a coconut hot tea would taste like. The macaron shell wasn't as hard as I thought. The flavor and texture was good I might even try another one my next visit although I'm not a fan of them. I was sold the MINUTE I saw them playing K-pop videos on their screens. The drinks also did not disappoint. I got a Jasmine bubble tea with almond milk. I was glad that they had milk alternatives. They also have a ton of drink flavors. They also sell macarons, which are also very good. The store itself is very cute and has plenty of seating. It's clean and spacious. Great for small groups. My first ever time trying boba. She let me and my friend sample everything to make sure we'd want the bursting boba or tapioca. It was SO good. We tried the macaroons as well and they were delicious. If I lived in the area I'd definitely be visiting more often. The ambiance was great as well, very bright and fitting to the trendy drink. It was very colorful and upbeat. The service was amazing as well, she was the absolute sweetest and so informative on everything. She didn't try to push anything onto me, she gave me some freedom and let me try what I thought I'd like, if I mentioned something she'd just say she didn't recommend it for first timers because she didn't want me getting something I may not like. I LOVE this place! I have been a bubble tea fan since I first tried it in British Columbia about 17 years ago when it was first making its way to North America. I have had bubble tea all over the place, and this is as good as anywhere. They have selections of milk teas, slushy and smoothies. This was my first experience with boba tea, and I loved it. I got the milk chai tea. I didn't know what would be a good flavor boba to go with it. The employee recommended peach and it was a great match. The tea was sweet and milky and the tangy peach was a good contrast flavor. I also tried 2 macarons. They were both beautiful, with smooth shells. The filling in the Creme Brulee was too squishy and squeezed out with each bite. It still tasted good, though. The Nutella was my favorite with the crisp shell and slightly chewy filling. There were a lot of different flavored teas. Some had milk and some had fruit. I had come in with my 3 month old son and she was nice saying he was handsome. She then proceeds to look at his hair and says oh he has a lot of hair " I bet he would look good with DREADS". Great place for boba in germantown considering there aren't many in germantown. They have many options of flavors and styles.

I really liked them when they were back at the mall but stopped going because they didn't alter the sugar, which they do now and I think is great. I ordered the coconut milk tea, which is what I used to get and still get in any boba place. I was really disappointed with the flavor, if I can even say I tasted anything except milk at all. There was no coconut taste and I barely had any boba or jelly on mine. I had to come home and add more flavors in it so I could drink it which was pretty sad. The lady that works there is nice and I like the atmosphere but you have to be careful in what you order because I tried my SOs drink and it tasted way more flavorful than mine so keep that in mind. read more

When you first walk in you are captivated by the decor and it's very welcoming with all the array of colors. The menu is very simple but the selections are on point! WARNINGN!!! First visit I visited this establishment today August 22, 2021 at 5:40 pm . I was extremely disappointed. My son has been asking me for bubble tea for 3 months now. So, I decided to treat him today. I walked in to this business, there was an Asian lady by the name of Jesse (if that's her real name) who is also the manager by the way, she did not greet us. As I was asking questions and trying to think about what to order, my son and friend of mine thinking about what to order, she was rudely making faces and seemed impatient because we didn't know what we wanted. My friend asked for items but they were out of what he wanted. She starts to write his order on the cup and by the time she is getting ready to take my son's order I politely ask, ma'am can you please not put your hand around the brim of our cups please? Her rude response was "this is how I hold the cup to write on the cups." I said yea, but your hands aren't clean and given the coronavirus is running rampant again, we may put our mouth on the cup. She rudely exclaims, you not going to put your mouth on the cup, the top is sealed, and this is how I write on the cup." I said I'm going to ask again politely, can you please not put your hand on the brim of the cup? She rudely again stated, this is how I teach my employees to write on the cups and this is how I write on the cup." Now this is what I want everyone to pay attention to. The coronavirus is running rampant again, it is Real, it is Serious. This lady is operating the computer register, dealing with money, and not washing her hands in between transactions, nor wearing gloves when making beverages or touching the cups. I am patronizing your business and you deny me a safe, respectful, polite, and welcoming experience by being rude and denying my request to keep me and my family safe. I did not order anything, but my son and friend did. Then, I requested my friend to ask for his money back when I saw the lady going to the back to make their beverages. People are evil for no reason. I didn't know what she was going to do to their drinks. So, he asked for his money back and we left. I hope you all take heed to this review. We have to learn as a people to stop supporting businesses that do not treat us fairly, do not honor our request and we are spending our money, do not make us feel welcomed and respected, and do not protect us during this life or death crisis we are going through almost two years now. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! The really shocking thing was that I have never known Asians to be so rude and disrespectful being as their culture is based around respect, but then again, it may only be to respect their own people and not African Americans. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I wish they had a corporate number I can call or someone I can talk to about this lady. She definitely does not need to work with people.
